I'm really interested in mods like this, but I'm scared to actually install it because I'm used to have the "ESF Aela" mod.

This one changes deeply as Aela acts and behaves, following her "real" character of a strong woman and introduces already a complete overhaul of her dialogues, following system, relationship system and clothing system.

 

Kind Vinfamy, will this mod be compatible with? Eventually, which load order's position should be better?

 

Should be okay. 

 

If even the Aela quest doesn't work, there are still plenty of other content in the first version.

 

Just played through a few routes of the "Blacksmith and Drunkard" questline. Really fun, just a few thoughts/feedback.

 

1. A few bugs here and there related to animation not triggering properly. Mostly happens to save/load during the middle of a quest section. Also ran into a bug where a certain drunk just won't die in a duel.

 

2. What exactly does DI_Faction_Dating do? The reason I'm asking is

I couldn't get the Sigrid blackmail dialogue to trigger after confronting her, and when I checked your conditions, it seems that I had to be -1 for that faction, and my character is at -2.

 

 

3. 

In my playthrough, I chose to blackmail Sigrid, snitched to Alvor, and was still able to take Sigrid on as a lover after Alvor goes to jail. Not sure if this is intended, but it feels just a bit odd that Sigrid would agree to my proposal seeing as how she should know my character's scum at that point, having been blackmailed and all.

 

 

4. Minor suggestion - 

after you save Alvor from jail by way of Sigrid, if the player choose to lead Alvor directly back to Riverwood without going to the Barrack, maybe give player another option of blackmailing Sigrid to keep Alvor in the dark about the true nature of his rescue.

 

 

Agree with 3 & 4. Yeah, 2 should be -2, my bad.

 

Somehow this mod causes ctds every time i try to load a save or autosave.

 

Try loading a clean save first and then immediately Esp > load the save you wanted.

 

Could also be because you save during a NPC-NPC sex scene.

 

Not sure why the I quest would get CTDs. It's literally the simplest coded quest of the whole thing.

 

 

Will we loose Alvor for ever when he kills Embry?

 

 

No.

 

You can save him either by talking to Sigrid and just ask a Whiterun guard yourself.

Yeah plenty of player sex scenes, depending on certain choices you make. You can be a mega-sloot or a pure virgin the whole way through.

Faendal is a potential blackmailer if you screwed him over during the Camilla's quest. Choose to kill Embry when you caught him with Sigrid.

We have to give Embry a drink, then talk to him inside the sleeping giant inn, all before you tell Alvor to take Dorthe away.

Started a new game and tried to start with Riverwood since a lot of preview pictures involved the residents of this town.  It didn't sound like too many quests were involved in the mod, so I focused on the preview pictures which seem to focus on Riverwood, Whiterun (Jorvasskr) and Riften (Haelga).  I didn't get very far.

 

In Riverwood, it seems I got some progress into the Alvor and Sigrid story, but after speaking with them, their daughter and Embry, the dialog that disappeared, reappeared after starting up the game from my last save.  Like none of the progress ever happened. 

 

I decided since this is a new game, the title being Dovahkin Infamy, maybe I needed to get recognized as Dovahkin more.  I haven't been to the Greybeards yet.  As soon as I headed out of town a new quest popped up.

Skip the Riverwood quest for now, go do the rest of quests. Could start by wandering after midnight in Whiterun Plains district around Battle-Born/ Gray-Mane houses. Or go to Jovarkr basement after becoming a werewolf. Or go to Haelga's Bunkhouse.

My character didn't discover about Embry's plan (which I know is a possible scenario with Alvor being dead and Dorthe kidnapped), so Alvor and Dorthe are supposedly in Whiterun (as Embry says), but Sigrid says he is dead when I greet her (perhaps the vanila AI is making her say that). Thing is, I couldn't confirm if Alvor is dead, I didn't find him or Dorthe on the road or in Whiterun (it already passed a day, so they should have arrived). Also, after the threesome, the objective in the quest journal about "confront the couple and decide what to do" doesn't clear, even after forgiving Embry or saying you would spare his life. So, to keep things short, I don't know how the mod should handle things if I choose to forgive Embry. Is there any scenario where Alvor and Dorthe reaches Whiterun but Sigrid keeps cheating on Alvor because she is being blackmailed? If you already caught Sigrid and Embry, Alvor is supposed to be dead in all scenarios?

 

The last question I imagine it's the case, because if I load an early save and pickpocket Embry, I learn about the deal, the "confront the couple and decide what to do" clears and there is a new objective to warn Alvor before he dies. I found him dead and Dorthe was kidnapped.

If you gave Embry the gold to contribute to home buying and then Alvor started going to Whiterun with Dorthe (6AM the next day), Alvor is always killed and Dorthe kidnapped.

 

So even if Embry is spared but you did give him the gold earlier, Alvor is dead anyways, and you should find him dead on the way to Whiterun , triggering the rescue mission of Dorthe. Sigrid will recognize her husband is dead and break the blackmail arrangement with Embry.

 

You can pickpocket Embry and find out about the plot before Alvor heads out, you'll save him and there will be another path opened up for the quest.

 

If you didn't give Embry the gold, Alvor will return the next morning after you discovered the affair. Then you can tell him about the affair.

If your Perversion is over 50, you can flirt with him and bang him casually if you choose the first option.

Pretty sure it's an easy speech check. Just go give the beggar a coin and return to the barracks and persuade Sigrid again (make sure you persuade her in front of the captain though)

 

You can also bribe him with a few thousands gold (can't remember how much exactly) or offer your virginity if you're known as Dragonborn,

A few things I noticed, not sure if working as intended.

Riften quest.

 

Started with a pure/kind/non-virgin/bisexual character/non-Dragonborn character. Sided with Svana, I don't think I can side with Haelga with this start(?)

 

Made it to convincing Tythis to stop harassing Svana. The dialog for convincing Tythis seems to show up on everyone meaning I think I can talk to anyone and select that dialog and the quest will proceed as if I talk to Tythis.

 

Made it past the part where Svana got trick by Sibbi and have three options. (Pure), Madesi, or hit on her(?). The Pure choice doesn't seem to do anything? She mention Svidi, but the quest doesn't get update, might be me going a bit too fast however. Talk about Madesi moves the quest forward. Didn't try to hit on her.

 

Now comes the confusing part. Tried to escort Svidi to Ragged Flagon, somewhere along the way a fight broke out and she got to the downed state, she got back on her feet eventually, but her AI seems to have glitched out and stopped following we were int he Ratway. Come to think of it I don't think she is normally essential, so could she have died? Regardless, can still proceed to talk to the thief guild about hiding her.

 

Earning the thief guild's support. The peeking scene with Vex and Delvin went on fine. The dialog to spy for Vekel about Tonilia and Brynjolf seems to disappear if I don't accept it right then and there; I tab out of the conversation, talk to him again and the option is gone(?) or is it one of those it is technically accepted, but need to wait for something to happen?.

 

On the other side, helping Maven with Ingun; well something happened in this save and Ingun died, so I am kind of stuck. Actually Maven still gave the quest despite Ingun died before getting to that point

 

Come to think of it Haelga's three lovers aren't essential, my followers accidentally killed Hofgir during the brawl, but I manage to salvage it by bringing Indaryn to Bolli and Haelga. Would the quest just fail if too many of the NPCs died?

Try to avoid tapping out of dialogues though. Some of them are marked as Say Once.

Nothing was happening, no events triggering, but I noticed I had NPC distance tweaks in my load order which cuts back on npc talking to my pc, and eachother as a whole. I disabled it and started a new game and will see if it was culprit.
