NoxBestia Posted February 9, 2018 Author Posted February 9, 2018 FEEDBACK: Potential Upload Tonight? I am at a point that I believe I can upload the hotfix tonight. However, I have not yet hooked NDPA unto DWR's upgraded shopping system. The biggest immediate problem with that is *if* you get the "Horsing Around" event and *if* you piss off the dwarf and then *if* you end up losing your penis, the event to get it back via potion won't be available. So, do I upload the hotfix tonight and work on the shopping for the next update, or do I hold on uploading and wait until I figure out what I want to do with integrating the new shopping events? 1

Bah! Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 So I've finally isolated the freezing as being entirely related to whether or not shattered world is activated. About 5 years in when I click on a province the game simply encounters an error, and freezes, eventually forcing me to close it.

I guess, but you wouldn't happen to know of a shattered world mod that would work? I've tried shatter any world, and it eventually just gets rid of my county, and ends the game.

mekie Posted February 10, 2018 Posted February 10, 2018 Sorry if this is a dumb question but i cant seem to get sex scenes before age 12, i havent seen any watersports/scat scene either despite having these stuff uncensored. I have DW, DW toska, merc commander, turtle's mod, exp slavery all in mod folder and i have the latest version with all dlc and everything. What is the issue?

I saw in your mod files that you at least thought about some kind of compatibility. Is it still on your to do list or did you finished it already and I didn't see it. If the fix is something simple which I can do by myself, I would be glad if you could tell me how. Second question I was trying to play as a centaur but wss a bit dissatisfied with the portrait. I saw there were other in the file but I don't know how to change the portrait. I saw somewhere that I would have to use the remove_trait PortraitNumber command and then add the one of my choice via add_trait but I don't know how to find the portrait number of the centaur portraits.
Elson Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 I am not sure if you know this but Japanese invasion events generally tend to crash the game I had the same problem with the old DW-Kitsune mod and the old original Japanese invasion mod.

The CK2Plus file has compatibility module has not been finished yet, but it is still on my list. It does take the CK2Plus religions into account. The centaurs and night wolves are full races, not simply portrait replacement traits so that method doesn't work on them. You have to alter your DNA in the save file to change it.

There aren't a lot of watersports and scat scenes active yet, though there are some in there. More are planned when I can. Until Turtle and Toska are updated, they are not compatible. I have no idea what will and won't work with them active. 1

Cheers Are you running NDPA and the NDPA Dark World compatibility module? Counting DWR, you should ahve 3 mods selected. Also, your futas won't get the traits until puberty. So long as you are configured as above, and you have deleted all old versions, not just copied over them with the new, then they should be working. They have been working in my test games.

I was not aware though I did notice they were full of bugs but I fixed the ones I found. I'll look into it further. EDIT: For the time being, I have disabled the Japanese invasion. It was originally a copy of Sunset Invasion, and would potentially need extensive reworking to bring it up to current code. I already have my own "Nightwolf Invasion" events that can also be used to deal with introducing the Kitsune into the world since I tie the races together (and not just by their knots). 1
NoxBestia Posted February 11, 2018 Author Posted February 11, 2018 Missing Trait Graphics Tonight I have cleaned up literally hundreds of errors in the error.log that were generated by my code alone. One thing that I am not finding errors for upon startup, nor am I finding a way to check in the validator, is missing trait graphics. I know there are a ton of them (NDPA has over 200 trait entries in the localisation files), and that isn't including the numerous "blank" trait icons that I have assigned. I am likely going to upload the hotfix knowing that these are missing; however, after I get some sleep I may feel more up to the challenge of going through my code and trying to make sure all traits at minimum have the blank icon so there are none of the annoying holes. 1

Well, after going through 241 traits, 46 are currently using the blank graphic, but they all have entries at least.

For example my female character has the DNA aaaaajaafaw and has the first portrait. But after changing the DNA in several attempts (bbbbbjaafaw; xxxxxxxxxxx; aaaaakaahau) the portrait stays the same.

Sorry about that. DNA isn't the correct one. Use the third letter in the properties field of a character.

Thank you. Unfortunately the game totally ignores any changes to the properties value of my character. When I load the edited save game file, the portrait ID which I can see via charinfo in the tooltip of my character stays the same as does the portrait. I'm sorry for not getting this done by myself. Also unrelated to that, I can't see the hotfix you uploaded.
