Looks like a mash up part of it looks like it's the cat woman body suit with ebony shoulder boots and gauntlets from a mod or in game parts.

Lower snake is a port from the apachii goddess store the snake at the breasts looks like it's from the Queen's Blade Snake Armor arm gauntlet chest bikini and leg guards might be modified version of the oblivion black velvet outfit only difference is that the skyrim one has raised design.

Not a mash-up. Its called Forbidden Ebony Armor. You can find it here.

Does anybody know where it comes from ?

I'd really like to put the ringy thing on my character.

The piercing comes from UUNP HDT Piercing Sets and no you won't get any kind of penalty for posting NSFW content in this thread. After all we're on LoversLab and it's the Adult Mods section.

 

I am looking for this particular outfit with the ID badge that comes along. I have already seen it a few times, but none of blogs I follow featured the download link.

I believe it spawns a barrel in Dragonsreach.
