Can anyone tell me what has been added or improved in the 1.07Alpha. As this is flawless and think the job done is of the highest quality available in any form of animation. Even puts Bethesda's animations to shame, Please keep up the great work you are doing.

Actually, animations used in Sexlab can pretty easily be moved into the 0S-Actions framework in 1.07. I think this is what Ceo is excited about and why 1.07 is taking a long time to release. When 1.07 comes out, all you really need to do is take the .hkx animation files from whatever Sexlab animations you wanted, edit some 0S-Actions Framework JSON files, create a FNIS Behavior file, and that's it.

You just wouldnt have transition animations since they were never created.

 

 

It's a good point , the system still works without transitions and looks fine just loses the seamless magic. Anything like that could be thrown together in 1.07.

 

Does this work with any pregnancy mods yet?

No but I could mirror the calls I suppose that the pregnancy mod listens for. On that note it's very simple to put events into 0Sex I just need to know what developers want so in the future if you need something called out just tell me. I'll add a call to orgasms for this when I have some more orgasm animations. I'll mimic sexlab's so the pregnancy mod sees it and send out my own as well.

Thanks! A lot of the more fun stuff listed here isn't in the first Alpha, which was mostly just to test changes to the script to pave the way for the new stuff. It will all be in the next one.

 

1. More animations

The mod can navigate through transitions on it's own now, and SexAi uses it, the scene can be put on autopilot and it will go through some early stages of parameters from start to finish, including undressing. (It could orgasm but since I only have one I'm going to omit that part for now so it's not to repetitive. Also "Randomizer" can navigate to pick and play scenes at random in specific criteria.

 

3. Both actors are given an "Arousal Score" of 1-5 which will be made by some stats compressed down into 5 stages. This interacts with sexdentity where their expressions and sounds can change depending on the "Arousal Score". I don't have the math figured out yet so for now shift + left / shift right raise each actors score. Expressions and sounds will change live as the score changes. Not yet but animations will start to reflect changes in arousal as well. 

 

4. SexDentity is in so all actors facial expressions, sounds, and reactions in all scenes can be created for individual actors or for default, this includes at various degrees of their Arousal Score. It's done by text documents for now, at the most basic level it would take about an hour to change up all of an actors general expressions and sounds but you can go further and define them up to all individual scenes if you want to get really fancy. Adding sounds will require an esp to hold the sound forms but other then that it's pretty simple. Like making a D&D stat sheet for someone's sex profile basically. I don't have many sound files to expand it to all arousal levels and different types of positions but the potential is there. I'm hoping the community will help carry me some on sound and expression profiles to make a lot of unique feeling actors.

 

 

5. NPC scenes

 

Some other stuff but I can't remember been a long time on this patch now, it's a big one.

 

 

Framework stuff:

1. Plugins are possible to expand the scene optionally

2. Modules can be made as individual standalone scenes by other people using all the papyrus effects seen in 0Sex. Frame work kind of deal for seamless controllable animations.

No problem! I'd wait though for next Alpha at least unless you really want to test it but even for testing it would be outdated at this point compared to the current draft. 1.07V1 is problematic for some users and only has about 1/2 of what 1.07 will be.

Well, I downloaded it and installed. But it doesnt really works. I cant start the animations with (default) NP0.

Also uninstalling takes ages in nexusmodmanager.

It's either an issue with the save not being clean and the old MCM persisting or some users have a very long start time to initiate the scene in 1.07V1, some kind of problem using JSONUtil. If it's not fixed in V2 I'll need help troubleshooting it as the start up should be relatively light and things don't heat up script wise until the scene is rolling so I believe it's some kind of lag / delay anytime JSONutil is used from some kind of mod or overwrite conflict.

Trouble is that I have now started to use this and want to see Alpha, I still have v1.063 so can revert back if problems occur... I have now started to use this and will continue to do so lol, but even testing this is worth any problems I come across.

Yes. It would be nice to be able to sort of swap out the call to sexlab with the call to this mod. for instance with sexlab submit. instead of initiating sexlab animations with consensual sex, 0SEX  is called. Another mod that would benefit from this is SLEN and sexlab approach.

It will work with HDT, I use it in my GIFS but my bounce pack is fairly subtle so it's not super noticable. If you mean stomach expanding from penetration reaction it's possible but I don't line up the actors for it. The mod has custom calls for scaling so technically for a more reliable effect the belly could be inflated on thrust then deflated if an animator wanted to try it out. 

 

If that's the distortion you are talking about I found it relatively hard to recreate and have look good in the past but now that I think about it with 0Sex's standardizing scale's you most likely could get reliable results that happened everytime on thrust in a scene using HDT collision also. It's outside of the spirit of 0Sex but I believe it would be very possible to have it create perfect alignment for it if other animators wanted to try it.

 

In the distant future I secretly want to make a mini tentacle scene, if I ever get around to it I'll try it there.

I'll mirror what I can use to get mods to hook but I would rather use my own calls if possible, so if someone is interested just ask and I'll put it in. Not much interest so far in connecting to 0Sex but it hasn't really had the potential to do much pre 1.07. The script isn't very transparent and I haven't provided much documentation on the new features.

 

I think a few things will start showing up now though. Proxy's been a big help in taking the first step to set up a module which I think will get more on board for external scene development, and in terms of 0Sex hopefully things like, SexDentities, scripted 0Sex scenes etc, unique NPCs in their sexual profile etc. 

 

It's a little tricky in that 0Sex has different needs in some cases, and some different opportunities. It can make and mimic calls and proc scenes for mods that are out there not designed for 0Sex but it would not take full advantage of a lot of 0Sex. Things would have to be custom made for 0Sex to take advantage of it's features in a lot of cases, especially story telling kind of things. You could start a scene and hand it over to the player but would be missing out on potential.

 

As an example 0Sex will gauge if the actors are enjoying themselves what they are willing or want to do, what acts they enjoy. Development using 0Sex feels to me like it will be more about planning specific sexual encounters or specific npc that can get physically intimate, have the sex unlock and expand as the relationship expands or make a way for 2 different actors to feel different sexually from each other. It's different, and to shine would need it's direction specifically modded for I think.

I had the same problem! You musnt override the existing files, create a clean save without the mod.

 

1. uninstall prev. Version (Had even to manual delete the files in data file since I fcked up before like you)

2. start the game without the mods and save it

3. install the new version, use fnis and load the saved game

4. let the mod install itself

5. wait a few sec/min and its finished

 

Worked for me!

 

 

I tested it now and liked it really much. New animations are really nice :)

But found 2 bugs:

- Leg in / Leg out is swapped now

- Standing position mode 2 (sex animation) is missing?

Ceo I would just like to acknowledge your gracious and accommodating manner in regards to dealing with people. I have been following this mod for some time now, and use it myself, I have watched people insult, demand, hell downright ORDER some things from you for this mod. Your responses have always been gracious and polite. Anyway, I just wanted you to know someone sees it. Oh and GREAT MOD! Like all great mods there is always something to be done, but this is truly impressive. Thank you for adding some affection to the game not just some rutting scenes. (not that there is anything wrong with that! :P)

Just a little warning to people using 0sex and sexlab alpha. Seems that they both use some same files but sexlab alpha has newer version so you should move sexlab after 0sex in Mod Organizer even though MO will suggest that you do opposite.

That's what SOS and 0SEX does for me since 1.04 (or 1.05). It's like a false positive. It's best to keep 0SEX above SOS because of the storageutil.dll. However, I have never seen other people report this issue other than myself.

Just get the standalone version of papyrusutil off the nexus or off here and keep it up to date and at the bottom of your MO loadorder with things like XPMSE. That is what I always do with any kind of shared resource.

Ceo, one of the gratest things in your mod is how innovative it is not only by being awesome mod itself. Like i cant even explain exactly, but i see the incredible amount of work and thoughts in your mod. You not just created something on the base of old conсepts, you reamagine it in better shape. 0SEX is not just good mod, it is an example of evolution of modding (not just sex mоds). Not just the mod, but the things going along with it, like the way you showing it to the comunity (GiF's, pics, Design of your mods page) , your awesome feedback and supporting of creativity of others, your patience and mood. If modding was Theoretical physics, You will be like Albert Einstein and your mod like Theory of relativity. You created something new, awesome and awesomly given it to people. Damn, i cant still believe how awesome your mod is.

I think this one came out nice it's in the stuff between Doggy and Cowgirl which got skipped with a fast forward in the V1 Alpha. Finishing that section now and putting in some kisses and embraces for some laying down romantic options.

Yea and thanks having a list of stuff people think is possible helps. If it's set up in a way that can work it will be really easy, I'll look into it.
