Also made the mod compatible with 4.0 of DDi. There is still a version available for 3.3b if you prefer to use that. This was discussed on page 1 of this thread previously. thanks for the update i installed the 4.0 version and had some problems with DDX - UUNP - EboniteRestrictiveCollar(HDT) Orc: Unable to load input nif:xxxx\EbCollarHDT_orc.nif, when i tried to batch create using bodyslide, preview showing up as blank/nothing.

This was discussed on page 1 of this thread previously. Partial isnt good enough, it would be nice if the panel gags and cloth gag fitted beast races instead of turning into log/bit gags

Pretty late to the party (felt like giving DD a shot so I had to get the beast race patch and hadn't checked the thread until now), but I'm afraid this isn't possible. Due to the way race data is set up, Lykaios will use whatever meshes are available for Khajiit, with no way to separate them, so if you fit the assets to the Lykaios heads, they simply won't fit on Khajiit, so it's back to square one with the only difference being which race they don't fit on.

As I've posted in that thread already, I edited this mod's ESPs to assign the Khajiit meshes to all vanilla races so the devices show up properly on the vanilla previously-humanoid-now-beast races from YA and changed the panel gag Art Objects to point to the Khajiit ones, and it seems to be working mostly fine so far. Only things I changed were the ArmorAddon records in the main plugin and in the DCL patch, so only those edited plugins would be posted and this mod would still be a requirement for it. It would probably be posted as a patch in the main YA download page afterwards, and you would obviously be credited for it (though since this mod would still be required it could even be redundant, lol). I assume you will be fine with it but wanted to get confirmation just in case. Thanks in advance .

Which version of Devious Devices - Integration are you using? 4.0 is incompatible with Captured Dreams 4.15 at the moment.

The only incompatibility CD has with DD v4 is when it comes to armbinders and yokes, everything else still works as it should (has been tested). Are you using the Captured Dreams / DD for Him patch? It is rather out of date and may be the cause.

I won't provide a merged patch as it can become a pain to maintain both the individual patches and the merged one, as well as being wasted effort in order to satisfy a minority of users who will be using all the mods required, the amount of mods required can also start piling up in the event that more DD mods that require patching are released. It's easier to just let users merge the patches on their own, based on their preferred installed mods. I'd suggest following the S.T.E.P. guide on how to merge plugins if you wish to do so, in case you are unfamiliar on how to do it.

The original mod will still need to be installed though and may still need a patch (depends on the mod, DD for Him will for slot adjustments to devices) but I will handle that. bicobus Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Yup, I want to play Khajiit a lot more than I do. But the base DD mods and derivatives can't handle that, which makes me sad. I wish beast race refits would get integrated into the main assets, I don't really understand why it isn't so.

Already asked this in the main DD thread, and the reply was basically "that would set a precedent and require us to fit any and all new items to males and beast races and we (the main DD team) don't want to work on those so there would be a problem with that". Can't say I'm happy about it, but it makes sense, I guess. Thankfully we have people like Skullered and Veladarius to take care of it, so at least that's something .

Human / Elven heads are easy enough as they vary little from each other but the beast races each require their own set of meshes and the gags take some setting up to do, especially the panel gags (Skullered will attest to that). Zadil was not interested in doing the beast races nor men and few model makers want to deal with males or beast races as they are not interested in them either. I know when it was originally announced that beast race support was going to be added we had a modeler who was working on them and was about done before he disappeared with no warning. Unfortunately this sort of thing has happened a number of times during development. Beast Races and Males are seen as having little demand by the DD team for quite a while, well from the start really. Some items don't make sense for males so technically a different model should be made (bra and vaginal plugs are the main examples, I already took care of the vaginal piercing thanks to Kendo2) and some other items need changed to fit male anatomy but otherwise the male items should be easier since SOS is the main body supported and it doesn't use bodyslide. The other issue for males is the lack of content that takes them into consideration, few mods bother to and most won't cater to males at all. I think part of it is no one really knows how many people use them with DD.
