SexLab Eager NPCs

I'm having a bit of an issue. Whenever I proposition an NPC through the SLEN dialogue options, everything works fine until the very end. After the scene ends, my character redresses, arousal goes down... but I can't move at all. I've also noticed that, while the camera snaps back to normal from the free camera, I can still manually enable the free camera, as if I'm still in an animation. I have both the latest versions of Sexlab framework and this mod and I've tried everything I can think of to solve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I really do enjoy the mod when it's worked for me. 

 

It is definitely NOT SLEN?s fault. You should disable "free camera" in SL MCM menu. Otherwise, you'll always have to type "tfc" (to disable the camera) or "player.tai" (to unlock your character) in the console.

Yes, I have the latest version.

No, I never have ctd with other powers using the power key (shouts or other things).

No, there is nothing in the papyrus.log.

Yes, ALL other functions of SLEN work very well and fine.

I still have SexLab 1.59c, SLA version 20, latest FNIS, SKSE, JContainers, EnhancedCamera, HDT system, HighHell, WorkingVagina UNP.

 

Note that I have a mod that changes the vanilla's shouts (more damage, less cooldown, more impact and so on) but I never had problems with this before.

Went back to enable the camera (to do some more testing) foud out that the second attempt works fine, no freezing...... dont know is saving the game will have the same effect for the rest of the game or this needs to be done every time the game loads.

 

* Note  -- what i did found out was after "Alt-Tab"(ing) the game and going fo another round will freeze the character....  does this means the effect while ingame otherwise the character will freeze.

Found a fix (for me) if more are having trouble with this:

 

1) disable free camera

2) have "fun"with SLEN

3) enable the SL camera and save game.

4) reload game and have fun

SLEN does not start animations. SLEN only "sends info" to SexLab that sex is required. Then SL searches available (installed) animations and triggers them  basing on gender of the character set in MCM menu and desired animations: "1 on 1",  3 way.... and others.

If you have only one word learned and unlocked, then pressing the power key will immidiately start the first word shout (regardless of how long you press it down). This works the same for the SLEN shout as any other shout. Holding the key down longer only has an effect if you have more than 1 word unlocked (not just learned, but also spent a dragon soul on it).

 

I'm not sure what could be causing your problem, but you've already seem to have identified a possible cause yourself: the mod that changes the vanilla shouts. I have no idea how this mod works, but if it works by changing the general shout mechanics (rather than by making changes to the specific vanilla shouts) then it might not be compatible with custom shouts. You could try the SLEN shout with that mod disabled and see if you still get the CTD.

 

I haven't had any other reports of problems with the shout since the last version and haven't seen any failures to play the sound since then myself, is anyone else still having issues with this?

Found a fix (for me) if more are having trouble with this:

 

1) disable free camera

2) have "fun"with SLEN

3) enable the SL camera and save game.

4) reload game and have fun

 

 

Any issues involving the free camera and actors locking up are SexLab issues, not SLEN issues, as Elf-son explained. There have been more reports of this since v1.60, and the 2nd patch supposedly should fix it. Make sure you at least have the 2nd patch installed if you did not do that yet. Other than that, you'll have to look to the SexLab support thread for help with this.

 

Since I have never experienced the issue myself there's not much tips I can give. The only thing I would recommend to everyone who upgraded from v1.59c to v1.60 is to use the "Clean System" option on the Rebuild & Clean tab in existing savegames that were started using v1.59c (or older) versions. Many people do not seem to do this, and although it will not magically fix actual bugs, it will resolve many of the various issues that people have when upgrading. You can use the "Export settings" option on the same tab before you do this, and the "Import settings" after doing this to preserve all your settings.

 

Beamer M. - hehe, I just experienced one unusual phenomena and this is not SLEN's fault.

Although NSAP has nothing to do with SLEN, after I upgraded NSAP to ver. 2.8 and performed needed steps after installation of the mod, when loaded my save, I've got info that "SLEN is updated...." lol.... weird...

It only took my game few days to recognize that SLEN is updated.... haha

 

Weird indeed, it sounds like something got stuck in the SkyUI/MCM code and it got 'unlodged' after the NSAP update.

 

BTW did you have so much sex that you pro-created or something? Weren't you Elf-King first (or was it Elf-Prince?)

As a test, can you try enabling the setting again, and then checking if the CTD problem appears again? If the problem is gone even when you enable it again, then it was some weird savegame thing that cleared up because of the toggling. If the problem reappears again after toggling the option back on, then you are not running a correct installation of v20150906, and you should try re-downloading and re-installing it. In v20150906, that MCM option does nothing at all after you learned the shout.

First off...love the mod.  Had something odd happen tonight....at first glance it appeared to stop working.  All dialog options disappeared however option to start animations still appear after sleep.  

 

I had not made any changes when the glitch occurred.  Any fix recommendations or would it just be easier to reinstall?

You don't' have to reinstall it. Try to simply disable it, load the game and ignore notification about missing mod. When in the game, save it on the new slot and exit. Then enable the mod again, run LOOOT and run the game. If that doesn't help (but it should) repeat first two steps and run Save cleaner tool. Under "Advance" settings, click on "Remove scripts attached to nonexsistent created forms", save it and exit.... Repeat last two steps from first sentence. If even that doesn't help you might consider to reinstall SKYUI 5.+... And tehn if this doesn't help, reinstall the mod

 

This is what I do when things goes wrong with some mods and it always work. But, if you want to wait for Beamer's answer you're more then welcome. After all, he is the father of this mod and knows the best

It seems like your savegame somehow held on to the quest for the voices that existed before 20150906. This should not happen since it was only voice resources and didn't contain any scripts, but oh well, sometimes weird stuff just happens with savegames. I'm glad it's solved

It's not entirely clear what you mean with "All dialogue options disappeared". Do you mean you could not talk at all to the NPC anymore? Or you could talk but the SLEN dialogue wasn't there? Or the SLEN dialogue was there, but when you chose it there were no further options? Please be specific.

 

Check that the Sex Dialogues are enabled in the MCM menu "General" page, and that your Player character and the NPC you are talking to are not blocked from SLEN dialogues (on the MCM "Player" and "Target NPC" pages there are options to block the dialogues).

Get the character to Lover status first and you can both do threesomes and orgies. Bring two followers and threesomes happen automatically on dungeon clear or wake up.

It's not entirely clear what you mean with "All dialogue options disappeared". Do you mean you could not talk at all to the NPC anymore? Or you could talk but the SLEN dialogue wasn't there? Or the SLEN dialogue was there, but when you chose it there were no further options? Please be specific.

 

Check that the Sex Dialogues are enabled in the MCM menu "General" page, and that your Player character and the NPC you are talking to are not blocked from SLEN dialogues (on the MCM "Player" and "Target NPC" pages there are options to block the dialogues).

 

 

I could still talk to NPC but all SLEN options disappeared...sorry for not clarifying.

 

SLEN dialogue options diappeared overnight...was fine one day, saved & shut down and when I went to play the next day my SLEN dialogue options were missing, particularly my followers.

I have installed non sexlab animations, and selected Leito, 4uidk animations especially the missionary positions. I have those animations toggled on animation settings.  All orginal AP animations were ticked out of the list.  However, when I select the "make love to me" option, It only gives me 3 animation options, from Leito missionary 1 and 2, and one of the 4uidk cowgirl animations. 

 

Is there are problem?  How come the other missionary animations aren't played?

Dialogue-induced sex without spanking or bandage or other BDSM-themed stuff, but instead a lot of additional options to add more substance and make sex dialogue feel more real. Make love looks for animations tagged with Vaginal, Facing and Loving, and excludes anims tagged with Furniture, Aggressive or Anal. The NSAP tagging is rather limited compared to the SexLab 1.60 tagging, it could use (needs) an overhaul. This is assuming an MF couple, for same sex couples it's different again.

I really found this mod interesting until the fact that

If i try using this mod it seems to crash my game no matter what i tried disabling all other mods apart from SL,SkyUI and just the ones needed

so my tiny brain can't really comprehend why it's happening so i have a few questions.

 

Do i need anything else apart from: SL 1.60+,SkyUI

Does this mod interfere with any mods if so wich ones

Do i need Unofficial Skyrim Patch

 

If you need the log just tell me but they seem to be next to useless because there's little to no information in them it's literally 2 or 3 lines and it says Loading version 31. Init.....    that's all. :/ i really wanted to use this mod but i guess for now i'll stick to ASX wich isnt that great compared to these ones

Anal and even DP can totally be loving. I mean not the kinda anal I like because I'm a sick fuck, but several of the Leito anal scenes are very loving style, even despite it's name Powerbomb is very focused on the girl's enjoyment.

This is a long shot, but this fixed my game. Take all the sound files out of the .bsa and add them separately to Skyrim's data directory. On my machine, Skyrim has a  problem with voice files in a bsa file.
