It's just the standard level of political BS.  Along the exact same lines of "You didn't spend it THIS year, so you obviously you won't need it NEXT year.  We're cutting your budget!" = "Why do we need to maintain fire suppression systems when we haven't had a fire in X amount of time?  And those trucks?  The training for the personnel?  What a waste of money!"

Maybe that was a weird question. I was watching somebody unpackage an uncannily real sex doll. Turns out that doll wasn't a doll at all but a real person. The way that person managed to stay still throughout most the video is incredible or maybe it was some other trick. Either way it was well done.
