I don't like when ppl write crap here, but even i find myself in a position where i cannot resist to ask:
Would you be so kind to let us know which environment-related mods (weathers, landscape/snow retextures, maybe ENB?, etc.) are you using in those screenshots?
I am especially interested in the snow retexture, the snowy trees and maybe grass - anything related to snow/ice, as i cannot find mods which wouldn't end up making the snow or ice, or both, look gray or blue (it is blue even on your screens, but i am hoping that is due to weather or ENB you are using, and not because somebody made the textures blue).

It is a combination of daytime, weather and lighting which influences the color of the snow and other surfaces.

 

All the mods i use can be found in my signature (SAE).

Also, she 0.95 height. On heels.

She runs between giants' legs and sticks up with a pointy thing. They  hurt.

She tiny, chiselled, little fury.

Can this buff mod be used to make the character very skinny and veiny?

Her body is a preset I made then modified. She's weight 0 and I made her as skinny as possible with almost no breasts and very short, then just cranked up arms and legs so it contrasts. That's just basic RaceMenu. Muscle maps are from here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38877 and I selected extreme setting for low weight on Redguards during installation.

 

She isn't buffed by any mod or special in any way. I just made her look that way, then came up with the story.

So, keeping the arm and leg settings thin, could you use the mod to make her bony looking, maybe even anorexic in appearance, you think?

I have no idea what you;re asking for. I can make her look anything I want. Even fat as a whale. That's just basic BodySlide.
