Close, this is actually Karlov Manor which has a very similar layout in the main room of the house.

Both are great mods.

There isn't really a sound pack. I get my sounds/fx from videos on this website https://sfmcompile.club/ and sync the animation during recording.

You can use this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56563 to slow or speed up the timing with hotkeys, pretty easy to do
