As we are back on the new/old site, will post here rather than the other thread

 

Tried the new version and i had to setstage the quest to 195 after entering the farm house where the dunmer live as it didn't advance past that point

 

That took me to the slave pens and Ibn, the first slave task worked fine for me and i made axes but then neither the meet the falmer or tunnel one really worked, can we have a quest pointer for which falmer you mean and where and on the tunnel one i couldn't work out where to dig so a quest pointer there would be good, it said the deposit was depleted when i smacked awat with the pickaxe at the deposit in front of the quest giver

 

consoled in some rubble for the tunnel quest and did that but then got sent to skala in the butchery with the bad slave quest, didnt have any dialogue options to advance the quest so i tried setstaging it but that just killed me

 

Tried again but all paths seem to lead to the butchery with the bad slave quest

Ok, I will reupload my mods tomorrow.

Specially FTD, I made some changes (now it's a way to go to simple slavery, if you have it).

 

Stage 195 correpond to a scene : player is supposed to get the poisoned message, go on the floor, and the scene begins. The Thing is in the house with Doran Derleth ?

 

The tunnel is very simple : you have to dig like 20 rubbles, and show it to Luna Nerva.

The marker work only if you are in the small world... I know, it's obvious, I will try to fix that... In fact, I'm reworking the slaves quarter (Now Daithe will be in the small world, so it will not mess with quest markers).

 

butchery with the bad slave quest is a badend quest.... you will be butchered, yes... it curious the dialogue dont work...

 

 

The main problem I met with these quests is they are repeatible. I set them side quests, but there is nothing to do, i dont understand the problem.

I need your advices !

 

The development of TID don't satisfy me... it's too similar to AFS, but in too huge (too large city), and bad...

 

And I still have the Bravil underground project planned... And maybe I could fusion the ideas.

 

This is my proposals :

 

 

- turn the mod into a pure slaver mod. We have enough good slave themed mod on LL, but not a slaver sery of quests like Bravil undetground (one of the best mods of Oblivion, i think! )

 

So, for TID, I propose to turn the mod on a slaver path.

At a point of the prologue, the player will need to made a choice between Azenith Derleth (revenge of Falmers) and Frabbi. If player choose Derleth path, player will be tested (hardly !) and turned into a falmer servant. If player choose Frabbi one, bad end (butchery...) or avort mod.

 

- quests arc : mostly slaver themed mod, like bravil underground, but with Skaven lore, like plots between slavers rulers.

 

- The city : two options :

  • making a mixed falmer/human city : human servants, slavers, etc... will mostly life into wood houses and caban, near an harbor (undeground river) at the bottom of dwemer ruins. Most of the slavers more important NPC are falmers, and are occupied to made plots to increase their power accros Ibn and skyrim. Most humans are slaves, agents, servants; etc... most of falmers are servants and warriors, and are preferentially located in the dwemer ruins, or surrond the city to protect her. The center of the city will be the temple of Chaur Tegoth (it will be just a chaurus statue. The goal of the mod is free him). The city will need to be entirely redone (with some Inn, a brothel, a slaves trainer den, a laboratory, a butchery, etc...), It's not the first time I rebuild a small world from scrath... I'm skilled in that... the result will be a kind of blackreach with lot of human things into... strange... like Skarogne http://bibliotheque-imperiale.com/index.php/Skarogne?cprotect=1
  • separated cities : one, little, in wood (solitude farm buildings) for slavers and servants, and one for falmers... of course most important slavers NPC will be falmers.

The idea is to save the mod ! For now, It's very less interesting than AFS, FTD and Ravenous... AFS develop a lore faction, FTD have a good story and bring a functionable little city, Ravenous is for special tastes but is a good beta... TID, I'm blocked, the actual direction of the mod don't fit my objectives and the community taste.

Well, I've made it to aTID1Falmer 190 without any big problems (except the black-out due to the chaurus in the butchery), but now I'm supposed to talk to Doran Derleth about Frabbis disappearance. He was standing on a rock a bit away from Whiterun, and had no dialog-options for me to proceed the quest. I went to the Derleth-Farm (because the Alchemist (whatever his name was, Shadi, or so?) mentioned a hidden cave underneath the Derleth-Farm. Grash have random topics, according to your note... the butchey is Skala quest.

 

 

Currently, I'm reworking the small world... Now the city is more little, but the temple was extended, and there is now a true farmling zone.

There is also a wood city and an harbor, for human servants.

Ibn population is near 200 NPC.

 

The problem of the scene are Doran Derleth and Azenith : they just stay where they were, and dont go into the farm. I will modify thei packages and add a moveto script.

Yes, that's that orc. Just do the quest (the butchery is a dwemer farm, not far, but not surroinded by mushrooms).

 

You need to spoke to a falmer named Skala.

I can't be of much advice since I've not played this yet. But I've started yesterday playing From the deeps... and I found it awesome. I'll await to play it some more and I'll report more on the FTD thread.

Regarding TID, you ideas looks neat to me. Only It's not clear if when you say pure "slaver" you actually mean a quest in which you are enslaved or in which you enlave others Npcs

I can't be of much advice since I've not played this yet. But I've started yesterday playing From the deeps... and I found it awesome. I'll await to play it some more and I'll report more on the FTD thread.

FTD is my best mod, I think.

I will publish the next patch tomorrow (I will add this person to the co authors !)

 

For TID, I got an idea : I will develop a mix between the Falmer, the slavers town, and Bravil underground.

 

So, a Falmer city, with a part in wood (a falmer agents and servants city), an harbor built on dwemer ruins, a real temple for Chaur Tegoth.

 

The quest will be reworked on Slaver theme...

 

In fact, I wish to build a Skarogne like city : a nice dwemer city for falmers, and a dirty shack city for humans... there is also a zone of gardens and forest for building...

Very good. I've noticed your FTD update... There is a lot of sex and rape going... But I'll consider making a video of it. Just give some time to play it and think the right approach.

Regarding TID (or TITD :lol:) It's still not clear if in the quest will be about the player becoming an eslaver for the falmer... or will be enslaved by them and trying to get free.

Very good. I've noticed your FTD update... There is a lot of sex and rape going... But I'll consider making a video of it. Just give some time to play it and think the right approach.

 

Regarding TID (or TITD :lol:) It's still not clear if in the quest will be about the player becoming an eslaver for the falmer... or will be enslaved by them and trying to get free. 

 

For FTD, as you wich...

 

For TID, I plan this :

- a prologue phase : an inquiry about disaperances and the derleth familly.

- a slave phase. At a phase, player will get the occasion to escape or to save the falmers.

- if player choose to save the falmers, he will be allowed to become a pure falmer (race change) or becoming a servant.

- The reste will be dispatched between falmer themed quests and Slaver quests. The goal of the slaver quest line is getting at least a gloomkurker position. The main quest line will depend of player position (Azhra first quest will be available the first, but player will need to get the skulker position to made the second Azhra quest, and gloomlurker position to get the last one). The reste will be not changed (goal : confront the queen, free the god).

I made huge transformations on TID.

 

Now it will need ZAZ (collars, etc...).

 

I will release it since I can, but I got a problem : I get crashes in the small world, and I dont know why...

For now, there is a problem on LL, I cannot upload new versions of FTD and TID.

 

TID small world was changed.

I kept the principal quest line (I just need to fix this Derleth farm problem...), but I also built a slaver themed side quest line (6 quests for now, i hope 8).

 

I'm try to fix the FPS drop in the small world, and to develop a dialogue framework for slaves (like follow me, stay here, etc..., depend of course if player is slave, servant, or slaver)...

It will be my first time with Things in the Dark, so, for role playing purposes, when Caius or Irileth contacts the player they assume she is the Dragonborn already? Since I use Alternate Start my character doesnt know she is the dragonborn yet so if that's the case I might start the quest later on.

For now, there is a problem on LL, I cannot upload new versions of FTD and TID.

 

TID small world was changed.

I kept the principal quest line (I just need to fix this Derleth farm problem...), but I also built a slaver themed side quest line (6 quests for now, i hope 8).

Hope will get to play this. Would be a great Christmas gift to me :D

Ok, I found a better internet connection, so I can upload the last version.

 

TID 0.7 is actually more a redone.

The small world was entirely changed (more little, but more content, Chaur Tegoth have a real temple), 9 new quests, plenty of news NPC, some of them have enhancedcharacteredit faces. The city was also changed.

 

Bravil underground nostalists will be pleased, I hope : 8 of the news quests are slaver themed, but the slave management framework is not functionnal. I will need help on that point.

I downloaded checked and still have a problem with entrance to the farm, I received a window with the text of the poison, the screen darkens and nothing more. character is standing still.

It's because Azenith Derleth dont travel properrly from the cave to the farm...
