Do you plan on adding anymore new animals to the mansion?

For the next update I added cow, deer, and goat.

Is it really a cow, or is it a bull?

 

 

It's a cow and it only has one animation (cunnilingus).

Was having trouble getting the horse quest to trigger and actually start. Changed the quantity of private shows to 1, waited 24 hours and then did a private show. Seemed to fix it for me, but could be a coincidence.

 

Once it did start correctly, it and the companion quest worked fine. Though the companion one takes a bit longer than I remember with SL aroused redux + SL aroused creatures active, the audience were very welcoming ;) and mighty sociable, felt even more like a party (so I can recommend).

 

Have to make my way to the next location :) The descriptions for the next version sound great.

Here is an idea. Do you remember that mead house filled with Rieklings? Well what if that once you have sided with them and helped them they send out request for a feast where you get to entertain the chief Animal Mansion style. Kind of like a dog / horse show. You might also be able to work in the boar into the mix as well.

 

Here is a thing that really needs to be solved. The recruitment of Jasper. Its WAY to long.

 

Also I personally want see some loving with Thaena. A option where you get to have fun with the dog or just a normal lesbian scene should be awesome. Like why are their first sexual encounter together when they try out bondage?

Jasper's recruitment was fine imo. The dialogue was really funny. I guess it could be nice to have him interacting with more lines, like based on your progress.

Glad it worked out! The default number of shows you have to do before the next animal quest is available is 5 so I guess the horse quest didn't start because you hadn't done 5 shows yet. Or did you do at least 5 but the quest didn't start?

That's a good idea. For Dragonborn DLC I'm just going to make a "mansion-lite" in Solstheim with whatever critters are available there and a Riekling side quest like that would be perfect.

The real answer is that I'll be expanding the endings of the animal quests so Thaena and the player get some quality time together while inspecting the new arrivals. But the transition from friend to lover is going to take a while. For example, in the troll quest (the eighth animal!) they came -> that close <- to consummating their relationship before the troll ruined Thaena's plans. So the tension is building up over the course of the main quest until it's released in a grand finale! Or something. :lol:

 

Prior to that there are only two occasions where you have sex with Thaena and both are part of this next release. One is during an extremely unwelcome encounter with an NPC that will kick off the "move the mansion" quest. The other may occur randomly in the course of a Standard party when a guest requests it. Thaena doesn't consider either of those to be your "first time."

To people who think that introductory scene is too long my first answer continues to be: go do something else! You don't actually have to stand there and wait while the scene plays out. A few seconds after a cell change, for example, you'll get a quest update notification. But maybe that's not very satisfying so my second answer is: I removed some dialogue that struck even me as annoying after a number of playthroughs. Probably I didn't remove as much as most people would have liked but we'll see how it goes.

I had been trying it with the private shows set to 5, couldn't get the horse quest to actually start with 10+ shows - it popped up saying it was starting, but no quest appeared in my journal. Didn't manage to work out why, set to 2 shows seemed to require more than 2... changed it to 1 and it worked. I'll try to have a look again and see If I can fathom out why.

 

On a pararrel line... does this mod provide it's own horse textures? I run a horse texture replacer, and for encounters triggered directly by this mod the horse changes back to default appearance (black and white) during the act, then back to the new texture afterwards. I'll will check to be sure, but I believe it's only for animations triggered by this mod :) Also only appears to be the horses, dogs/wolves stay as altered.

It does not provide its own texture. It just use a generic horse so I guess any texture you have will have to work with the sex animation if you want it in the actual action. If it doesn't work with MNC it will most likely not work with this mod, not on any fault of this mod ofc. The mod is pretty much just a host and a way to start the animations, so you need to provide the animations yourself with for example MNC.

 

At least this is what I guess. But I am also not a modder so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I'm not a modder either (though like most I have eventual aspirations). I know the texture revertion issue i'm having is going to be my fault, just don't know how yet ;) but thought best to confirm as I wanted to be certain it wasn't something known of in the mod which i'm supposed to be overwriting. I also noticed MBH is working on the next update, so mentioning now is better than after release :)

 

Horse quest trigger:

Right done some research (hehe). When I have it set to private show 1, it takes two to trigger the horse show. Set to 2 PS it takes 3 to trigger, and I think it took 6 when set to 5 PS... but I struggled to keep count on that one as the same npc got picked a few times :) and it's a lot of going in and out of the same doors.

So is this the correct outcome? I don't mind what the figure is, just nice to know as it stops me incessantly badgering the npc.

 

When i opened the console, it said the horse was provided by AM, whereas the other two were by the default game - but I couldn't see how to determine the texture origin ingame.

The switching of textures is handled by Creature Framework. And it's desired for the most part.

Essentially what happens is Creature Framework switches the "normal" mesh+texture without a cock with the mesh+texture MNC and thus Sexlab has which has a cock.

You have two options. The simpler is going into the MCM for Creature Framework and disable horses so it does not switch their texture. That means horses are airhumping afterwards but they do it in your desired texture.

The not-as-simple option is heading into the .nif files using bender and adding a cock to the horse mesh in a seperate file yourself. When you head into the MNC folder, rename your new horse file to the name MNC uses and exchange them you have the horse with "your" texture and a cock.

 

By the way the console did not say the horse was provided by AM but last changed by AM. And the one thing that changed was triggering the spawn of the horse.

Thank you. I'll have a look at the creature feature MCM. It's not an airhumping problem, the equipment is not missing. The main horse texture just flips back to standard. Which is why it was weird enough to mention. Airhumping I can fix :)

I've got further through and it's only the horse quest where I got unusual requirements for the private shows (+1). The

Bear, sabre cat and spider

worked fine set to 1 PS.

Thank you. I'll have a look at the creature feature MCM. It's not an airhumping problem, the equipment is not missing. The main horse texture just flips back to standard. Which is why it was weird enough to mention. Airhumping I can fix :)

 

In that case Creature Feature has the wrong 'target texture' either because the edited mesh is loaded before MNC (common problem with Mod Organizer and Loot) and thus is ignored for that purpose or the Creature Feature MCM is on standard Sexlab despite the texture is present.

Yes, must be something I have setup wrong. Just did the Skeever quest...

 

The single skeever animation had no equipment, the double skeever had one with and one without equipment and the threesome had them all with equipment

 

So i can't imagine how that would be related to anything but my load order :)

 

Loved the troll quest :) Now that was unexpected, really hope there is more along that line ;)

When all creatures of a single kind (skeever for example) are missing their cocks it's one of three possibilites. One is a load order shenanigan while the second and third is a creature feature MCM option mismanagement. Wrong option chosen or CF is in need of a mod rescan because of a mod change/update (even in a totally unrelated mod).

When some creatures which should have equipment but don't while a brother has it usually points at a seperate script lag.

 

Since you say it's the second problem please take note that this is another cause and unlikely the same as with the horse problem.

Speaking of role playing, the next version will add more options after you caught Thaena, if I understood right. Is there an option for a more reluctant player character in mind? One of a few things that bothered me is how eager the player character is to have sex in front of the jarl and the court, and they just experienced animal sex minutes ago. Maybe they should be more worried about their reputation? It's just a different approach I'd like to suggest if you consider adding more content. :)

Mod Question - is the chest at the foot of the bed in "your" bedroom within the mansion safe for longterm storage? (as in non-respawning). I've been treating it as such, but would be nice to know. If it is, maybe the note thaena leaves on the bed could say something to that effect (from an immersive point of view), "like an ideal chest to store your valuables/outfits".

 

As a lot of players use a lighting/night overhaul... could i request some form of lamp/fire outside, just off from the entrance? Obviously not a priority (i think I might even be able to fathom out adding lights myself), as I remember reading updating/moving/upgrading the building is a plan you have further down the line.

I've written two branches: slut branch and "reluctant debutante" ( :lol:) branch. So you will have several ways to get to the sex part of the mod more or less quickly.

I just double checked and found that storage in that one chest may not be safe. It is set not to respawn but I forgot to set player as its owner. The other containers in your room are completely safe for storage: wardrobe, strongbox, dresser, and chest of drawers. Just don't forget to remove your stuff should you uninstall the mod!

 

Also, I've already added several new lights outside so that should be good to go.

Well, easiest way would be

 

 

 

to have it as part of the Riverwood/Hod/Stump quest line. On one of the occasions when the player arrives in Riverwood, Hod berates them for being a bit late, and tells them that Stump has run away somewhere. The player goes looking for Stump and finds him banging some not-so-happy woman, maybe Sigrid or Camilla Valerius. (Who may get invovled a bit more in the future depending on choices by the player... :angel: )

The trouble with non-con I would assume, is that it would require all new dialogue or a new location due to the friendly nature of the rest of the mod.

 

Thinking a little (probably too much)...

 

- Maybe a pair of cages behind the main building, connected by a door. One cage where the PC can end up as a result of dealth alternative or prison overhaul? or being cruel to animals somehow...

Something like one cage which would contain a bedroll and the PC - the other would be empty and the creature enters it via a door from the main building. Thus the creature start location is hidden, it then walks in idles for a few secs, the connecting door opens - it turns and engages the PC.

 

It could be managed/run by a new employee (the janitor?) who is earning money on the side. It would likely require the PC to have said no to joining the business, it keeps Thaena unaware of the activites. Creatures are spawned as needed, so it wouldn't require the quests to have been done. Or maybe... Thaena knows all about it, and has a darker side than we know so far...

 

... just a thought ;)

Any way of hooking into this from Simple Slavery with a wee bit of tweaking on your mod entry points, as suggested by others above? 

 

Could that be done with some sort of distinguishing variable/attribute applied to the PC if they arrived into your mod from Simple Slavery?  Ie, maybe that could trigger an altogether separate 'command/enslaved' questline that, at its simplest, just links straight to somewhere near the start of your other existing ones - so as to avoid complete or major dialogue rewrites etc - with the 'push into' your basic questline and the 'final exit' from it being based on the mod 'knowing' that the NPC is one which has 'arrived' via Simple Slavery, and has this enslaved questline to follow?

 

I'm just trying to be creative.... you can tell me if the glass of red helped in that, or not  :)

Hmm, in regards to the "chars that normally wouldn't di it but are kinda forced into it" - I am not sure if it is doable without screwing the mod up or simply too much work, but nevertheless I made up my mind on how some more options in terms of dialouge etc might acknowledge this.

 

The problems is how to "force" a char into this, without nullifying the whole idea/groundwork of the mod, which sky_mds focused on consensual and kinda "friendly". So Thaeana forcing the PC is out of question. But maybe the Jarl of Falkreath (or, if the mansion moves another powerful figure Thaena and the PC have to convince of the Mansion, and who takes advantage of it?"

 

So PC catches Thaena in the act, and instead of just playing along give an option not to fuck the dog. But still the idea to turn it into a business and show it to the sleazy degenerate Jarl comes up, but Thaena goes, and the PC only accompanies her?

 

Then the Jarl, after having enjoyed the show by Thaena, insists that the PC also joins, abusing his power as a Jarl for his own enjoyment. "Fuck the dog, or rot in a cell or worse, your choice, PC". And after this rather unpleasant introduction for the PC into animal-sex the Jarl would be even crueler. He gives the licence and all, but under very strict terms - free shows for himself, with the PC (he gets a kick out of the whole unwilling thing ^^)

 

With this or something similar we had at least some justification why the PC ends up what she's doing (and she could still grow to like it anyway, with some proper education by Thaena), and it would provide the "plot" of teh mod with some kind of adversary/villain. And open up some (optional?) side-quest that are a bit darker than usual, when you have to entertain the Jarl on his own terms, which could focus more on public humiliation, forced sex, degrading dialogue etc. Like private parties full of nobles (in Oblivion there was a mod "Player Slave Encounter" that had a quest that ended in an underground party will girls fucked and one girl constantly fucked by a dog, as a show..."

 

 

 

As for general non-consensual content - of course it is also possible. At first I'd maybe introduce some kind of villain as above. If not the Jarl, maybe a busniess partner of Thaena who did lend her money and now wants back his investment, and I think such a scenario already opens up some quests and situations not too pleasant?
