Only problem is that it's basically unpopulated, but you can use Kinky World debug to populate the world.

Honestly, I never downloaded worlds until Nonsequitur made his. I still only have 2 others... Mont Saint Michel and Cronor. Getting tired of WA, so I will be needing some new adventures soon. But, I'm really just starting to explore Mt St Michel. Nice size, some nice lot detail, and room for more.

What i really recomment,is the World "Winchester Farming Ground". Its small,unpopulated and looks nice.And the biggest factor for me,is that this World is not such a memory Hog,like Red County,or Los Aniegos.When i not play Winchester,i use Twinbrook,Riverview or Barnacle Bay.

Still my favorite world to date, but as you say - a memory hog. It takes the longest on my system to load yet as a populated world, the characters, design, and overall feeling has me playing several different households, each with a different social 'status', being played for different effect, and it's fun when I do change households to run into these I used to play - so much 'drama'.

Every household has been customized to my liking, trying to keep the original inhabitants intact for the most part. I guess this is why it takes so long to load......

In fact there are three of such jokes in the localization file. You need a short joke to replace them.

Im a huge fan of bdsm and bondage and i saw this Kinky World mod. Upon reading its description, i'm a bit disappointed that there's no mention of bondage nor bdsm, or if theres animation for one. So my question is there bondage/bdsm content in this mod? If anyone with experience can share something with me i'll be very grateful! Thank you!

I'm sure you've already made use of looking at the other threads in the TS3 Downloads area, and the search functions, but there's so much you may have missed a few things that you might want to look at:

I was kinda surprised that an entire (and very very huge) mall in Moscow was just electronic shops (repair shops, part shops, cell phone accessories, etc.), but, yeah, I was also a bit shocked by both the age and prices.  Didn't stop me from buying a couple things I needed... someone else really should pack for me. lol  Charger? Um... Brought the cable. lol sigh. Enough space for all those super hi-res photos? Um... dammit! 

 

Actually that's kinda a good way to see the "real" wherever it is you're visiting. Forget things & have to actually go to a non-tourist store.  I still should've bought that 1 keyboard I did find, even though it was twice what I saw online... oh well.  I wonder how often Sims have regrets about not making purchases after WA trips.  Maybe one of these days I'll get around to fulfilling the "travel to paris/china" wishes for those couple sims o' mine & find out.

Sadly there's limits to this form of 'action', yet what has been done is a pleasant diversion. It's not the focus of the mod, yet The Sims 3 allows: Kinky World, which allows: BDSM content.

 

2 Bondage rigs, Handcuffs, Riding crop, Arrest mod, Cage walls/locked doors, Padded Room texture, Straight jackets, Hoods, Blindfolds, Several animations. Using your ability to search for Items with your browser and your imagination in combination with available objects should give a little scratch to that itch.

I don't use pose packs - these are all in game captures from activities/animations. There could be a shitload of bondage pose packs I'm unaware of....

I think the map that give me the most trouble is Isle Paradise with KW.  I can play it but many places will eventually start the stop and go.  Reseting the town Nraas will bring back stable for a bit, but it eventually goes buggy again, Keeping save files clean helps some, also some times it just clears up after I move to a new location.  ( a real shame as I find that to be one of the most expansive, and fun map's to play what with the (Mobil Home )House boats, and scuba diving and mermaid's and Island discoveries water skying and much more ( and I do have ellacharmed fixed maps ))

 

  I found that in the Rule's .sgr  removing the "#" sign seems to work better for me.

 

I am not truly sure just what telling the game to ignore that line with the #  does, but I think it reserves the memory, and I need to use it.  ( But I am not sure ) all I know is for me <<< Note the for Me!  It seems better not to have the "#" sign in GraphicRules.sgr

( which as I understand it makes the game totally ignore that line )

 

Increasing from 2048 to 8192

  seti textureMemory      2048 # 8192

does not seem to make much of a difference for me <<< Note the for Me! However I find 4096 to seem to be the sweet spot for my game play.

 

My system right now is "win 10 64 bit
AMD ryzen 3900 12-core, Ram 16 Gig DDR4/3200MHz, Vid Card Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super" so is not a slouch, but this game is really troublesome to keep running solid for sure.

My husband always tells the story of his very first visit to Lugansk. Checked and double checked... left his toothbrush home! Brushed his teeth with his finger that night (got in late evening or very early morning). In the morning, walked to a tiny grocery store to get supplies... hmmmmmm..... and also bought a Colgate toothbrush!

 

Once while in Kharkov, the laptop stopped charging... on a Saturday! Quick search and found a computer repair shop perhaps .5 km from our rented flat. The man repaired it in one day and we were able to pick it up on Sunday. My husband worried it was something major inside the laptop, but the very honest man replaced the charging cord end and charged us about $15 US! 

 

In Ukraine, most merchants are honest and will try to help. We only take supplies for one or two nights, as it is cheaper to buy many items once there! 

 

And we always buy what we can stuff in our luggage. My husband wanted to but a suitcase while there so he could bring home more vodka!!!! ))))))))) Me too... but we didn't. ?

There is a fix for it on MTS. I don't have that world, so I can't say how well it works, but might be worth a try?

This was just discussed again within the last page or two. It's been determined it's a routing problem. Add KW to the mix and the game engine is way to busy to function properly. There is a fixed version I'm likely to use myself sooner or later as I do enjoy that EP as well, but the problem you mention has me passing that town up for other, less problematic ones.

One reason is I'm curious if I can combine being a resort owner and running a brothel with that resort? A Fantasy Island that interests me. The game pushes 'townies' to use resorts and may give new life to the default customer base KW uses for brothels.

 

Checking your post a bit more closely reveals you likely have the 'fix' I linked above. If that wasn't enough, Perhaps @jdw6 will go over your info and do an independent test for results. He seems as close as we have to a developer level mind looking at KW code and how it applies to the Sims 3.

yeah I did not find any fix there but probably just did not know the right text to use.

 

Only thing i ever found that helped a lot was https://ellacharmed.wordpress.com/category/world-fixes-2/ep10-ip/

 

which is one of her routing fixes for Isle Paradise map.  It does help a lot, in fact I would not play the game with out all her map fixes.  But is not truly enough ?

Yeah I am betting, but can surely be wrong I have probably sought out every tweak, good and bad for sims 3 available.  And did a lot of testing with many different Idea's, and value's. 

 

And yes I have installed all of ellacharmed world fixes, and would not be with out them, they really help a lot.

 

But I am also sure there may be something out there I have missed, and maybe it will be a big ticket winner

 

EDIT >>> the best thing I ever did which helped the most was Merging as many of my Mods as were safe to Merge, the way Sims 3 read's packages size does not seem to bother it at all, but the number of packages that the game has to weed through if a lot will really hammer your game play.

 

So merging all mods that are safe to merge is a great big plus, and I highly recommend it.
