If the problem has already started, then it's too late. But several of us have started new games with the effects reduced and not seen the problem return. Did you start a new game with lowered effects? Or did you lower the effects level after the problem started.

On my first attempt the visual effects were enabled and the effect level was at 3. I got severe FPS drop with that configuration. Then on my second attempt, again with my clean save (i.e. haven't used the mod on it before), I turned off the visual effects and set the effect level to 1. FPS drop is not as severe as before but it's still there. Is there anything else I can turn off?

I was very pleased to see that Deadly Drain works along with Pumping Iron, without conflict (currently only with SexLab 1.59c ). This is surprising as Deadly Drain utilises sleep to reduce breast size, while Pumping Iron does the opposite by increasing body weight. They work perfectly very nice!
qotsafan Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Hey, first of all, I have to say that I love this mod from the moment I saw those screenshots, but I have a few points I want to mention: (FYI: I'm using SexLab 1.59c, Sexlab Deadly Drain 1.3 and SexLab Hormones 1.7 (not sure if my issues are related to any of those versions, probably not) (also tested with 1.64, with the same result)) 1. the physical drain only seems to work, if the option to drain the victim to death is activated, it would be nice, if that feature could be active, even if you don't intend to drain the victim to death (also the drain seems to be a bit fast, but that may be, since I set it to max(5)) 2. the mod does not seem to be compatible with SexLab Hormones (like other mods too I'm guessing), since SexLab Hormones always seems to come out on top, reseting the values to the ones SexLab Hormones is setting. (that's probably an issue the author of SexLab Hormones should fix, maybe change the system to just re-add (or subtract) the values, instead of resetting the base value over and over) 3. It would be nice, if the physical drain would also have the option to drain breasts, belly and butt (if applicable) in addition to weight and dick and would also have the options to increase weight, belly, butt and dick, maybe split the absorbed values between the parts that are set to be increased, maybe some more some less (for example belly more than breasts, breasts more than butt and butt more than dick) (if applicable), which would go nicely with SexLab Hormones and other mods who do that. (SexLab Hormones does not seem to support futas at the moment though) (also there was a funny bug, where the victim was turned into a draugr, but was still alive and I was able to start conversation with him, but that's probably just a bug in my game) I apologize, if that was mentioned before and emphasize, that this is only a suggestion. It doesn't matter what your body weight or breast size is. It will scale it up so no worries. Personally I just do 1.15 multiplier since im using unpbo with bodyweight 100. You can do 2x and probably more. Not sure how far it scales but they can get gigantic.

Your animations should not be effected by this. sorry, i had some problems with saves i alredy had problems with(had to delete them all), and i did not start new game with Drain mod yet. But i'm 100% sure it was corrupting save files in some way. I prefer not to test it, too much save swapping, but the mod is cool so i'ts tempting^^ btw, some problems look very similar to problems with Equipping Overhaul 4.25, lots of ppl have 80% CTDs,freezes and save coruptions with this version, all related to cloak spell that gives DSR equip to NPCs at some range. I'm not using it at all, or DSR, but the cloak spell problem looked intresting. and the 3.1 version of that mod had zero problems as i red it.

Maybe there is a way to connect this to Schlongs of Skyrim so draining people works somthing like the Essense of Dragon potions and grows your dick? Another idea might be to actually be able to pump up a character you want. Like say, instead of draining oh, lets go with Lydia as an example, and make her all weak and wimpy, you could instead have an option to pump her full of energy and make her breasts, butt and muscles (Optional) grow? Because if there is one thing I like more than draining my victims into dried up husks, its turning my minions into busty bimbo sex machines.

In honor of my new character, I installed Estrus, but before starting a new game, for no reason whatsoevr opened up my old, slow player one last time. Fps was at 40 all of a sudden. This morning I played with the character a little more and turned off automatic drain. For now, my fps is back up to the 50-60 range. I am more than a little bewildered, but don't think I will start over for a bit. Have now traveled to retrieve a book for the Bard School, and am heading back to Solitude. Fps has maintained itself between 50 and 60 and drain continues to work.

I played for a couple more hours and stayed between 50 and 60. I did see a forty-five when they set fire to Olaf.

(that's probably an issue the author of SexLab Hormones should fix, maybe change the system to just re-add (or subtract) the values, instead of resetting the base value over and over) Unless you can get hookmerse working, no 2 mods that both change the same skeleton node will be compatible. The Hormones author doesn't need to "fix" anything, because there's nothing to fix. This is just a limit of how scaling nodes works. But what I will tell you is that I have this, hormones, fill her up, and mana tanks all working together smoothly via hookmerse. It wasn't easy to get it like that though. I almost got macromancy to work as well, but schlongs kept losing their oomph, and the belly node kept popping in and out on NPCs. Not the PC though... it was very odd. But in the end, I pulled macromancy back out just because of those 2 issues.

And yes, penis growth is something I want to implement Thanks ^^ It all depends on what kind of body and skeleton you use with it but assuming there is a skeleton and body that you can make more muscular looking by using transform scales sure would love to extend that feature, I'm a huge fan of the feature myself and would love it to be developed further when I get some time of work. I can't wait to see you implement the penis and muscle growth in too! That would make the whole experience that much more exciting! Agreed. Maybe there is a way to connect this to Schlongs of Skyrim so draining people works somthing like the Essense of Dragon potions and grows your dick? Another idea might be to actually be able to pump up a character you want. Like say, instead of draining oh, lets go with Lydia as an example, and make her all weak and wimpy, you could instead have an option to pump her full of energy and make her breasts, butt and muscles (Optional) grow? Because if there is one thing I like more than draining my victims into dried up husks, its turning my minions into busty bimbo sex machines. I was thinking about this ealier.... it'd be nice to be able to drain victims of weight, not just drain arms/boobs/dicks. Draining weight, either permanently or temporarily, shouldn't be very hard to implement. If you look at macromancy, the scripts there have ways of changing both the PC and NPC weight, as does hormones. Also, taking a skinny little succubus and draining a giant warrior down to 0 while gaining that weight yourself... priceless. But if you do implement this (and please in the name of all that is good and beautiful in the universe you must do this), it really should follow like the boobs do now, where if you don't "feed" for a period of time, you start losing whatever you gained. And with this ability added to followers via drain powers... so awesome! And if you look at the new racemenu/chargen expired released, he has much larger scaling now. I've been playing with it and you can do some very interesting things that make your character look like they're well past 100% on the weight slider. Takes a body weighted right to make it look good, but it's very doable.
