Content Consumer Posted June 4, 2015 Author Posted June 4, 2015 Any chance for a 3dnpc patch? Is that the "interesting NPCs" mod? Well, as soon as I get some time to start modding again (should be soon-ish, hopefully, maybe next week?) I'll be converting all followers from the "currentfollower faction" condition to the "getplayeristeammate" faction. That should make this mod compatible with all follower mods, everywhere... hopefully. They'll still only use the "generic NPC" dialogue+sex that is currently in the mod, because I don't want to go through and add unique dialogue for every possible follower out there... but it'll work. Fingers crossed.
Noctenata Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 Posting from a phone sucks. Ahhh. Good to know, if you ever do decide to try and make unique dialogue patches though. I would definately volunteer to write some up~
bleachmywalls Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Hi, I'm dying to try this mod out but my game keeps crashing at the loading screen. I've already got SexLab and all its dependencies but it still keeps crashing on me. Any way I can get pass this? Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I really really wanna get this to work. Thanks!
Thermius Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Is this on an old save or a new save? Have you got a Papyrus log? Did you LOOT your loadorder? Did you uninstall RYF and did it load then? Have you tried placing RYF at the end of your loadorder?

If you're crashing at the title screen it's because you're missing a dependency... this mod requires more than just Sexlab now. v1c was the last version that didn't require Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfire DLC... everything after that does. It doesn't have any stuff for non-vanilla followers either, no MCM, and the sex scripts are much more simple... but it does work. Tanglin Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Thanks for the mod! Love your interpretation of the companions If you don't mind my asking, the line that the player character uses to initiate sex with Iona includes "do the curtains match the drapes." Did you mean "does the carpet match the drapes"?

Love your interpretation of the companions If you don't mind my asking, the line that the player character uses to initiate sex with Iona includes "do the curtains match the drapes." Did you mean "does the carpet match the drapes"? Thanks for the kind words! And yep, it's supposed to be carpet, not curtains (unless we're talking about armpit hair here ). My bad... I'll fix it in the next release (probably some time this week).
NicoleDragoness Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Hi. In the main page you wrote that your mod should "probably" work with multi-follower mod like EFF or it shouldn't. Well, I gave it a try, I have EFF, and it seems to not work, for me. The MCM menu is in place (registered), the option appear but I don't have any related dialogue line with my followers, both vanilla and some custom with whom I tried. My EFF version is the latest one 4.0.1, with all its dependencies satisfied. SexLab is 1.59c. Fu.ro.doh is present. Myself toon is a Ningheim female (custom race). There is a solution ATM, or do you plan to use some different system in the future?

Content Consumer Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Hi. In the main page you wrote that your mod should "probably" work with multi-follower mod like EFF or it shouldn't. I've been getting mixed reports on this... and I don't use any follower overhaul mods, so it's tough for me to confirm yea or nay. Well, I gave it a try, I have EFF, and it seems to not work, for me. Sorry about that... the next version *should* fix this, making any follower from any mod be compatible. The MCM menu is in place (registered), the option appear but I don't have any related dialogue line with my followers, both vanilla and some custom with whom I tried. I've also been having problems with this and other mods having dialogue not showing up at first... saving the game, exiting, and re-entering seems to fix it. No idea why. NicoleDragoness Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Thanks. I'll wait for next version. (Btw, saving and reloading didn't solved.)
LukeDuke Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 ^ Just to note that latest version of EFF is 4.0.2 not 4.0.1

NicoleDragoness Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Yes, "classic", "standard" or "dialogues only" are the optional different interface of EFF to interact with followers.
Thermius Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Inb4 it has only worked in classic mode and will only works that way >.>

Content Consumer Posted June 12, 2015 Author Posted June 12, 2015 Yo, everybody, I was gonna have the next version out by now, but we're having teething troubles over here. Might take another couple of days... sorry. The next version will require SL Aroused (or redux) and will hopefully have better compatibility too.
Content Consumer Posted June 13, 2015 Author Posted June 13, 2015 On the wild-guess assumption that it actually works, v4 is now up... Changes: SL Aroused (or Redux suggested) required now. All followers use Arousal rates (settable in the MCM) instead of time-defined availability. Frea and Barbas scripts changed to get rid of the script waiting, they'll use arousal instead. Ralis Sedarys updated with a more in-depth relationship tree (for all you evil people out there). Some minor bug fixes and text changes "faction" condition changed to "teammate" condition. For most people, this change should go completely unnoticed. For users of follower overhaul mods, it should improve compatibility. Users of EFF will still need to set to "classic" interface. EDIT: First Post updated with the new info. BEFORE UPDATING: If you currently have Frea or Barbas as your follower, I recommend dismissing them and waiting for three days to allow them to reset. Failure to do so may result in script errors, or may make them unable to have sex from this mod permanently. Mixed reports from my beta testers leads me to suggest that you should probably test this new version on an unimportant save before using it on your main save. I'd appreciate confirmation that it does (or does not) work.
XMoshe Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 (edited) I'm using the Vilja follower mod and married her in my game. I am not getting a dialogue option on her and when I go to other (vanilla) followers all I can ask them is to join me and Vilja. I have no idea where to go from there. Edit: made a new save and it seems to work just fine there (only tried one follower). Either I dont know how to engage this threesome with vilja, or she (the mod) or yours lock it up when you're married? Another thing, I seem to lose all function of my mouse (aside from looking around) after the sex. Although it could be sexlab or sexlab aroused related, or maybe any other combination of mods clashing due to the animations. Edit2: uninstalled spouses something and it's fixed now, works perfectly. A shame it doesn't work with the SOS female unp add-on though ^^ Edited June 15, 2015 by XMoshe

CTD at titlescreen usually means a missing dependency. The latest build requires; Skyrim Update Dawnguard Hearthfire Dragonborn SexLab v1.59c SL Aroused or SL Aroused Redux Fus Roh D'oh (soft) And their separate dependencies of course! On a bare-bones install this will work 10/10. On an install with just eye-candy this will work 10/10. On an install with a custom follower handler you might experience some dialog issues. If there is a mod that adversely conflicts with RYF to the point where your game crashes, it would be of great help if you experimented with a bare-bones install and try which mod conflicts. That's about all I can help with until you post a modlist. CTD after tabbing out is machine dependent and unsupported. To be completely honest, It sounds to me like you need a clean install.
Content Consumer Posted June 16, 2015 Author Posted June 16, 2015 Sorry, internet trouble here, been away until just now... I'm using the Vilja follower mod and married her in my game. It shouldn't matter... I was planning on adding marriage-specific dialogue options and different sets of tags and receiver settings, but it's not implemented yet... I'm not sure why it would be causing problems. With the new system in place, you should be getting dialogue with all followers, even custom ones or followers using new races. I've had problems with dialogue not appearing at first, but saving, exiting, and reloading seems to fix it for me. EDIT: Threesome... is it a "threesome" you're looking for? You, Vilja, and someone else? I haven't implemented any possibility for threesomes at all (yet), so if that's the problem, there's nothing to be done about it so far. Sorry. Another thing, I seem to lose all function of my mouse (aside from looking around) after the sex. Although it could be sexlab or sexlab aroused related, or maybe any other combination of mods clashing due to the animations. That's not me, I swear! This mod doesn't do anything but use a very simple startsex command. It's compiled against Sexlab 1.59c, are you using a different version? Edit2: uninstalled spouses something and it's fixed now, works perfectly. A shame it doesn't work with the SOS female unp add-on though ^^ Damn, that means there's a conflict with Spouses Enhanced. I might be able to fix it on this end. I'll check. As for it not working with SOS female UNP addon, I've no idea why it wouldn't... like I said, the framework for pretty much any combination of follower type or race is now in place, so it should... if it isn't, it's a bug. I wonder about this... people have been complaining that SL Dialogues is conflicting with various other mods too (dialogue options not showing up), and both that mod and this one don't actually edit any vanilla dialogue trees. There should be no conflict whatsoever, but apparently there is (the old "even when it appears there's no chance of conflict, there is a chance of conflict"). I'm not too sanguine about being able to track down this particular conflict, considering that skyrimll is much better at that sort of thing and has a lot more experience, and even he's having trouble with it... I'm having the exact same issue, after install worked fine for a few hours, came back next day and CTD at title screen, tested and it is this MOD. ...seriously? It's a new save, used Loot and have at end of load order. Tried uninstall and re-install. It will work after I boot PC but if go to desktop and comeback CTD. ...SERIOUSLY??? CTD at titlescreen usually means a missing dependency. The latest build requires; Skyrim UpdateDawnguard Hearthfire Dragonborn SexLab v1.59cSL Aroused or SL Aroused Redux Fus Roh D'oh (soft) And their separate dependencies of course! If you continue to have problems, please do post your load order. Also see the pinned threads in the "technical support" forum. CTD after tabbing out is machine dependent and unsupported. I always, invariably, get CTD after tabbing out and back in. Some people have more luck, the fortunate... people. But CTD at title screen is something else, like Thermius said, it's a missing dependency. However, if you're not having a CTD, exit the game (fully) and back in again and suddenly CTD, that's a different problem. Try this - instead of loading your save right from the main menu, start a new game and then load your save from the new game. ***If you have a large number of mods (and sometimes a "large number" can be just one or two if they're the right kind) that do something tricky on loading a game, then trying to load the game from the main menu can overwhelm the engine and cause a crash. Starting a new game (or loading a save in a small, interior cell with no NPCs nearby) first allows the various bits of the various mods to load properly without trying to run over each other, thus avoiding a potential crash.*** To be completely honest, It sounds to me like you need a clean install. It's not a bad idea. Sorry, I know it's annoying to have a legitimate problem and be told essentially "it's up to you to fix it" but right now that's the best I can offer.
Content Consumer Posted June 16, 2015 Author Posted June 16, 2015 v4a is up... Changes: Individual NPC arousal settings instead of one global setting for all followers. People who are happy with the current setup have absolutely no reason to download this new monstrosity (+1100 lines of MCM code and a whole bunch of new sliders). See: Also: a few minor text changes, nothing major. EDIT: I just barely now, looking at the screenshot, noticed that I misspelled "Marcurio." Ugh.
Guest squid0767 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Just put 4a in, I'm getting "esp not found" when I try to activate it (Mod Organizer)? Did I miss something? 4 was perfectly ok. the .esp is in there, so I don't get it LOL EDIT: I'm getting it when I go back to 4 also, must be something on my end. I'll let you know when I have it worked out. EDIT 2: Just needed to reinstall it, we're good
