Did you install the sound & texture pack? And have you tried the Original Makeup textures optional element of that pack (as opposed to the newer/subtler/more natural oens which are the default).

Your json has a syntax error (obsolete commas). Can happen easily, that's why it's recommended to use a tool like jsonlint. Also i have finally tested the new nail system with BoS and it looks really good. Thank you for the feedback! The WiS quest is actually mostly meant to be a tour to learn the YPS features (this just doesn't happen yet in the first 2 stages). Genuine females can also just ignore it. 1 hour ago, MartynasMIl said: Where is the alchemist you're supposed to visit in Riften? That's why Emily's asking which point you're at in the quest. Spoiler 1: After Yolie gives you the professional manicure you're told to remove it. You need to buy nail polish remover from a fashion vendor (Yolie's probably standing right beside you at this point). 2: Later on there's another stage involving nail polish removal and professional manicures that involves Yorcyn in Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun. It looks like you're standing by Yorcyn when you made that screenshot. Edited August 23, 2024 by Balgin
Tschorm Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 (edited) Hy, this is a wonderful Mod, works like a charm for me. Lately I ran in some issus, don´t think it has something to do with this mod but I hope that someone here had the same issue before. It has to do with the hair physik, from KS Hairdos SMP and Dint. I´m still new with SE and I get this bug sometimes not allways when modding SE, but somehow the hair physiks work just fine for around 3-5 seconds and than lock up in the default position, when I change clothes it updates works for 3-5 seconds and than looks up again. Not sure if it´s a script problem or a load order problem of somekind, but maybe someone had the same issue and found a solution, on the internet I could´nt find someone who reportet this usally it does´nt work at all for them =/ body/clothes physiks work just fine, no problems there... I am using Vortex as a manager, if needed I can provide the whole Mod list that is currently installed. Edited August 23, 2024 by Tschorm

It only happened when I had Bimbos of Skyrim running and had the default old Bimbo nail system when the character turned into a bimbo then swapped it to the new system and went to see Yorcyn to try to get a new manicure. Changing BOS's nail system after becoming bimbofied seems to be the only thing that corrupts this for me. I'm not sure what you might have going on in the background that could be interfering with this. Once the bug has occurred on a save, changing BOS's nail system back doesn't fix it so you might want to see if you have an earlier save or autosave before this bug manifested.
nocturna Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 Hello, I have a problem with the hair options. When the game starts it asks me if I want the mod to do stuff to do hair, I say yes, choose length and colour, but then it defaults to the nord default (I have SMP so its the wavy one). When I try to grow or cut hair with potions it stays with nord default. When I used the scissors debug item it then correctly adjusted hair picking one of the available ones. But otherwise it seems to stick with the default, why is that? I do have hair packs; KS hairdos, Apachi, and their SMP variants as well as vanilla hair SMP. 1

anonymous515 Posted August 24, 2024 Posted August 24, 2024 (edited) Emily, I'm confused by the recent update: - Dibella quest: added early bail out: You can now refuse using nail polish, which immediately leads to a male ending You had mentioned your plan was to add a 2nd forced route after finishing the original route. Answer: Spoiler When Lena says that she's concerned other girls at the college might steal the makeup for themselves and use it to compete with her ... this could be foreshadowing a conflict of interests with Ray. You know how much Lena likes him and she's been a good supportive friend. Do you really want to steal someone she's had her eye on? How would she feel about this? Yes, that's one of the conflicts foreshadowing the drama that will happen when the player begins a romance with Ray. So the player should know it's a risky path. (But I guess that most players don't think that far -- their own fault ) Urag no longer gives lip stick and eyeshadow remover when he demands the player remove the makeup. I had to go and buy some from Ysla in Birna's Oddments (because it was more immersive than using the console). Perhaps that could be a quest stage. Maybe even asking Lena where to get some (then again, Lena could have some spares). Yes, but I didn't want to add still one more quest stage (except finding Ysla), because that would require a lot of changes to the dialogues. Is the Nail Model Professional Manicure stage from Yolie supposed to be random by default? Yes, though it causes some issues. It can be defined in the json configuration file anyway. I might change this part a bit in the future. An ongoing issue with constantly travelling back and forth between Solitude and Winterhold is that, after a certain level/certain point quite early on in the storyline, every time you use a wagon or fast travel to wither Winterhold or the Mage's College another bloody dragon attacks! It really messes with trying to speed run the quest for testing purposes. Dragons are a concern not just for this mod. That's why I recommend doing the quest early in on the vanilla game, or you need to deal with these dragons yourself somehow, or find a mod that disables them. Ideally, the Dibella quest should not be rushed through, but rather played slowly in the background, while doing other stuff in game. For testing purposes, it's totally fine to use console commands like coc, movetoqt, additem, setstage .... There's a couple of steps where it's counterrintuitive. If we've decided that we like the earrings or the new naiols (or the hair style) we're still forced to try to remove them. Obviously we're doing this because we want to try something different, right? Because we liekd them. We just want to swap them for something else. Then we go back and talk to whoever that stage was. Perhaps something to that note could be added to the narration or stage description so that it doesn't seem confusing to immediately try to undo or remove something we agreed with. That's a certain tension, because I somehow have to combine the "Bimbo-ish" quest choices with the "reluctant" ones. I don't want to make it too complicated, so I decided that players who like the earrings/makeup etc. at least want to try to remove them.

anonymous515 Posted August 24, 2024 Posted August 24, 2024 (edited) Possible Bug: Mod Version: 6.8.4 / LE Description: When Lena first gives the player a dress, it is now "College Robes" instead of "Blue Robes". This has two conflicts: 1. The player is already wearing "College Robes", if they follow your advice: "For "Alternative Start: Live another Life" users, start as "guild member" in Winterhold College" 2. The "College Robes" given to the player are not technically a dress, since they come with pants. Steps to Reproduce: Play through quest from beginning normally, until Lena tells player to shave and gives player dress. One Possible Solution: Change the item Lena gives back to "Blue Robes", as it was in previous YPS versions. Or use an alternative existing mod dress, such as one below: 1. Balgin Posted August 24, 2024 Posted August 24, 2024 Bug: The Dibella quest doesn't seem to be adding Bimbo corruption correctly. That is to say, if I click a Bimbo option during the Dibella quest and it says I've gained 5 corruption (and lists a total) then I go to the BOS mcm and check corruption and it's still showing 0%. Additionally the Bimbo status effects (corruption low, medium, high, very high etc) do not get added to the character. I don't know if this is intentional and you're hiding the corruption (or you intend to add the correct amount at the end of the quest) or if something is not working as intended.

Balgin Posted August 25, 2024 Posted August 25, 2024 Some more thoughts. You've probably already considered this. Yes, that's one of the conflicts foreshadowing the drama that will happen when the player begins a romance with Ray. So the player should know it's a risky path. (But I guess that most players don't think that far -- their own fault ) So... Spoiler This should also have interesting repercussions if we chose her romantically over him. She was concerned we might be a romantic rival and, in a way, perhaps we were. Just not the way she'd imagined and she's likely to react or comment on that (even if it's very subtle).
Kashirinzan Posted August 25, 2024 Posted August 25, 2024 First of, great mod, it really adds a new layer to Skyrim that I didn't know I needed. This is a question to those who have had the same issue. So, I have Slavetats and the Nordic Warmaiden Body Hair but even though my character is at Stage 5 nothing shows up on my person. If I manually add the body hair in Slavetat's menu it shows up but this mod isn't autonomously adding it to my char like it's meant to as it grows. The description says pubes/body hair is supposed to take up two slots in Slavetats but only Slot 3 is being occupied (states External, not sure if that means this mod). Everything else works well, makeup, nails, hair, etc. Though, sometimes the lipstick doesn't show until it gets updated/reaches next stage of wear. Not sure if that's indicative of anything. I tried setting the numoverlay to 10 for body in the skee ini, just to see if it'd help but so far no change. Is it a numoverlay thing or something else? I'm running Skyrim on 1.5.97 btw and I used the SE slavetats version of Nordic Warmaiden Body Hair.
