Hey! You can remove the "statistics" files located in the 'Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\WickedWhimsMod' folder which will reset statistics for all Sims in the game.

 

 

Anyway, today I searched and found the answer and I did go to the folder mentioned, deleted the files etc... and... it doesn't work. 

 

Here it is... I did something wrong? Has this changed since 2018? What should I do?

Hi; I have an issue where the game is flooded with error reports that show that game version is outdated despite the fact that the game's version is in the supported game versions list (1.71.86). Unfortunately, I won't update the game due to undisclosed reasons why. Other issues that occur noticeably upon booting up is that the male penis is completely dark which the aforementioned issues do not go away as I try to reinstall the mod and tried to look deep for other older sources to match with the current version of my game's version. Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

The error report clearly states that your game IS outdated.  So WHY are your NOT updating your game ?  Its far more trouble than complaining here with a possible solution in sight.

Man up ! Make a backup of your complete sims folder and install the update.  Your are not yet at (colossal cave's)  Whitt's end.

I'm still on 1.71.86 too because the newer versions broke CC chairs and I'd rather wait for a fix than update and have to run a batchfix and go lot by lot replacing chairs (and replace then again when they fix it).

That said, I still haven't had any issue with WW because of my outdated game. If OP says that version is compatible, IT IS still compatible. It must be another mod that's throwing that LE.

I can't update my game because the updates usually break a whole ton of things and it's a major pain to fix all of the issues that are caused by the updates that probably rewrites the game's code each time. So updating my game now would almost be be out of the question.

First off, are you playing with the Legacy version of Sims 4? Make sure that you're using the proper WW version for your game type.

Second: assuming you ARE using the right version of WW, if you update the mod but not your game, you're going to have issues.

 

This is simply a case of updating your game and making sure that everything else is updated or playing without WW as there is no option for downloading older versions.

First of all, updates usually only beak only a few mods  You need to update these broken ones.  The updates of work-arounds are most of the time available within a few days.  Else you need to remove them.  But chairs won't usually break as with clothes they are too simple,  they do not change the programs functionality.  They only look nice.   

 

If its NOT the game, nor WW or MC command. Then it IS some other Mod. 

use the 50/50 method of something like that.   Move mod out of reach of the program DO NOT DELETE  

 

MAKE A BACKUP FIRST.  

 

It will take some time, be careful and concentrate.  Maybe you want to start with the cheat-and-enhance mods and leave the extra "normal" for last. 

Mods with scripts, Mod that change the look of the program (E.G. more columns is cas. )  are more suspect than a chair. 

 

and again MAKE A BACKUP  and remove the localthumbcache.package after each change let the program build you new one.

You are simply wasting your time. It's never happening. The developer changed the rules and you just need to accept it. EA won't and shouldn't fix CC. This must be done by the creators or by yourself using Sims4Studio.

Having an unusual issue in my game. I'm using MCCC to import sims from my gallery when the game needs to create a townie to fill a job, but the past week or so instead of using my sims, it's recreating Tom and Tina Peeping. My guy joined the detective job and at the police station I have 2 Toms and 3 Tina Peeping. My girl wanted to be a doctor and when she went to work, the doctor was a Tina Peeping and the receptionist was, Tom Peeping....What in the Peeping hell has happened to my game??

Edit: Just used the cheat to unhide hidden households and had to delete, 13 Tina's and 17 Tom's, It's the attack of the Peeping clones up in here.

Your LE says your game version is 1.52...

And you are using MCCC version 7.5.0 which worked with the game version 1.67.45.

Was just wondering if there was a sex persuasion skill or trait that made it possible to have sex in situations that are not normally possible. Like having a threesome with sisters or a mother and daughter without them having incest trait, or convincing a sim that hates children to have vaginal sex.

There is no official announcement from EA of things staying like this.

It doesn't affect just CC. Every single item in the game, custom or not, must have unique instances. If you change them to 32-bit you're reducing the number of unique instances you can have by a lot. It will affect their own items if they run out of numbers. Changing them was a mistake and, according to peacemaker (gamechanger) and the people at Sims4Studio, Maxis is investigating this issue.

 

So no I'm not wasting my time. You know why? because I haven't done anything and my mods still work and I haven't had to spend any second fixing chairs that shouldn't have broken in the first place. If a new mod update isn't compatible with my version, I just have to keep the old one. And in the remote possibility that they decide to leave the 32-bit instances, I'll run the batch fix, but only then.

 

The batch fix right now is just a temporal solution for those who can't wait or for those that still haven't realized that leaving auto-updates on is a terrible idea when you have a modded game.

If you won't update your game, you'll get branded a pirate and then firmly shown the door with no help at all.

 

There are resources at your disposal to help you update your mods every patch. I suggest you use them.
