Absolutely true. Many people face trouble caused be the many Cmar files and how to select the right ones that everything works properly.

You did a great job by merging relevant Cmar files in one CmarNYC_Penis.package. And I often recommended that to use here at LL already.

But, people must be aware, what is merged here and may are to lazy to go through your PDF to see what is the contend of the CmarNYC_Penis.package and ensure that nothing is installed twice or others may collide with this package.......

Since I had also some issues on that earlier with the nipples and clippings on breasts and belly while pregnancy, I want to just share on how I dealt with that whole Cmar stuff with great success and nice overall working result :

 

1. I carefully did the above and examined exactly the contend of the CmarNYC_Penis.Package.  (see list attached)

2. Added some more files to the CmarNYC_Penis.package (second list attached).

3. Deleted ALL additional installed nude clothes (important I think)

4. Deleted ALL other Cmar packages in the mod folder incl. sliders but EXCEPT those shown in the Screenshot of the mod folder for CMAR below.

Since I setup my game in that way I do not saw any further issues on that........ (it is working in the same way for KW too)

And again, its only a description on how I setup my game on that, nothing more !

If that post I linked to was wrong then Cmar would've corrected that poster. And as I already said without the Tuning Slider 100 package the sliders and Tattoo locations stopped working and started working again after it was added. OR you have to change the setting in MC to the XCAS default of 75.

 

Sometimes to make 2 mods that do the same thing work together they have the same setting especially if one of those mods is a Core mod. Not to mention Namaradus also said the same thing as that poster and Chain Reaction told me the same thing by PM and so did Pescado.

PenisMesh mapV2, either PenisSliders CAS or PenisSliders Hidden (pick one don't use both), Morphing Penis script 1.63v2 and nude skins like Kurasoberina's, Navesta's, the ones on Cmars blog and too many others to name that have penis map textures. And Cmars Nouveau Nudists will add a nude outfit to all sims. Is all that's needed.

 

The only real reason for XCAS is if you want the extra Tattoo locations and even then you can do that with Nraas MC if you have MC Expanded Tattoo and the MC cmar expanded tattoo locations v2.

...and that describes what I said above. That they do conflict and they might became an issue.

Anyway, I never used any XCAS Tuning Sliders nor 100 neither 4K (1024 max value) and I never had an issue.

As you can see in the image above, it speaks by itself. No any core mod override sliders (set to false) and max sliders 100 by MC default.

That repeats to what I said before. If you don't know what you do, don't do it.

And that is not for any advanced player or modder like you are, but for the beginners.

That setting Override Custom Core Sliders has nothing to do with the max amount of sliders from a Core mod but the max value of the sliders. Or in other words if you use XCAS Tuning Sliders 3x to change the value from 1024 to 3072 MC will not override that.

That's only because you've been lucky so far.

 

And as modder you should be well aware that you can't go by you having no issues with 2 mods that do the same thing but always keep the alternate troubleshooting in mind. If someone is having trouble with XCAS and also have MC tell them to stick in the XCAS TuningSlidersNumber100 to see if that fixes it. It won't cause problems to do it and may fix the issues they are having......but if it doesn't then they got other things going wrong.

 

Just like me you have a bad temper and it does get the best of you sometimes and clouds your thinking. When you feel your temper rising walk away cool off and then come back to do the troubleshooting. Which is what I do as I have one hell of a temper but of course being an American Indian doesn't help since American Indians are naturally hot headed and quick to anger.

 

Anyway I'm gonna go play Skyrim SE or Fallout 4 for a month of two still need to finish those games.

I only want to share whatever I see and I want to chance (-Edit- change ) in this game without asking any Patreon donations like others did.

I must focus on that and only on that.

From now on I'll post only when I have something to share and help no one.

What I should do is to post that this it, take it or delete it. (thing that I already did)

 

Maybe I should should be back next year with something new,  if I have the mood and time.

Trust me, I have many other things to do in my life, than modding an old game and reading to any ungrateful people posts.

Oh Nooooooooooo TwilightStorm please don't go......To all my fellow Simmers (especially Sims 3) Please be kind to all who are "donating" their time for us to have bonuses in our game. I learned animating on my own and am having to figuring out what I'm doing in C# because there is no help, literally! At least not a great deal of current free help and after doing this for about 2-3 years I COMPLETELY understand what goes into modding and I appreciate those who again "donate" their time. 

 

Can we STOP pissing off and running away those who are sincerely attempting to help us??? So they may not have the "perfect" answer. None of us......I repeat NONE OF US work for EA therefore NONE OF US will always have the perfect answer. I'm just saying please be nice and keep your thoughts about another persons disposition to yourself. That is not why we are here....RIGHT????

Some people don't think about the work and time creators and modders spend on the things they then share for free. They feel like they are in a supermarket where everything is free, but that they still can demand perfect customer satisfaction, warranty repair and lifetime support. In the game it just takes a few seconds to buy and place an object, so it's easy to forget that the object may have taken many hours, or even days, for a creator to make. They might not mean to be ungrateful, but they just don't think. I'm sure I was a little like that too when I was younger. They need to be reminded from time to time. ??

I was only giving advice to help prevent him from making the same mistakes I did that lead me to leave the Sims Community the first time. It's not my fault he took it the wrong way. But that doesn't matter I'm leaving the Sims Community again this time forever.

Let's get something straight I know more about modding than you can imagine but to give you an idea.....I was the one that started it all. If it wasn't for me there never would've been a skeleton to make animations with, there never would've been an Amra or an L666, there never would've been a Graphical XTC (the very first sex mod), there never would've been an Animated Woohoo if I hadn't inspired and helped Kicker and without Animated Woohoo Alfie never would've had the inspiration to make Animated Woohoo 2.0 when Kicker disappeared and Alfie never would've started Passion that Twilight Storm inherited from him, if it wasn't for all the goddamn ground work I started years earlier. And Oniki never would've made KW as it was Kickers Animated Woohoo that inspired her to make it.

I don't need to be reminded of anything but other people sure do need to be reminded of who it was that started everything and give the proper respect which seems to be a problem these days.

 

Just for the record this last part is not directed at you Countess_C and S3LynnMods or most of the people here.

 

And this is my last goddamn message to the sims community:

PLease my dearest and most brilliant Spaceman1, i think there is a misunderstanding between Storm and you and I'm sure that there might be a little languad trouble.

I love TS3 and all the people wo shares this shall always be regarded as a friend to me.

I have always felt in awe with anyone who is brilliant to mod this game as i don't have a clue, but I am not always thanking for stuff as i feel rather shy and don't want to trouble anyone, and as I'm not English but Norwegian I needed alot of practise to find the right words. I still spell wrong from time to time and hope that I don't affend the natives.

I am sure you wanted to help and I am not always so sure that i understand Storm, and why he won't remove some animations from the meny as they are not in use anymore (Lord and Lady666) and i find it quite confusing with the 2 different Cmar packages with the mod and as i had already downloaded all from Cmar i needed anyway i just use them, but I am sure Storm just wanted to help with his combinded Cmar files.

I hope i don't anger Storm or you with what i write as i only want to pour oil on the Storming water. and please reconsidder your'e leaving us again. We are not so many left and have lost so many brillint minds already, that to llose yours as well over a misunderstanding will be sad indead.

Even if you and Storm won't be friends you still have other friends here, me included so please stay as you are loved for all you have done before and the help you can provide in the future will be sorely missed if you leave.

As for the language barrier that can't hold ground. Since he also doesn't understand english that well he should know better and be more understanding which he isn't and that is inexcusable.

Spaceman1, my post wasn't directed at you nor meant to make anyone upset. I'm just an end-user of many excellent and fun mods, and I do appreciate all the work that has gone into making them. Good mods and CC can be equal to or maybe even more fun than a whole expansion pack! It's a bit sad when someone lays a groundwork on something and that this person gets buried somewhere in the back when other modders come in to improve or do changes or whatever. Same with CC hair. Someone makes the original version, and then others do retextures or modify the mesh, and the original creator gets forgotten. And most of the gamers just use the mods/CC without knowing or remembering who made them.

 

We don't know eachother, and I'm not an expert on these animations and the history about them. I just love them! Thank you so much for making them possible! ?

Both mods, mod Sims3 autonomy and not only that.

But this autonomy modding part makes them conflict.

So if you want to use them, better do not use them both.

You can make 2 games with both mods separate.

Hello, I am using sims 3 passions mod with KW mod and am having trouble using toys and the stripper pole. My sim will walk over to the pole, stand there, and then the command will just disappear. I have a bunch of animations so not sure if this is the problem? It is the same thing with the sybiran saddle toy.. Please help ?

Same here, I cant get the pole to work and i wasn't sure if I'm missing something. Although I dont have KW, just passions. But the sims just walk to the poke and dont interact with it further.

Make sure You have a stereo close to he pole and music is playing.

Could you pretty please make the changes so my elders can Passion as i liked the Vamps new abilliies. Have you added Lucas animations and Clydie as they are great, also K69 have made a new update so people be sure to download the new animations.

I played juicepong with the university mackot today and realised the p-table is as tall as a nomal table, could you make it passion-able, like a normal table or would they land in the middle? And what about the new objects like the ones made animations for by Lucas will you add them?  I have added the floor and rug to them so i can play them already :D

I have made several changes since the latest version upload.

Lucas and Clydie anims are already in current version

I made new settings about children, pets and elders leave when passion, you can enable or disable this and now I work with teens height when

they passion with YA/Adults or elders so most animations to look correct.

I'm very close to this and when I end it, I'll upload it ...
