From the Better Looking Vampire Mod, there exists different vampire queen armors, but the ones where's there's an actual crown and armors and stuff ended up clipping all over the place, so I'm currently just using the wings only armor, which seems to do the trick just fine. Obviously room for improvement if I wasn't shite at modelling.

 

Currently testing gameplay where I've added the base Amazon Race abilities to the VampireLord, as well as the Power Within abilities (that's relevant), and it feels ridiculously OP.

Main problem with mod like this is vampire lord skeleton.

Without a specially modified skeleton, the characters with Amazon body do not look like I planned when creating a race.

For making similar stuff for F4 I need tool for ingame tweaking skeleton proportions.

LooksMenu do not have such functions right now.

New update here!

 

New armor sets in "Armor" mod - Skaal, Falmer, Falmer Heavy and 2 variants of "Chaurus" armor.

One new weapon - "Scorpion GreatAxe".

No changes in "Race" mod.

No updates for Special Edition version.

Well, when I planned to make it - it should be something like xenomorph from "Alien". Or even xenomorph-queen...

But you never know where you will go when armor-making process begin =)

 

P.s. this armors was made from chaurus-flyer meshes, so I still have common one for upcoming armors =)

Great mod. Using the smaller version myself, feel like I might be in the minority there so I thought I'd let you know it's appreciated.

 

Seems to conflict with RS Children. Causes them to use the old facial model which then messes with the hair and textures being applied, so you end up with odd, half-bald, porcelain doll monstrosities as the kids in their place. Not a huge issue but I thought you might like to know in case it's an easy fix.

This is strange. My mod should do not have any conflicts of such kind, because it do not change anything in other races and it do not overwrite any files from main game (or other mods).

All that "race" mod change - is an armor entry of "prisoner tunic" and some impact data for bolts and arrows.

 

Maybe this issue happens because after installation of my mod your load order changed?

RSC runs off an esm so unfortunately there's no way to change the load order to after Amazons. Maybe there's some crossover of assets used? Not sure myself as I don't really have an understanding of how the creation kit is managed.

 

It's not a big issue anyway, just means the kids go back to being the walking potatoes Bethesda modeled.

Absolutely no.

Long time ago I have similar bug with RS Children, but I can't remember what caused it and how I fixed it.

But it was 100% not my mod, because it's happened before I started creating it =)

My mod doesn't have any popularity anywhere, even here, on LL (and I'm think it's not so bad, actually, because it's made on very average level), so I'm pretty sure you will not be able to find any armor from another modders.

You can try to start new game, and then check childrens, just to be sure.

Nevermind, I'm a damned fool who doesn't check the load order properly. There is an esp for the children and it will fail to load properly if the amazons come BEFORE it, as LOOT wants it to be. But of course LOOT probably doesn't have it in the priority listing to begin with.

 

Anyway, sorry for the bother. Looking forward to future updates.

That's why I sort all my mods manually.

This requires deep knowledge of the structure of all mods, but gives full control in terms of compatibility and mod conflicts.

In any case, I'm glad to hear that it was not my mod that caused the conflict =)
