You don't have to start a new game. Just make a clean save.

Sorry I know it's frustrating to make clean saves. It's a SkyUI thing when using MCM menus, and my hands are pretty much tied.

So for the record, I need to uninstall previous 0SEX, make a save, Savetool out any scripts, then install the new version instead of just overwriting it?

Going to try that and report back ^_^

Yup, otherwise the MCM and keybinds get all screwy. This will need to be done with every new version for the foreseeable future, as I understand that there will be MCM changes with each one.

 

Honestly, 90% of the issues reported are likely because folks aren't doing a clean save and just installing the new beta over the old one.

The problem I had is that it said you have to "start a new game" in the file download, but luckily that's been fixed on the Nexus page now :­D

Just for the record in case anyone had this previously, but wanted the update:

 

Uninstall any old versions of 0Sex.
Run FNIS for Users.
Load up your saves in Skyrim, save new for each load, delete old saves, exit.
Run Savetool for each save, "Fix all#", click save. "FixScriptInstances", click save.
Install the new 0Sex, and don't forget the patch.
Run FNIS for Users again.
???
Profit!
 
It works just fine now! And I like these new animations much better, more romantic stuff  ^_^

Sorry for the late reply, I was sleeping :P

 

But you already have it figured out :)  Any mod that has a MCM menu that is updated and makes changes to that menu, it is generally a good idea to always make a clean save when updating it and removing the scripts with the save tool.

Weird issue, with the newest version atm (1.63), after removing the old version, clean save, FNIS, etc, the new version appears to do everything correctly expression/animation wise. The ESG however doesn't seem to work, the male and female tabs come up with the group names, but no way to add slots, undressing through the menu does work though.

 

The weirdest thing though is that while loading the mod on a fresh save works (for the most part), if I now make a new save and that load that one, it seem to break it. I can initiate the simulation and animations play, but there's no expressions, and trying to end the simulation won't work, forcing me to turn off the game entirely.

 

I have had similar problems with previous versions, so it's possible it stems from something else in my load order (can't imagine what it would be though...), I may just have to deal with this until a later version.

I can't figure the futa out i searched and searched but i know nothing about nifskope and when i follow the instructions it just changes the value to NPC Pelvis[Pelv][13]

It isn't a sure fix,but it might help if the futanari character's height scale is more or less the same as that of a male character.

 

At the same height as Inigo,there wasn't any problem with the 'forced-ish' oral animation or the handjob animation which proceeded it.

If ESG's input isn't coming up it means you need the latest SKYUI where they added the feature to type in entries. Without it these will all show blank under the categories.

Hi Nomadzz,

On the left side you'll see a list of things, most will be NiNodes but there will be NiTriShape BSBehaviorGraphExtraData etc.

 

You'll want to click on BSBehaviorGraphExtraData and the box at the bottom will change to show new information. The 3rd one down is "Behavior Graph File" . Right click that and select "edit string index" from the box that pops up. 

 

It will show a list of bones, don't click any there. Instead: at the bottom of this box it will have a thin entry box that has: AuxBones\SOS\SOSFemale.hkx in it. Leave everything as is typed the same just change the female to male like this: AuxBones\SOS\SOSMale.hkx.

 

Click OK then save the nif and you are done.

Hi Hyxis,

Yes it's a scale difference. For now you can set scale with console (getscale or setscale with npcs targeted) the animations are designed around 1.0 (1.3) Dom and a 1.0 (1.0) sub. It's impossible with Skyrim due to a problem in it to see the exact scale of an npc. I'm working on a calibrate option that will almost instantaneously set the scale's exactly, it will T-Pose the actors momentarily and increase or decrease their scale until their head bone node is in the exact location, it should fix this issue for all combos regardless if they are custom npcs or any race. Early tests seem to be working so if all go to plan it will mean 100% accurate scale every time.

 

In screenshots that get posted I can see that a majority of users aren't experiencing the animation at it's exact intended ratio even if it's relatively close enough that things look lined up so I think once this addition comes it will make the scenes look better for almost everyone.

Although the previews look totally amazing, wouldn't it be possible to collaborate with ashal to try to integrate those functions in sexlab instead of developing a fully independant framework? There has been so much work put into sexlab that it's probably not a good thing to split the community with different frameworks.

 

Keep up the good work anyway : )

Needless to say, both  Sexlab and this mod work together without any clashes/conflicts.

Thx for the tip ceo, but the problem is once i use the setscale command before or during the animation, it just stop and the npc gets back to the scale he had :/

This mod is one of those historic mods, that will be judged as a huge step forward in years to come. It's not only amazing, the potential for other non sex possiblities to improve gameplay etc are tantalizing!

 

That said, I have come here as I have posted three posts on nexus and no one has replied to offer any possible solutions. I get the void, empty space at SOS crotch, despite trying the Immersive Overide in addition to Race Menu, and dressing via the MCM menu, but this is a known bug and sooner or later some solution will be found, I am sure. However, I also get:-

 

1 I get the poor sub splattered in blood unless I disable in MCM 'Enhanced Blood Textures' and 'Bloody Facials'.

 

2 I get a perma erection for ages when I finish the animations by pressing npad. ....which can only be solved by donning clothes, thus killing any after sex role play, say in a bath or sauna environment, etc.

 

3 Worse, I get a 'chiplolata' effect on the schlong at the same time.....and I am talking a very very tiny chiplolata lol....especially as my nord is probably above average in the manhood stakes at the start, but by no means anything absurdly large.

 

4 I recently tried the HDT Bounce and Jiggles CBBE with HDT vagina. Wonderful mod, that I actually got working pretty good out the box, so to speak. I couldn't wait to try it with Os3seksy....but it has a SOS patch of it's own to make SOS work with the HDT vagina which alas seems to clash with the Os3sesky SOS overwrite and knocks the latter out of it's perfect alignment downwards 4-10 degrees or so. No SOS shift page up/page down works nor for that matter does the console command 'sae sosbend#', whereby # is a value between -9 and 9 to alter SOS erection angle.

 

I just noticed new FNIS and XPSME updates, too. One has to be careful otherwise less time is spent playing the damm game than keeping up with all the mod updates, especially as so many reply on each other. FNIS 6 seems to be causing some camera problems and freezes, so I am leaving well alone for a couple of weeks and just want to play skyim.

He had the same problem .apparently when removing .the old version . mequdaron data they did not know where she was.install all again completely remove skyrim pc .install new versinoes of racemenu , skyui , finis and wing when installing 're not .replasar skeleton for nothing .now he is doing very well . I have no problem

The file need to edit in Nifskope is in Character assets SOS folder right?

Yes but the female SoS you are using will have it's own mesh somewhere in there. I can download and take a look if you need help finding the directory assuming it's B3l's SoS.

I'll take a look, It will apply scale at the start (which is incomplete and will only work for a few races) so that would reset it but I don't think it will mess with scale once the animation has started unless you actor swap. I'll take a look to be sure.

in terms of the SoS it seems conclusive that it's either an out of date netimmerse or an undressing issue but I am getting a few reports saying otherwise. It's hard for me to narrow down the error as to what the issue is. I'm continuing to investigate even though it seems most are able to work now. There's so many setups people run in Skyrim that it's hard to isolate all the possible issues.

 

1. The blood spatter I have no idea at all. My mod plays animations, adjusts scale at the start and end, adjusts the male anatomy bone node scale, and plays mfg facial expressions. I'm completely at a loss as to what can be causing the blood.

 

2. The next version will kill the erection after the spell ends but I'm not sure it's ever changeable without using the SoS functionality to raise or lower it or an external mod handling it.

 

3. You might try letting SoS's papyrus utility scripts overwrite mine. SoS has a papyrus util that is different then the current one so letting it have priority might fix this problem as well as number 4.

 

4. I don't alter any SoS files I just use the animation if it's installed. The commands and adjustments should function if my mod is installed or not. Most likely it's needing it's special papyrus util which my mod is overwriting. It's a strange issue and I can't say what to do about it. Basically some users have an SoS that has a different version then the current papyrus util and without it some game breaking things happen. I'm continuing to look into it to figure out what to do.

Thanks for the quick answer in the "new" post... I answered here, as you say...

 

I have tried your advice but it doesn't work... The NPC wears no cape or cloak... Have removed the clothing/cuirass first and tried it again, but its the same. The sequence stucks to the cape/cloak animation and nothing happens.

If I switch the Dom to Sub and use the ctrl + E or the E + number it works...

 

For other german users I attach the translation here again... Hope I have translated all things correctly, it was a lot of text this time.

 

Looking forward to the 1.07 release... Keep up the good work...   :shy:

Planning to start off with EZ mode before toying around advanced. Do I hit the num pad key for it? Then the start key or is it the other way around? And what is the difference between them? Because MCM shows like EZ 1, EZ 2, and a EZ 3.

Num 0 activates 0Sex. From there, EZ mode transition uses arrow keys. Num keys have specific functions ie Num 8 allows for various lighting/strip options. Num 5 allows for fast forward to specific base positions. You can find the specifics in the manual download on his OG post called

Thank you so much! Yes some users requested they would like onhover information to know what the toggles and options did so I added that and I know it's a lot and I am long winded so thanks for going through all of that for me. I'll pack it with official 1.07 and the next alphas too. I will also start organizing the files so you don't have to redo it everytime. It's very close to final and i'll have it laid out so the new additions are clear and the rest can stay in place for future drafts.

Just a note on this:
 
My mod makes a string to look up sexdentity which is (Mod Name the actor is from) + 6 digit ID Hex. The issue is the "player" character always generates the same code as player is always form 000007 in Skyrim.esm. This if for the option to type in a designation for them for SexDentity to use in case people have multiple characters.  It defaults to the player's name but it can be typed in custom if you are doing multiple different play throughs with a character with the same name. For example: Default would be "Ceo" but if i had two saves going with Ceo in each and wanted to differentiate I could type in Ceo1 and Ceo2. It will be used for stats, history, and looking up sexdentity, potentially tracking relationships and allowing NPCs to adjust depending on previous encounters as well.

Hi Triton, 

They are both active at once so you don't have to pick one or the other. Advanced mode is a lot more keys to remember, EZ-Mode simplifies it down to just a few. Most likely it's best to use both but you can start just pressing the DPAD around to move through scenes to get your feet on the ground.  EZ1 EZ2 EZ3 are modifiers that you hold down in conjunction with the DPAD to do some things like change speed, engage sex, undress etc.

 

The disadvantage of EZ-Mode is that it randomly picks  one path when the scene can go in multiple directions which gives you a little less control. However with the new EZ-mode in 1.07 there are not many random splits anymore, when the mod grows there will be more but for now you can get to everything almost with decent control in ez-mode.

 

The 2nd main distinction is that advanced mode requires separate keys for the 2 actors. So for example if the sub is giving a handjob you would have to press the sub key and speed up where as in easy mode the keys just make general changes to the scene regardless of what actor is taking the "lead".
