lolwhy Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Hey, Quick question - I've been having issues after swapping from no clit physics to clit physics version of Cosio (because the previous doesn't have any vagina animations for me). On few of my presets (ones that have non-stock body sliders it seems) the whole naked body gets distorted. Physics still do work, face is untouched, but the rest is a mess. Any idea what could be causing that, can I amend it somehow or are those presets just a no-go? Added screenshots. Thanks in advance. 2.bmp 1.bmp
Operand Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Could someone please help with the conversion? I do like the first post prescribes but now I hit an issue with shoes conversion. For some reason in-game I have gaps between the body and the legs meshes whereas in all other tools (Outfit Studio, BodySlide) everything looks correct. The same conversion tactics works absolutely fine for any other part of outfits, but fails for the feet. I attach screenshots to illustrate Outfit Studio (during project conversion): Spoiler BodySlide (during build of the outfit): Spoiler In the game (fov 20): Spoiler What I also tried so far: Keeping the default COSIHD mesh in the project. Since it's shoes, I don't need the mesh (it is not a 32 slot item), but I tried to keep it too - for example, on a screenshot above the project is converted with the mesh in place - obviously, to illustrate that it works fine (otherwise only the feet will be shown). Result: no difference in both cases Using CosioHD - Feet instead of the CosioHD when selecting the base project as prescribed in the first post. In this case the problem with the gap is still the same but also some bones cannot be weighted which messes up the shoes pretty badly (they will be missing all the platform meshes) Any words of wisdom here? Thanks in advance!

Bethesda games don't tend to handle decals very gracefully, and can freak out if the resolution of the decal and the body diffuse map don't match. Nope... Did that... Matched exactly with the body diffuse textures... It's not that, sadly.

I also tried to play a bit with the values sliders when copying (went off to the maximum after several retries just to see what happens). Nothing changed the result. Here's what I mean I was doing: Spoiler Obviously I did it for all meshes.

After setting them as reference, then you copy bone weights. I think you don't need the body loaded into the project at all for those heels. 1

You are correct tsnootch ..how ever you do need the body at the start to makes sure your weights and mesh are aligned then mask the top vertices at the seem so they don't get effect by sliders or weights changes ..some show go above the ankle so they need the body legs as reference then after the feet is lined up ..but he could just use the Cosio feet a reference if the shoes don't go that hi .he might have to mask the toe weights if its hi heal they will deffer from Cosio and you dont want it to use Cosio weights ..Feet can be difficult to do the outfits

In this case the problem with the gap is still the same but also some bones cannot be weighted which messes up the shoes pretty badly (they will be missing all the platform meshes) (point number 2) That does not solve the issue of having a gap and on top of that adds a problem of unweighted bones - I do not know why they are unweighted though because I do copy them. Here's what happens (I DID copy the bone weight after setting feet as a reference): Spoiler The same issue does not appear if I set body as the reference and then copy the bone weights. EDIT: Victory! I found a way to fix it even using my very scarce knowledge of these tools! How I did it: I found another High Heels mod that is converted to Cosio already (used Valkyrie BDO outfit). Took feet project from there, loaded it as a reference, removed everything from there apart from the reference and added the project of the outfit I want to convert. After that I had to set the bone copy vertexes to maximum, otherwise it complained for no weight on one of the meshes (only one though, not four). I think it is because the heels in the outfit I convert are longer than on Valkyrie shoes. But in the end all worked just fine.
PsyOps Posted February 6, 2020 Posted February 6, 2020 @scivirus could you help me out with belly distension not working from schlongs? I checked the schlong nif with nifskope, and it doesn't have the schlong xml attached, or do you attach schlong XML to the body? I'm using your cosio HD body and everything jiggles nicely, but collision is still off in animations (gonna work on those tonight) and the belly doesn't move at all from the schlong tip. Labia seemed to move from the shaft, though. Edit: gif I made for jigglyness

Edit: gif I made for jigglyness the schlong that comes with Cosio will have the string there should be 3 version that over writes those from SOS ..if it does not then it was overwritten by another mod or it still has SoS Version ..i don't know everything jiggles nicely working but if it has schlong string in its Xml it might overwrite cosio ..Best not to mix Cosio with other HDt Mods that effect the Body physics

I believe the SOS doesn't have XML attached to schlongs. Edit: I just recheked and it does.
dash1211 Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 hi. I'm not good at English. There is a bug that vagina gets caught like images while using this mod, how should I fix it? I look forward to your reply. Spoiler
egon123 Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 Hello Sci, hello everyone! I've got some strange behavior with the newer versions of the hdtvagina. I noticed it after I altered the vagina mesh in outfit studio to be more my liking (since I looked more closely). But I can confirm the same problem with the unaltered body. With my older xml (version 2.dontremember) the vagina looks ingame as it should. But with the newer versions of the xml the vagina has some slightly deformations. Tested it ingame with the 5.7 gripping version, but had it also in the 4.9 version. In bodyslide, the vagina in side view looks like this: Spoiler Ingame, the vagina appears slightly deformed: Spoiler Old xml: New xml: Rear view: Spoiler Old xml: New xml: Closer look with the new xml: Spoiler I have no idea what is causing it. Maybe someone else has an idea or can confirm the same behavior in the side view.
Guest Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 its becasue skyrim cant handle more then 4 bones using the same vertices ..vanilla mesh uses about 6 in that same area already ..im not gona try and fix something so minor that's not fixable .it same reason never bother trying get an anus working that needs at least 3 bones to work ..no matter what i do if itry and fix it it might work then an another animation comes along and it broke again because it was never fixed to begin with
thesteve812 Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Thank you for this mod scivirus. I've been a uunp user for along time and wanted to try something new. I've been trying the different textures and wondering what other users prefer. I'm using Valhalla now and have tried Mature and like both. I know it's a preference thing so don't start a flame war over it. thanks

For normal map I use something that resembles my avatar ?
Abik9590 Posted February 14, 2020 Posted February 14, 2020 Hi! I have a problem with belly physics and I'm not sure what may cause them. I reinstalled game and deleted all old files, but it didn't help. I can only guess that there's a problem with HDT Physics Extensions and Cosio, since without HDT body looks completely normal. Problem is that when I take off armor, belly bloats up and have this strange angle near navel I love Cosio and don't really want to change it to something else, so I hope you can help me... There's a screen I made, maybe it will help you to understand what I mean. And sorry for bad english, It's not my native.

Did you manually delete the whole Skyrim folder, and empty your modmanager's install and/or virtual folders? Did you have any other mods installed that affects the belly, at any point? In any case, As a first try you can re install COSIO without the belly physics. But I think you might have some old physics file from some other mod messing the physic settings, depends on my first question ☺️

I think that I don't have any mods that affects belly except HDT Physic Extensions, which I already mentioned above. I really don't know what can cause this thing:(

Unless if you have done all that already, after the clean install... ?
