Is it? It's barely noticeable. I normally have regen on jewelry and/or clothes, and the recovery doesn't seem any faster. I wonder if I have a mod conflict.

I've been having issues with attempting to get the Soul Absorb effect to work at all. I've managed to get draining and death by draining to work alright through auto drain, since manual drain seems to have issues...

 

But with an empty black soul gem in inventory, what usually happens is that upon finishing an animation:

 

1) Both parties get back up and dressed
2) There is about 4-5 seconds where nothing happens and the NPC begins walking off
3) The NPC will die abruptly and the dragon soul graphical effect will start, but then nothing happens afterwards.

Okay, I made sure I didn't have any regens going, got a low health, then tried it. It does absorb the power... after the guy drops dead. That was what I missed because if you have any regens going and don't have near death health, you'll be fully regened by the time he drops dead, so you don't see anything. So it's working fine, I just didn't realize WHEN it does the absorbing.

I really enjoy this mod, It's really sexy done, but it doesn't help with blood satiation for Vampiric Thirst vampires at all, and Succubus Heart covers this mod's other functions fairly well, just not quite in as sexy a manner. If this mod gets Vampiric Thirst support, I'll start using it again.

Hi, I really like this mod and everything seems to be working fine, well almost... The physical drain features wont work, breasts wont change size from sex or sleep and NPC body parts don't shrink. I've tested it with all possible ways to drain them, automatic, manual, death etc. Could it possibly be a skeleton/mesh issue? I use the Racemenu mod along with XP32 maximum skeleton, HDT physics and the UNPB-BBP body.

On an unrelated matter: Death drained essential NPCs turn into draugr but since they're essential they get up and walk around as a draugr (lol?). This probably needs some fixing, like some kind of script that "resets" them.

Edit: BTW I reset the mod like somebody with the same issue suggested on an earlier post but that didn't solve anything

Really enjoyed this mod! cool effects really changes the feel of playing as a succubus. Sadly experienced the FPS problem after a while, not sure exactly when it started but when I was around 1400 drain power, I started noticing it, if that helps... I hope this can be solved as I would like to continue to use the mod,

For anyone having a problem with automatic drain on orgasm not working, make sure you have "play ending orgasm effect" checked in the sexlab animation settings menu. It's off by default. Otherwise, automatic drain on orgasm won't work. Seems to be how this mod hooks the orgasm, as other mods that do things during/after orgasm did work.

 

I'm also trying a new character with the effects level set to 1 to see if that makes any difference. I've got about 1-1.5 hours on this character and the problem hasn't shown up yet, but I just made that setting change so the effects just started working. We'll see what it's like after another 10 hours or so.

To be clear, that setting is in sexlab, not in deadly drain's mcm.

Super interested in the result of your tests! I'm super swamped at work with overtime but I will have more time after all that finishes and then I can do some major fixing with this ^^

I'm at level 20, at least 10 more hours of game play, drained many, no sign of frame rate loss.

Great to see progress is being made here! I can chime in and say I'm about seven hours into a character I made yesterday after reading your post about changing settings, foreveraloneguy, and have had no framerate drops on visual setting 2. (I am still getting the bug though where Deadly Drain doesn't always realize sexy time is over and just lets me keep draining)

 

I'm still keeping an eye on my FPS and not getting too invested in the playthrough (which is a non-issue since I still haven't settled on my final mod list for the character) but if it keeps going well on 2 it might just be visual setting 3 that's causing problems.

I've seen reports of FPS problems on other mods that turned out to be skeleton related. Making sure you had an up to date XPMSE skeleton fixed the frame rate problem for at least a couple of people.

Found a new oddity. Defeat was updated and I upgraded. Since then, there's an odd interaction/conflict between this mod and defeat. What happens is that if I rape an NPC and drain to death, then instead of dying, they go into one of defeat's post-rape poses. Sometimes they also start walking at an extreme angle or else start attacking me again. I also noticed that if I press defeat's action key, I get the post assault menu, not the loot option. Not sure how or if this could be resolved, but if you could talk to the defeat author, that would be super.

Thanks, but troubleshooting/analysis of this problem has been going on for a few months. We're way past something as simple as "update your skeleton". Also, I'm always running the latest version of XPMSE.

I love this mod never had any problems with it. I am using the latest xpmse skeleton and have used cbbe unpskinny unpb and un7b and it works great.

 

I love the new spells but I have to be careful who I give the to..........drain powers+spouse+sex=got to go back to earlier save.

Make them a drain slave, then they can't drain you.

Drain slave only works if your slave is the one with the draining powers

Any chance of Vampiric Thirst compatibility soon? The blood drain system is different there, generally incompatible with other mods with drains, including Submit's "Vampire feeds on submitting" option.

Small question, since I reinstalled this, since I gave playing a vampire a try and I am using Better Vampires, which recently was updated. Is there any specific way that the two can tie in and work together? Also, if you make your follower a vampire via AFT, is there a way perhaps that you could feed your follower blood during sex via this mod? I thought it would be a pretty cool addon

good i'm not the only one with FPS drops with this mod.

Here is how it goes:

 

Mod installed, even activated, and no fps drops, i have nice fps and no lags of any kind. The funny part starts after i give my PC ability to drain and use it with Alt. It taks just 1 time to trigger chain event of fps drop. The drop ocures after some time, so you will not notice at first, but after ... hmm dunno i think 1h.

Funny thing is, fps drops even more within interiors with drouger, like dungeons and is constant from the moment you enter the dungeon. Other thing is that, when i go to 3rd person view i have more fps drop ( note that this is not happening without this mod ).

 

someting is not right here, could be something more then this mod, i have proper loadorder and all other stuff setup well, so i have no idea.
