It is as simple as playing a bit of a graphically intensive video game and the graphics card warms a room up enough for things to be bearable. 1

Oh and if you are wearing a coat that means more laundry to do and no it doesn't matter if you are wearing a shirt underneath you still need to wash it. Also it is dry as fuck and it dries out everyone's skin. Can't forget that winter usually comes with snow and snow is a pain in the ass because it always falls where you don't want it to fall. Also no beach babes/hunks.
