Recently i reinstall Skyrim and almost all same mods including textures, skeleton, bodytype etc. And now there is problem with faces - they are looks ugly as shit I checked all the missing .esp files and seems theres no mod that can help with this. So is there anything to improve faces(not textures) ? Thx in advance and sry for my bad english You should post this here and ad a picture so we can see. You might even be asked to post your load order. I dont think its techical problem its like i cant remember mod that changes character generation of npcs or appearance. Are the any that didnt change textures? But that's what the technical forum is for... "Hey guys my game is x y and z. I need help." What mod is this is for "Hey guys this looks really cool. Where can I get it and does anyone know?"

Take a look at: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11068/ You create ears using RaceMenu mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/) or Enhanced Character Edit (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12951/) For a more specific question, how do I set up the available mods to get ears like that (literally 1:1)? I do have ECE, but I don't think any of the available ear options look as good as the ears in the screenshot. I could switch to racemenu if a ear shape(sculpt?) like that is possible. That's GomaPero's character/follower and it uses a custom head mesh. I'm not sure if there's any way to copy the ears exactly without finding a way to replace your character's head and face with that one. I've been trying to convert it to a race menu preset for a while now to copy the ears onto one of my characters but haven't had any luck. Maybe someone else here knows a way to do it.

Well I was looking for this answer thanks. I believe the solution to this is the playable race technique I think, other followers like slimera have it.

Alternative to modifying the head mesh is to modify the race morph. Blender or 3dmax + available TRI importer/exporter scripts will allow you to sculpt the morph for the race you want to give those ears. Base Head + Modified Race Morph + Some tweaks with ECE Pros: You're only editing a morph which negates the need to prep for use with a 3d modeling app and edits to make it work in the game much like you do for a mesh. Cons: The game or ECE/RM can glitch and you get the base head which lacks any morphs so you lose the ears, but really that can happen even with an unmodified head and morphs. Adding or removing vertices to/from a morph will cause problems. The morph's vertice count must match the base morph and any other morphs that would alter that part of the face.
