I didn't see anything in the walk-through specific to the fight, it just jumps to part 7 after the fight.

If you enter into the console "tmm 1" it should reveal all locations, including the Beggar's Cave.

 

Keep in mind that you have to press E to interact with the location of the cave before you can actually walk into it.

Has anyone gotten that same freezing issue when trying to have the scene with Stanius after reporting Talen to him? That Guard archer is still frozen in place and does not progress the scene. 

 

If there is no way to get the scene to function as intended, is there a way to trigger this scene using console commands?

 

I GOT IT! Here's what you can do if this happens to you:

 

Use the movetoplayer command on Stanius and the Guard Archer

Then use the refintoalias cap command on the archer, then quickly switch it back to Stanius

Im getting this in fnis: Reading BDanimations1>>Warning: Animation file missing: dogma_mem_warrens_purse_offset.hkx<<
 V1.0 ...  ; I noticed someone else had it too and I wonder if someone knows how to fix this. I've tried the new patch and it's still the same thing.

Gah I am conflicted. I would go sign up for the patreon but I have Special Edition. The conversion process looks painfully complicated but buying legacy and getting it running seems equally annoying. WHAT DO?

With version 1.001, the quest stages seem to have been thrown off--The stage the quest thinks I am at is one ahead of what I am really at.

 

This caused a problem once I found the Thief's secret caches, as the quest ended prematurely and I can't find the thief anymore.

 

Did this happen to anyone else?

After I plant the diamond in Rindir's bed, Lefty has no option to speak to him. Just the regular ore/gems dialogue. Is this a bug or do I need to wait even more(it's been 2 days now)?

Am I the only one that had problem with this scene:

 

 

In the Snake Throat, when I try to get the ale keg from Ula, he says "Okay, get it" but he never gives to my character and continues to move towards Lefty's place. So I'm stuck at this part, as I can't get it to the thief for him to put the potion on it.

It's really not that complicated.  The conversion guide posted here by mrloler is complete and simple, but it's actually much easier: just use Cathedral to convert the meshes and animations, do not create a .bsa archive, and load the LE version of the mod with the updated assets.

 

There's a new version up on Patreon.  It is not a bug fix patch, but it extends the skip script to get past the story parts of the Skunkway until Runa is freed (not any optional content).  The beta is now available for all Patrons, so please start playing and submitting bug reports.

For version 1.00.1 i have also issue with the old scene in the blue palace room (with the bath) .
Dead end, can't interact with anything. Any possible solution to advance the stages of this scene?

I would recommend that you re-load to before you accepted the room and choose the other option - skip it entirely.  Then report the bug to Dogma.

I am with version 1.00.2 and still have this issue where the quest stages are ahead of where I actually am in the quest.

 

It works fine until the quest completes prematurely and I can't seem to progress any further.

 

Anyone else have this issue?

I've seen a lot of reports like this in the last couple days.  Dogma appears to have moved some of the quest stages around in the first patch to add two objectives in the middle.  Looks like it's a known issue that will get fixed eventually.

I got an objective to Find Out The Truth after I escape the Sanke Throat but I don't know where to go. My character doesn't say anything after she mentions to see a blacksmith. Went to one and then after they release the schackles, there is no more clue.

You need to return to Riften and investigate there using the Memory potion. Depending on your starting choice (stayed for a drink or left) the memories will be in different areas.

Check the bench by the inn closest to the bridge near the main gate. I also think you need to do to use the memory potion when it's night but I could be wrong about this.
