Messed with Platinum a tiny bit.
Disclaimer: I am not a good at making sprites myself. I had a nude image for Diamond/Pearl and I just merged it onto the platinum sprite with a few tweaks.

Good effort and thanks for sharing. But I must ask: why give her adult sized tits if her canon character doesn't have them? It seems there is a fear of modding girls with flat chests as girls with flat chests. I'm curious why so many modders do this.

That would also be awesome as the female mc in that game is a good one to make nude. But both are great choices and great games.

Platinum is based on the Following Platinum hack. I really wanted to make changes to the credits sequence in this one but my art is awful and I'm stuck using a mouse so that won't happen any time soon.

I'm using the platinum patch on an emulator just fine. Not tried the other ones.

You have to be using the exact ROMs that are mentioned in the post without any other patches applied to them.

 

I also made sure I had the latest xDelta.

I'm not sure if you are talking about emulator on  mobiles or emulator on pc. For mobiles, what I did was patch the rom (downloaded from the vault) using xdelta on PC. Once the patch is applied you can send yourself the edited rom and it will play on emulators on mobile (android) such as lemuroid no problem. So: patch the rom using pc (takes 1 second) and email it to yourself, download it to your mobile, load up emulator and you're playing pokemon as it is meant to be played (with the protag nude and exposed). 

 

The B&W 2 mod is very well done. I really am crossing my fingers and patiently waiting for the creator of those mods to bless us with his Ultra Moon or Omega Ruby nude mods. But he has been quite recently so I don't know if that's going on in the background or is busy with life (perfectly understandable).

I'm on pc, Platinum and Heart Gold I've gotten to work, but the Black & White, Black2 & White2 patches aren't working for me

I've spent too long looking for the original creator of this hack with no luck. It's Alpha Sapphire but May and some female gym leaders are nude. I suspect some E4 members are nude too but I only played until Lilycove so I don't know for sure. I'll keep it on my google drive for as long as I can but may need to delete it for space eventually.

 

If anyone finds the original, please do share, they deserve credit for their work.

It only works in the emulator, just open the game in citra and that's it.

I tried it and here is what it looks like. It is actually pretty good but needs some fine tuning or improvements. The positive is her breasts are the size they should be (not too big nor small). It is a very good effort but the vagina is not clear (even a slit here would be nice ) and the ass area lacks lines also. It is a good attempt, and I have not yet proceeded in the game to talk about other changes. Thank you for sharing.

honestly its just hard to take the shoes off lol. you can save edit in xy to take their shoes off since they arent wearing shoes in their pjs at the very start of the game. in oras and sumo its basically impossible though since we cant do model editing

 

notably in that may nude mod, the nude mod is literally just her clothes colored to look like her skin. if you tried to color her shoes to look like her feet it would be nightmarish looking

Platinum should be really easy since the title screen will say "Following Platinum" rather than just "Platinum". Dawn's panties should also peek out from under her skirt in the intro sequence.

HeartGold doesn't have any noticable differences until you get into your first battle and see Lyra's back sprite. (I really hate that back sprite, I was gonna redo it but forgor.)
