Just install this version - should have no effect on save games.

welli Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 hi quimbole, appreciate the work as usual. i had a little error with fnis after installing the new mara 4.0 , i got errors after errors in fnis. till i reread the line of error ERROR(2026): Too many animations s -a,o zzEstrusTentacle02S1 zzEstrusTentacle02S1.hkx zzEstrusAOTentacle02S1 zzEstrusAOTentacle02S1sub its not too many estrus anim, its too many anims in total installed. if you were already full like me in anims, it will go over the limit. and estrus has nothing to do with it. after 9700 anim loaded my fnis crapped out. i just removed some from older packs and it all works.

prinyo Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 In my game the pillory and the swing scales thingy (no idea what the name for it in English is :-) ) disappear and then reappear at the start of the animation so when it starts playing everything looks OK. I quite enjoy the additions to the island and it is now even more entertaining than before, but I've noticed quite a performance hit (sometimes 10-15FPS and quite high memory usage). Maybe this is related to the problems with the items not reappearing in your case. I'm at the marriage stage at the moment and the only problem I've noticed so far is that at some point the elf in the inn have lost his dildo. I'm hoping in future versions the slaves will take turns using the dildo and dancing at the pole. :-)

I've gotten up to the part where I convinced the jarl's houscarl to help me attack Riften, but the quest marker just points me to the temple in Marketh. When I enter the temple, the quest marker just points back to the door leading outside. I seem to be stuck on that quest with no way of progressing. Also, if you become the prophet and choose to enslave Farkas and Vilkas again, does it keep them slaves permanently?

The quest marker is a bug: you need to take the Housecarl to the Isle via the boat in Solitude, or meet him there, I can't recall which offhand. (It should point to the boat at the Solitude dock but for some reason points to Markath.) I just figured it was trying to point to the Isle and couldn't since it's a separate world space. The story does make it pretty clear where you need to go next. The rest of the questline is bug-free as far as I can recall. [And pretty amazing.] I did have an issue with Farkas and Vilkas. When I became Prophet after the old one died I chose to immediately set them free, at which point they disappeared from my game completely. The "Talk to the Companion Leaders for Work" marker points to Aela and an empty space where Farkas or Vilkas should be in Jorrvaskr, so I never got the chance to enslave them again.

I would love to finish the mod.... I had the same problem. I worked around it by manually setting the stage in the quest to the next number. See these instructions from ffabris on how to do that: Save yourself the trouble of loading CK... you can determine the next stages in-game: sqt - lists currently activate quests. Find the one you're interested in, let's call it QuestID. player.sqs QuestID - lists all stages for that quest, those marked 1 are done setstage QuestID stage - you know this already. I don't remember the precise stage, but the last line will likely be "setstage melisislemainquest #" If you're unfamiliar with the console, you can open it by pressing ` and scroll within it via page up/down.

Anyway, in the console enter: setstage meldragonquest 35 or setstage meldragonquest 40 1

You have to do these console commands to get them back in this order prid [RefID] disable enable optional if you want to do something to them immediately: moveto player (doesn't create a clone like placeatme)

If I have not completed the secrets quest the engine recognizes me as its creator even though I have never spoken to it before and do not have any "special" clothing equipped. It that as designed? Also, how the heck do you take out Malbronus? Is there a spoiler somewhere?

chachijs Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 I can't seem to find anything usable for blackmailing the houscarl (Maul in my case as i finished the civil war questline before starting this). He says he's going to inspect the troops, yet he keeps leaning on that pillar 24/7 where everyone meets him when first entering Riften. I can console command forward but i'd like to know where can I find any blackmail material. I've tried talking to all Black-Briars and Thieves Guild members, searched Black-Briar house, jarl's palace and nothing.

grumpycub Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 I'm having a game-breaking problem, but I can't tell what's causing it. I appreciate any insight anyone could offer! The problem MIGHT have been after the Boat Party quest. After the quest completes, you get fade-in/fade-outed to the Prince being messed with. I had a few stalling issues here, but since the quest is over you can't advance past animations with quest steps. So I'm not sure all the animations happened? After getting let down from his chains I had to push the Prince to the stocks. Then one animation played. After that nothing. But I mean, there's an executioner there with a chopping block and a headsman's axe, so I feel like there should be a definite end to this scene. So as it stands, for the next couple of quests, the Prince and Duke are both still out there, nothing happening. I assumed this was supposed to happen, so I kept going along. Finally I got to the Dragonbottom! quest. Any time I walk by that platform where the Prince and Duke are (roughly where the three slaves are always facing three dogs), my game freezes. I updated to 4.1 from 4.0 (and reverted to an older save and created a new set of FNIS animations just in case), seeing freezes in Dragonbottom! were fixed, but I still have the problem. So, is the problem that the Prince/Duke event is never finishing, or is the problem that there are still freeze bugs in the Dragonbottom quest? Again, thanks for any advice anyone can offer.
