Hi, the skin is Bjin an the enb is: touch of tamriel the 2.0 version (yes, the older version) about the lights I haven't changed it that much. I improved it with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/65720?tab=images and https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2424, I recommend to tweak ENB on your pc to get the best results because my config might look different due to monitor, resolution etc (for that reason I keep using the 2.0 version of TOT because its easier to tweak it than the 3.0v, imo).
