As far as games with sex in them, I only know of this one:

It's an English romhack of FireRed where you can hypnotize the 3rd Gen female characters with any Psychic type Pokemon. Nothing interspecies in it, but you can hypnotize the girls into thinking they're your Pokemon.

The sexual elements are very limited right now, but the entirety of FireRed gameplay is maintained so the gameplay aspect is still there.

It's a romhack of FireRed that adds in all Pokemon up to Gen 4 as well as many from Gens 5 & 6 and spreads them all across Kanto. It adds in Fairy types, Shadow types, and dozens of new moves. The difficulty is heavily increased, but fair, and Pokemon that have annoying paths to evolution (like trade) have been given new ones. In addition to tons of new dungeons and post-game content, including a time trial and a roguelike programmed into the game, the world map has been changed to make it an open world game. And, of course, all Pokemon have been given entirely new art, turning them into cute girls.

Of course, it's in Japanese, so you'll need a Japanese copy of FireRed, but the language barrier shouldn't be too much of an issue. It's not like you're going to get lost in Kanto. And if you ever needed an excuse to learn Japanese, here you go. It's Pokemon, it's written at a first grade reading level.

Anyone know of one where you can battle a trainer with the pokemon (I think) just like the game version if they lose you get to screw them over?

Played it before but can't seem to find it anymore.

Should have bookmark it but didn't come across my mine to do so.

Anyone know the name?

The player you are controlling has to be mainly male if i'm not wrong. And if i remember correctly... The pokemon you have are human hybrids? But you get to screw both the losing trainer and your pokemon i think. Can't remember since it's like a few months ago. Not sure if anyone knows anything similar.

Pokemon Ecchi version sounds like what you're describing except the player character is female, and the pokemon are normal pokemon. So, from a perspective of someone that isn't really into cyndaquils, it's very disappointing because a lot of it could be good but it's ruined because why am I supposed to want to fuck trainers with my bidoof?

Nah it's not that. I checked it and it isn't what I was describing. The player character is still male or maybe you can play as either one?

And the pokemon shouldn't a normal pokemon and is a human hybrid similar to con-quest but it isn't con-quest. and you can attack with those human-hybrids Since the more damage they take their clothing get destroyed. similar to conquest but the battle system is still that of the pokemon game style battle system. Just that if the opponent loses to get to fuck them.

And i think later on with enough bonds you get to fuck your pokemon? I don't remember much since it's been awhile and i don't remember much of it.

And the character designs when they show up in battle are more closely anime style instead of the pixelated kind.

I think i remember something about what you mean... it was a gba rom hack (i belive) where houndour was fucking trainers (somwhere)...

A pokemon Rom called Girl Hunters using Pokémon red is exactly as it sounds.

Its a lot more nude and has bdsm elements

Not only do you capture girl trainers. You capture Anthro Pokémon including legendaries

It came out a month ago and deserves more attention

As for me I've complete the league, but somehow I can't access the endgame content, but it has so much more that I want to access, but can't for some reason

It's Oppaimon. It's exactly like what you discribed: Male protaginist? Check! Con-Quest style hybrids? Check! Pokemon style battle system? Check! Player gets to fuck the trainer they defeat in battle? Gheck! I think you get the point by now.
