I am having a similar problem as many of you on here. My game keeps saying my WW is out of date. What am I doing wrong?

sorry for the blurry picture but i just started playing again updated my game then i updated my ww mod and i get no options at all and this pops up everytime i load my game. what am i doing wrong i deleted the old files and got the new version and still nothing.

Not that I was aware of, but I re-opened everything and I haven't received the error since. I'm not sure what it was?

Um...not really sure what to do about this or if I should keep playing as everything seemed fine then. I had saved not that long ago at all before it popped up and I created a seperate save afterward as the per the notification. I'm going to hold off playing until someone gets back to me since I'm unsure. But I must add, thank you so very much for this mod. It's loads of fun.

hello, i use the sims 4 version 1.44.88.1020, and i use WickedWhims 3.3.4.129g - 3 July 2018

settings teens switch = enable, romance = allow all ages

Can those b the reason i get 2 options in the phones menu for "ask on date"?

Try repairing game via origin and delete localthumbcache.pkg in the sims 4 folder.....you should always delete this when you add or remove stuff.

If I go to perform ANY action at all, be it walking or talking , ANYTHING, they just stand there on infinite loop of head nods while time ticks by. they do not actually initiate the action until i click open the calendar or open the options tab to 'save' or sometimes when i open the phone. Once I open one of these three things the sims 'notices' the que but it starts all over again the very next action the sim attempts. (i cant open the calendar for the sim to perform literally every action). This lag issue has prevented me from using the mod in game at all so I would like to be able to correct this.

I had this same issue, my ooOlala animations needed to be updated and that fixed it.

I downloaded the July 3rd version of Wicked Whims and it wouldn't let Sims change into their Seasonal outfits. Then, I saw it was updated July 10th. I downloaded it and everything works great but it wouldn't let me save. Here is my lastexception:https://pastebin.com/pkZ9bAiM

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, someone knows why I get the warning: The game could not be loaded. Error code: 3 It only happens when there are .ts4script files in the Mod folder.

Thanks for that tip. I didn’t know that about deleting that. But I’ve done it now and repaired it, so will see what happens now.

 

Edit: I’ve been testing it for a day or two and I haven’t seen anymore error warnings thus far. Cheers man.

Nope, nope and nope. Only WW, animations and CC for some of downloaded sims. I'll try to delete that file you mentioned and I'll let you know.

 

Edit: Another nope, deleting file didn't helped.

for the most part everything seems to run well, except for 2 bugs i have encountered: whenever my sim carries something (food, book) their arm is raised up way in the sky. the second one is more serious, in that no bed are appearing when i place them in build mode. Anyone here that can make sense of it?

Is the bed CC or base game?

it was base game, but i've fixed the issue. I verified all the files and tossed out Zorak's Posterbed mod. either solved it, hence why i deleted my post.

Sooo, I'll get straight to the point. I messed something up along the way with my cc and WW began to not work. I deleted everything- and I mean EVERYTHING. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've cleared out all cc and absolutely all mods, I literally deleted The Sims 4 folder and completely started anew. I have redownloaded WW so many times and each time I open the game... nothing. I do have script mods enabled, I've deleted the localthumbcache pkg. When I open the game, it brings up Wicked Whims Tuning under custom content, but nothing under script mods (See picture). I don't know what else I can do! Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
