I'd prefer more players be active, sharing information, stories, pics....  It's more fun when many show up to party. I just post shit to keep the forums alive. Plus - I enjoy seeing CC I'll never use, or have ever seen. Members like Patriguz have an amazing amount of things I've never seen, or even imagined. All that gives me a break from seeing the game I always see....   I guess it's one of the reasons I myself post a fair amount of 'alternate lifestyle shots' as no one else seems to.

If you are speaking of that site which "shall not be named", I understand completely. After finding out about it, I spent some time reading there as I learned a bit more about KW there than here as those modifying KW were openly discussing the nuts and bolts which gave me a somewhat better understanding of the mod as a whole. I myself don't judge, but find the nature of the site someplace where talented people create works which most will never benefit from their abilities.

Only if you use the same two donors for every sim. Just changing 1 donor creates an entirely new set of possibilities to be rolled. You do know you don't have to use the same two sims as donors for every sim in your game???

 

Not sure how you use it, but as I click an NPC, choose a few sim genetics donors (actually different from adding parents with MC) from any sim in the game, mine, townies and homeless (20, 50, 100 possibilities), I can then scroll through the several different sims in the donor panels to choose two donors. I can set a toddler or child age to YA/ A to see what she will look like when aged up... I can reroll those donors to see another version of what the new sim will look like. I can switch donors and do it all again until happy with the results and have a new, different looking sim in less than 2 minutes. Then, do it again with the next pudding face NPC. As they are NPC's, with different surnames, etc, what reason would I have to do as you do and... Apparently gather 4 or 5 unrelated NPC's, use MC> Advanced> Family> Add Parent (apparently doing this with all 4 or 5 NPC's)... Then use the MTS genetics tool on each, making sure their features are slightly different. Why? And then go back to remove the parents??? As I said, if you wish to change a family unit, maybe??? But to simply and quickly add variety to the NPC population, obviously far more work than necessary... and then, you have 4 or 5 unrelated NPC sims all with the same genetics and only slight variances, which was exactly what we began talking about trying to avoid having in the first place.

I find it funny when I can get paparazzi to photograph my sims woohooing. (BTW does everyone add a bed to that Late Night Vampire Lounge?)

Weird. I usually buy an expensive bed on the first day. I guess this was a party.

Can't even remember what her day job was, but this was her first anal. 

She had a name like Penny or Polly or something, woohooing & whoring in that Supernatural town.

I think I played two evil rapey Vampire Criminals for a while,  then added a teen girl ... He's just jerking off though

A few ingame days later I got bored with them, so I tried to make the adults into housemates so I could focus on keeping the girl a virgin. I failed at making them housemates, so uh ... allowed this to happen, and started a new game. 

Stopped playing these two kids as soon as I realized teens can't form a band.

IIRC I actually managed to screw the uni mascot on his first visit.

I have added so many things to that lounge over the years! I even had a live refreshments bar, complete with virgins of various blood types.

 

Now, I have my own bar, House of Tepes, but it uses so much CC that I really can't upload it.

Unless trying to play Sims in a band - I have removed the instruments from every stage in Bridgeport. As having been in bands and playing many bars in many towns I have a personal outlook on the Sims: First off - 99.9% of the time, instruments on a stage are privately owned and just walking up and using them is incredibly fucking rude, while not taking any responsibility if something were to happen to them. Secondly I'm soooooo tired of seeing sims playing instruments randomly/for tips with absolutely NO SKILL. The menu option 'take a break from playing' is usually followed by me opening their inventory, selling the offending instrument, and making sure the instrument skill is set to -01. If they do happen to be in the musician career, I give them a bump UP in skill so as a player - I don't have to suffer listening to crap.

The only thing on that stage in Bridgeport now is a live sex show (stocks) with some 'evil' fairy dancers working the sides....

I never tried to have teens form a band - Thanks for this info! Over 11 years and I still learn new things about the Sims 3.....

If one plays an Alien (or uses cheats to have the 'spaceship') and has the handiness skill high enough - they can upgrade the spaceship a few different ways to make interesting use of it besides as basic transportation (which is as efficient as teleportation).

 

They can add lasers and wreak chaos.

They can improve the 'drive' and visit space like a 'mini-adventure'.

They can abduct other Sims. (Can't remember if this is an upgrade or a normal option when selecting the menu on the ship).

 

 

 

Aliens have become a favorite 'life state' of mine over the years, but trying to be more 'lore friendly' causes me to not use them as much as I once did - I still wish there was a 'World' which was an empty black space with background stars in every direction and a single huge 'lot' which could be used to make a 'spaceship' style home........

I did. Had a full bar for vampires only in the basement once with dance stage and private rooms. I even built a room on the roof once!

 

EDIT: Just realized, thought that was about the basement of the vampire lounge. But, I did make some minor changes to the cemetery bar once.
