After "getting" blender once again (I'm an amateur at this) and after getting the niftools to work(which was harder than I remembererd), I can finally import the reworked facehugger into Creation Kit, but... I can only see the "tail" of the Fachugger. Â Seems that skyrim only likes the first NiTriShape in my nif. Combining these in Blender doesn't produces something that niftools can't export. Â I'm no expert by any means, but IIRC your mesh needs a BDismemberSkin branch that contains a BodyPart entry... without it, the mesh just won't show up. Not certain about that though...

I will be adding the Face hugger model (around the hips) as a custom Devious Belt in the next version of Parasites (hopefully out tomorrow).  Chances of attack will involve sleeping naked in dark or damp places (like ruins or caves). As a slave, you should wear a belt at all times if you don't want to get one of these.  The next version after that will be using the Face hugger model around the face as a Devious Gag parasite. 1

Jack_Wallace Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 I'm having the same issue with the game crashing on equipping the FaceHugger. Both A and B versions crash the game, and I found that if you go into TES5Edit or the Creation Kit and remove the Incubation Enchantment, it will work fine. However, I want the armor to have to some sort of effect, so I need to see if I can figure out why the enchantment is causing the game to crash. Â I installed using mod Organizer, and none of my mods overwrite any of FaceHugger's files. Also, I can't find any conflicts in TES5Edit, either. I did replace the default sound effect included in the mod with one I made, but both files are .wav files and it should make no difference to the game which one is in the folder. I will keep digging, provided the mod author doesn't come back and give us a solid solution. Â EDIT: Still no luck. I tried altering different aspects of the enchantment to see if anything sticks in game, but CTD persists. I may just start a fresh game to see if there's something in my particular game that is causing the problems. I'll keep you posted.

Jaayden Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 For some reason this mod seems to CTD when trying to enter the Fox Jail A, all the other rooms are functional the npcs are functional no glitches with textures. Yet CTD the moment you get close to the facehugger room. However in spawning the facehuggers with console you get the moaning sound and textures and working npcs. Is anyone else experiencing this glitch and if so please message below. This is my load order. Yes I know this is SSE, I attempted to convert it over to SSE for my own personal use, I dont plan on sending it to anyone else. I just love this mod from Skyrim and theres just too many good mods on SSE to pass up. My skills at converting are normally good, I managed to get Kynes Blessing working for SSE. I actually tried this mod a long while ago, and had the CTD when entering the Jails. It's an easy fix though, through some oversight, one of the egg textures is saved as a PNG, not a DDS. This dates back to the original FoxClub as well. So, what you're looking for is:  FaceHugger4\Textures\FoxJailT877\itemxx  In there, you will find: Eggpod_N.png  Open it in paint.net and just save it as a dds. The dimensions are fine. It's just saved in the wrong format. Once you do this, it should solve the CTD when Entering Fox Jails A.  Other than that, this is a neat mod...could have been so much more, but it seems to have died off. Oh well. Good for pictures if you're into that sort of thing. Maybe I'll take a look at some of the NPC's, see if they can be made to do something other than stand around.  Â
Aire_Ayquaza Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 Can you change the armor slot of the facehugger to be 45 instead of 32 ? (32 is BODY and 45 is an unamed one) Iwould like to wear it with an armor but for now it's impsosible  Â
