got a suggestion. a toggle in the mcm, that while wearing any of the harnesses you cant wear any armor other then nocturnals robes, it would give you a buff to magic regen (50-75%) and a bonus to stealth (10 - 20%) with the toggle activated, nocturnal could say "as long as you remain naked or are wearing my robes, you will find that you are harder to detect and that you magical energy returns to faster. a gift for showing all that you are mine" if the toggle isnt activated, nocturnal wont say anything about it. you can activate it at any time, but wont take effect until after the next time you talk to nocturnal.

So, for some reason Nocturnal's spirit won't go away anymore, and I can't seem to proceed on quests that require me worshiping something and having her spawn in, like Tales and Tallows... Any idea of what could've caused that or how to fix it?

Try the "player reset" in MCM, Misc tab.

 

If that does not fix it, or it just comes back again, most likely you are running on a corrupt save. See golden rule.

 

If you need more help, I would need to see your papyrus log (a how to is in my FAQs).

Nocturnal's Sepulchre in the vanilla game is NOT the same one this mod uses. This mod uses a copy. Thus you must enter it as you were taught during the "Man's Best Friend" quest. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any way to delay the Dragon Mound of Love animations? If I walk onto a mound, I have to make sure I only stay at the very edge and jump off as soon as animations end. If I don't do this, animations repeat. I just don't have time to get off the mound. I've had it repeat 4 and 5 times before being able to jump off. I haven't seen any setting for this and assuming there isn't one. Maybe it's just me but it can be a little annoying to be unable to escape.

That's not normal. It's designed so that it should not happen.

 

If it happens you could skip the animation (as is always the case) by pressing the "advance key" (space by default), so at least you dont have to wait for the animations to run again.

 

There's the chance that you are running on a corrupt save. See golden rule. But not saying its the cause, I just dont have other ideas. It does not occur in tests and has not been reported before.

Yea, I already manually advance as that's the only way I can be sure when the animation will end. I've had it through multiple games so I don't think it's corruption but ya never know with Skyrim. Maybe a conflict but I have too many mods and this is not enough of a pain to do the necessary troubleshooting. I figured it was just me as I did search the forum and found nothing but I figured I'd take a shot and ask anyway. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

So, as much as I enjoyed the mod so far, I feel like there's just too much going on at the same time, what with all the quests and encounters and stuff, so I fear it's not really for me.
Is there something I need to do to uninstall or, or can I just uninstall it like any other mod?

Thank you for the mod.

If there is too much happening you can adjust that in the MCM by slowing down or turning off some or all of the encounters (Encounters tab).

 

Just uninstall like any other mod. Also like any other mod, dont do that mid-playthrough or you will corrupt your save (see golden rule).

Hi, I have a weird glitch.. I get missing textures on some items(chain harness, knife harness and nipple clamps so far) but only AFTER building them in bodyslide.

I tested and everything appears fine before i build them and then poof no textures. I tried reinstalling to no avail. Any help appreciated

Thanks for the updates on this mod, It is one of my favourites.

I've recently updated to the latest 6.7 and started a new game

Enjoying it so far, mixed it with a lot of other mods and all the mcm configuration options are wonderful to control how and when to trigger or suspend events.

I lament only a minor nuisance that I don't know how to address on my end.

The issue is the forced stripping at the word wall love event,

in previous versions the character was stripped of the body slot and then the wwl animation started.

Now the character gets completely stripped of all things with the exception of collars, and if one has DD items equipped (non-quest items) it takes quite a bit to go through all the stripping, up to the point that the wwl animation takes less time than the stripping does.

Is there an option I haven't seen that bypasses this? Or can I do something about it?

The mod installs with presets. Bodyslide then replaces when you build. Thus is either a broken bodyslide package install, or not using bodyslide correctly. Possibly even your mod manager messed up with virtual folders etc.

 

I've not experienced these symptoms or helped someone with them before its a new one on me. I think it must be incorrect usage of bodyslide in relation to your mod manager. Somehow your bodyslide generated files that are pointing to the wrong texture location which is why I'm blaming the mod manager/your steps in relation to how you are using it.

 

Steps for bodyslide usage are in FAQ #11

Stripping during Word Wall Love, and anywhere else, has not been changed at all going back many releases. You should not be seeing anything work differently at all. Something has changed outside of this mod. It's hard for me to imagine how its possible but it sounds like stripping in another mod is triggering. 

 

It's also possible you are running on a corrupt save. See golden rule.

Ok, If you claim that nothing has changed, I will search if a different mod is interfering with the stripping. (I can think of a few that might)

I have reinstalled the presets multiple times, and followed the guide (selected group Shout Like a Virgin and batch built, which successfully built 32 items) and I have alot of mods that use bodyslide that work fine, most items from this mod are fine as well. Its a new one for me too i have been using bodyslide for years and its the first time something like this happened

1, what do I do to finish this quest? I entered the cage and slept for few times... but nothing happened... I also noticed that only when I sleep for 1 hour will there pops up a message box describing the details of my sleeping. Edit: figured out, it was Maria Eden who was blocking the gaga talk...looks like I will have to uninstall it...shame, I kinda like that mod plus uninstalling of Maria might cause problems...

2, my character keeps switching postures while in bondage devices...is this supposed to be like this? Also my character's boobs are constantly swelling and shrinking back....

See Troubleshooing #9. You don't need to uninstall Maria (although Maria does have many conflicts with Devious Devices in general).

Yes. It's called magical wrist binding and you can adjust it in the MCM so its' fixed to one pose if you prefer.

That's called Lively Lungs. You can change how it behaves in MCM, or disable.
