I thought that too when I was just looking at the dialog and the scene titles, but that's actually not the case.  Burd only shows up if you: completed his quest (slept with Traka all night and received gold the next day); then had sex with Burd in the loft to celebrate; then pay for cleaning and choose to lie on your belly; have not scared Kruvar away previously (mutual masturbation blocks access to all other options); ask Kruvar to put the buttplug back in after it falls out, or ask Kruvar to lick your pussy after he finishes cleaning.  The whole Kruvar thing is way too complicated and is going to be a bitch to translate and test.

Try this:

1. prid XX5AA00C
2. enable
3. player.moveto XX5AA00C

That should make it visible and move you to its location.

I believe you are correct: First you have to see the one in Marsus' bed, then go to the one in the smelter.

 

I have also routinely had issues with those scenes freezing as well.

To progress some stuck scenes including those just mentioned:

Open console

Select NPC involved in the scene by clicking on them (scroll mouse wheel after clicking to select something under another object e.g. an npc occluded by the player)

Enter command disable, close and open console, enter command enable

OR if that does nothing, enable/disable the Speaker, an NPC copy of the player used to speak lines.

To select the Speaker in the console use command sqv dft_core (other thief quests work too) and page up to REF ‘Speaker’ and use its code with the prid command (e.g. prid XXXXXXXX)

 

This skips the npc’s current dialogue line. If you have control of the character, running into an idle NPC who isn’t saying their line also skips it.

 

It might cause issues so don’t report a bug if something goes wrong after using console commands, but it does reliably allow you to see some scenes.

 

If these stuck scenes are still happening in a save started with 1.00.3, maybe the English machine translation is causing issues? Weren’t there scene freezes in 0.95 that went away with brewmaster’s translation?

Does anyone managed to get his scenes? I tried working 3 days at the brothel but when I talk to him about playing for the ring, I still only got the options of 1 gold, 5 gold, 10 gold and nevermind. Supposedly you have to offer 'services' to play for the ring. Or is it only available after you take all his gold?

The xx's represent the mods place in your order I believe, meaning the number of mods on your game might be different than say, mine, so the order is then different. The xx should be different for everyone unless using literally a copied setup.

 

To easily find the xx just type "help dibellan 4" into console, it should bring up the ids for all the Skunkway coins, the first two numbers/letters are your XX

That was fast - I've only done about 300 lines so far, roughly 5% of the total for this version.  Did you just do a machine translation?  Doesn't that just end up being nonsense?  The current English version is machine translated and it's barely legible in places.  Google can't seem to parse certain Russian words so it just romanizes the Cyrilic, and we end up with "vidocq" instead of "vagina" and "Redgadov" instead of "Redguard".

Torek's name is defined in the quest strings of bd_conditional as sw_torek_name near the very bottom of the list of strings, and Krul's name as Sol_Krul about 20 places up from Torek's

As others have mentioned, it's the load order index of your DogmaEngine.esm or Dogma - Thief.esp depending on what you're looking for.  Since that depends on your specific collection of mods and their load order, you have to figure it out for yourself.  Imagine if I actually put 31 or whatever instead of XX, how many more questions we would get about why whatever command doesn't work.

In order to get the ring from him, you must first beat him at dice and take all his marks.  When he's broke, he will agree to sell it to you for as low as 3 gold, but you also have the option of playing dice for it and getting it for free.

As far as his scenes, if you offered to have sex with him in exchange for the ring before you met the required number of times working at the brothel, all of his scenes are locked permanently.

Ironically the mod was working much better before the last couple of patches that added the extension of the skip script.  Versions 1.0.0.0 and 1.0.0.1 could be completed without major errors except for a few buggy side-quest things.

Regarding Kruvar

Regardless if you have the butt plug or not, if you choose the belly option and then continue reading instead of spreading your legs the PC will always ask for help from Kruvar. Is this intentional? I guess I should ask Dogma but asking here if there's any insight.

When you become rank 10, the guy that arranges the matches should greet you when you come from the arena, saying you're a champion. The next fight I went naked and my opponent was The Dodger, before the match stats he proposes a deal to you.

 

Did you get to rank 10 by normal ways or using console command?

I think the "Tower of Light" is referring to Darklight Tower, but I forget the exact name
