Cleverboy92 Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 I could use some help here. Every time I go into dde in the mcm it will show that it has my character selected as an actor. But whenever I try to change something it will deselect my character and won’t let me reselect them or let me do anything with it. Can anyone help?

You need SUM 1.21 + DDE 4.21, if you have installed DDE 4.21, then download and install SUM 1.21
llokii70 Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 I just noticed in Loot this says skyrim utility mod .esm is missing. Is this normal?

llokii70 Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 I read the requirements thats why I was asking because on the page for this it says not SE compatible.

llokii70 Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Yeah I would use SUM but was having trouble converting it. When I brought it in to Bash did not have a espify option.
Bicc_BOi Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 some of the devices wont appear, the armbinder still lets me use my arms and I think its because of the cbbe body I'm using
Inte Posted June 11, 2019 Author Posted June 11, 2019 Make sure to clean your save before installing DDe.

Averagedann Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 when installing DDE 4.21 SE when in game it says I am missing CD patch, the full message says "DDe: DDe has detected 'CD' installed but not the 'DDe - CD Patch'. please install the 'CD patch' so DDe can use CD's DDs/outfits. " I had a look but couldn't find a patch for SE, I understand if it hasn't been ported yet. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Inte Posted July 11, 2019 Author Posted July 11, 2019 I don't get that, but it should be OK to ignore.
BuryTheLight Posted July 13, 2019 Posted July 13, 2019 So I just started having this issue, where parts of the body are just slipping through clothes.... and you can see straps etc. from the front while they are on the back. Any idea how to fix this?
kurotatsu Posted July 14, 2019 Posted July 14, 2019 My guess - run Bodyslide again and check options carefully. Make sure you select proper target body.

Guest Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 Password for 430 is "Password", Password for 420 and possibility prior is "Password?". Thank you for making me waste my time looking up this trivial garbage for the sake of convenience. Hopefully others with a similar predicament don't have to do the same and can just do a forum search for the password.
anexxed Posted July 22, 2019 Posted July 22, 2019 Hi @Inte, I've been beating my head against this for a couple of days now, can't find a solution to getting DDE to work. I open up MCM, go to DDE, seems ok. Check actor selection, there's my character selected as target. I can interact with dropdown menus and some buttons, such as the help text. However some options, like changing the armbinder functionality preferences or loading an outfit not apply and instead will cause my character to be unselected. Once this in this state buttons are unclickable, and if I target an NPC with the y key I can get in a state where trying to access the DDE MCM menu will cause the MCM UI to stop responding! I've spent some time experimenting with different versions of DDE and SUM on new saves, and have experienced the same issue in all cases. <snip irrelevant investigating> EDIT 2: some version details from the system tab: DDe 4.20 SUM 1.30 Papyrus 32 DDa 3.0 DDi 10.0 DDx 7.0 Saw this error at the bottom of the log: Spoiler [07/22/2019 - 09:46:04PM] Error: Incorrect number of arguments passed. Further splunking - breaking SUM API change was made between DDe versions 420 and 421, which is why it's complaining about the number of args there. The reason I wasn't using 421 was because the CD patch for 420 dopesn't appear to work with it, so I was seeing a dialog on every load complaining about the lack of a patch would be nice if that wasn't a thing.
notfreenoteasy Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 I'm having a weird issue where DDA is not being registered by Equip but other mods that require Assets are working fine. I've tried reinstalling both to the most updated version but that also did not work. It also won't recognize the player as an actor either. Any suggestions for a fix?
Inte Posted July 31, 2019 Author Posted July 31, 2019 Make sure to use the latest version of SUM as well.

It's best to try and match versions e.g. SUM 1.30 with DDe 4.30, and so on, or use the latest available versions of all.
