Some animations aren't playing, the characters just merge into eachother and just stand there.

The one with the doorman at the Skunkway entrance or the one from the final scene in the training hall tournement, characters just stand there frozen in place.

not sure what exactly could be causing both issues but mods that alter cameras could cause problems like these. Check if you are using any mod that change the third and first person camera.

What exactly is the condition of getting Helga's diary after the ending?
Now I've killed all the beggars and recovered the equipment.

 I'm not using any mods to alter the camera.What's interesting is that in the Squeaky Mast for example, when you work,the bed animations work fine but the one where you're leaning on the post doesn't, characters just stand. (Also the priestess that should be dancing also just stands there frozen)

Can some one help me? I cannot for figure out how to get into the prison where the thief is kept. I think my game has glitches. I’ve found the cave with the trees, but there’s nothing I can do to get in

The thief is not in the cave with the trees, that's where the beggars that stole yout stuff are, to get in i think you need to use a memory potion in Riften at the bench behind the Bee and Barb then one down in the canals.

You need to have high level karma, like above 900 and wait 24h after getting the scene in which you wake up on her bed. This scene is only available if you had just one drink with the Thief when you meet him at the Bee and Barb in the beginning. If you had to kill the beggars, that means you had two drinks with the Thief and woke up at the canal.

Hmm. Are you sure you're using a version of Thief that doesn't have any previous installation of it? It always requires a clean save. I think you should try installing it again and run FNIS.

Where is the thief being kept the. And how do I find him? Any chance you could screen shot a map. Thank you for your help

Man you are not giving clear hints but i'll try to help. Contains spoiler and bad english;

Thief can be at one place or another, it all depends on how you play and where you at in the story.

For example, if you just get out from skunkway and you are now in solitude, then thief is in solitude prison. Go Talk to Captain Vala first, then she'll give you permission to speak with him (to do that, go downstairs)

 

You said something about the cave with beggars, the reason i'm confused now is that the beggars cave and thief in prison stuff is very far away parts of the game. For example, if you never met the thief after getting out of skunkway and now you are already at the beggars cave, then thief is already dead. He is executed by Queen Elisif. Cause you was supposed to convince her to not kill him and send him to the Snake's Throat mine.

Been replaying the mod, and I'm stuck at the Solitude gate. Specifically the minigame to get the bards in, does anyone know if there's flag or something I can set using setpqv? I can't use the middle mouse button to signal them so I need a workaround.

I dont know teh command but had same issue. I solved it in a hard way by writing down bards id's. Then while with guard i set max speed so he is distracted then i toggle console and without disabling it i teleport PC to the doors to Solitude and then bards to me when disable console game triggers that they passed inside and i can continue scene with guard. Bards normally appear in Solitude and everything works so i hope it will help you.

Ok so i got the animations working , only problem i have now is that after the 3rd training ground tournement if you decide to Hide the truth from Ormax (or whatever his name is)  the screen fades to black and just stays black, i can hear the sounds but i can't see or do anything.

No one else is having this issue? I have tried just about everything including remove all other mods and animations from FNIS, but this issue doesnt go away.

hi anyone having problems with version 1.007 after i save it and quit then reload i get.. this save is from 1.006 before 1.007 bugs may exist problem is ive done a fresh install of skyrim did a fresh install of vortex deleted all mod files from there location left over from both skyrim and vortex but keep getting same message any help would be appreciated :).

Has anyone found a way yet to repair this damn camera? Seriously I don't get how dogma after so many updates still hasn't fixed the issue of the camera not showing us the animation in like 50% of all scenes, especially it made me mad in the Squeaky Mist- all of the scenes while working are unseeable for me because camera is more interested in the wall.

Use tfc in console command or download a mod called mytpc from nexus mod manager thats what i did hope it helps

i have no idea if my game is stuck. i met Runa in front of the door then she tells me to gather ingredients. i only know how to get the alchohol. what do i do after that? my quest tells me to give the burnt recipe to Tulvar but I dont have the recipe

Runa drinked the potion, then we went to that guy room when I discovered the passage I started to go until that broken pipe/whatever it was and pressed on it. Then I got instantly transported to a cutscene with Runa and Tulvar talking about what next(Thief escape need to find him in skyrim). I didn't get any quest markers telling me his location or anything so i went to riften to use memory potion there and that finished the quest coz i found my equip.

Surely I missed something because I'm still missing my gold and more importantly didn't even get to  find the thief and talk to him.
