I've made a few just to see if i could do it and haven't released anything just yet.

What I've mainly done is dominate futa on submissive femboys. I'm not sure if others are that interested in that. I've also done other genres outside of futanari though. I have about 30+ different scenarios written out that I'd like to make using Skyrim and a lot of them are futanari related. It is a fairly sizable niche, I'd say. Much of the 'futanari' artwork that isn't futa x futa is futa x male with the smaller male being on the receiving end of things. Like so:

One possible complication could arise with that topic, though. One has to plainly sign post that the character is supposed to be male rather than a 'pettanko' futanari.

The real problem is the lack of representation of male x futa, where as the futa is treated like she is depicted, a woman. If futas like the ones people like existed they would be women and most likely be on the receiving end and mothers, grandmothers etc. I say this because all the futas you see are feminine true hermaphrodites

I just finished recording a video just for fun/practice. I'm going to edit it together and figure out where i can upload it to share. I have a narrative and it's about 10-15 minutes long. I'm actually not sure how long it is. But I'll give you guys the basic plot, it's a futanari warrior who is paid to destroy a goblin nest. She reaches the cave, defeats all the goblins but spots the one female that belonged to the nest. Rather than kill the goblin, she decides it's not as ugly as most goblins and that it would make great pet. She may or may not be in love with it now.

 

 

It's about 5% plot, 95% sex scenes with some different camera angles and stuff. I figured I'd use a goblin i made a while back just to keep things interesting. I've actually made a lof of different unique NPCs, like living dolls, rabbit people, dwarves, gnomes, and half-giants. If anyone wants to see futa content with any of those characters let me know.

The accompanying question: how common is a Futa-girl in your game world / in your head?

 

Even if you set your SOS settings to 10% for females, that's still quite a lot (mine are 0% BTW). Even with settings at 1%, I would still want to rationalize the occurrence. The flip side is a 90-100% setting where it becomes almost the norm and that opens up a completely different dynamic regarding character interaction. Particularly if you run mods which yield many more female NPCs in the game world than what you get with the Vanilla game like I do . (It makes for some interesting all girl bandit bands sometimes!) My short answer on that is do whatever you like, but in a dialogue based mod it makes a difference on intensity and nature of the reaction when your girl whips out her rhythm-stick.  Does the NPC respond with a bored, "Oh, look at that . . ." or a shocked/bewildered, "What the what?" Particularly if she's sporting an equine appendage -- I haven't figured out the rationale behind that option yet. It all comes down to the perception: freak vs. cherished rarity vs. commonplace, and writing dialogue to reflect it.

 

I write a bit of fiction recreationally, and I wrote a vignette a few months ago that includes the subject and I went the "result of a spell" route, but
fused it with the Daedric influence notion as the result of spell research (recently rediscovered by the Dragonborn in a crypt) from a long extinct
sect of the cult of Sanguine. As a result, Futa-ness is unheard of at the beginning of the story, but becomes a mage spell and eventually an item
enchantment. I'm not saying it's the only way to look at the idea (far from it!), so I'm inquiring about other perspectives that may become dogma for
dialogue to follow within a game world.

 

I'm interested in hearing the LL community's thoughts on the matter and not just wondering for the sake of wondering. As I continue to pound out
volumes of dialogue options in the mod-to-a-mod I'm working on (Bandit Slaves for Vanilla + MBC), the Futa based branches are an interesting offshoot that your ideas may help me navigate.  Firstly, I'm trying to cover possibilities with Futa Players, but eventually maybe Futa captives as well.  Either way, origin rationale helps frame a story, and that's basically what Skyrim is at heart: an interactive story.

That's a very interesting question, and it actually inspired me to go write a bit of backstory for my main: Maleena and her two traveling companions. Nothing too earthshattering, but it made me think a little more deeply about where she comes from and why she does things the way she does. Was a fun exercise

Maleena LaCroix was born in Skingrad in Southern Cyrodiil to unknown parents. Fleeing some sort of unrest in the region, they took her South to Elsweyr as an infant where they presumably abandoned her. She is not aware of what happened to her biological parents, or how she ended up under the care of a pride of Khajiit raiders along the Northern border of Elsweyr near Dune. They taught her the confidence and the keen eye of a hunter, and she eagerly lapped up everything they could teach her about survival, fighting, and negotiation. Eventually, she began to have questions, about herself and the rest of the world. A natural inquisitive, she simply couldn't resist forever. One day she said goodbye to her family and traveled North, eventually arriving in Skyrim. It took her years to adjust to living in the cold and volatile climate, and she spent the better part of her late teenage years living in the wild in the nude or close to it (as she had amongst her clanspeople), and studying the ancient Shamanic traditions of both her people, and the people of Skyrim. It was during this time that she learned to commune with animals, and, one fateful night: felt a horses tool inside her for the first time. She fell in love with the feeling, and when Hircine offered her the chance: a boon for slaying a thief that had stolen his ring - it was the first and only thing she asked for; a mighty cock in the image of her faithful steed so that she could give that same pleasure to her lovers, or punish those who wronged her. She would later awaken the darker impulses inside her that led to joining the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. It was here that she would use and refine her skills as a huntress to great effect. It was also during this time that she became willing, and indeed, developed a taste for armor, the lighter and more revealing the better, so as to both keep her light on her feet while moderately protected, and accentuate her natural ability to seduce should it be necessary.

As for Riggz and Helsinki

Riggz:
In my headcanon, Rigmor (for those that recognize her) was born intersex (or hermaphrodite or whichever the term would be, I'm not so familiar with the differences), and presents as female. This, in my mind, deepens the struggle that is hinted at in her mod that she wishes she'd been born as a son. Maleena helps her come to terms with her gender and her self-confidence as their relationship deepens over time. On a bet, as to who could kill the bandit leader first, Riggz had to let Maleena polymorph her dick into an imitation of her own. And Maleena will never let her forget it.

 

Helsinki:
Helsig (Interesting NPC's) is canonically a very accomplished mage, who undoubtedly knows a spell or two to give someone that little extra we all want. She is also canonically unflinchingly boring (in an oddly adorable way), resulting in an extremely normal (if rather large) human cock that she prefers to tote around so as not to feel left out. Sometimes, when she's been staring at Maleena's ass all day swaying back and forth, she loses her concentration - at which point they will eventually notice her blushing like a miniature sun and plow her in both holes while there's one less pair of balls swinging around.
