No .nif edits are made.  Specular textures have been modified slightly to give extra sheen to abs, breasts, and lips.  The rest of the legwork is custom tweaking to environment settings in RealLike ENB.

EDIT:  When I say no .nif edits are made, that excludes the schlong edit made to match the body, 3 and 30 specular settings.

Sure.  As far as editing specular maps, the most common way, in Photoshop or GIMP, is to adjust brightness and contrast.  Adjusting brightness alone will make the specular shine more, adjusting contrast will make individual areas stand out more.  The easiest way to highlight certain areas is to use the burn tool in photoshop set to range: midtones.  There might be the same settings in gimp, I'm not sure.  I'd advise trial-and-error for this, as everyone's game looks different.  You're also welcome to use the files from my grab bag(s).  Warning, they are all WIP:

As far as changing environment settings in ENB, I found this last post very helpful:  http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1291.  These are the settings with which you will need to experiment.

it's a mix of two furry textures from Lykaios Race and Eiries Ohmes Raht with normal skin from PureSkinTexture for boobs, belly.

yes, made with gimp, I've tried to make her like the original, it's missing one mark on her back and according to Rule 34, the stripes continues around the boobs, but it's fine the way i made.

is there still no good pubic hair mod for skyrim equipable schlong ? i mean the pubic hair attach to the schlong mesh not an add on, well something like this

I'd suggest this, The Painted Lady REDONE. Not sure what body you use, but there is a UUNP Conversion here - Slash197 UUNP Conversion. Don't know about CBBE, but a few of them might work with it already. May be some clipping regardless, since obviously the meshes were not designed with the schlong in mind.

Check your mod load order and make sure a texture replacer isn't replacing your texture.
