Falvnar Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 You can turn the conflict off or on when you activate or deactivate the mod correct? Assuming you aren't loading a save which has previously used Mission Mojave. The aggression seems to get baked into saves.  I don't understand how it's conflicting. I've never run any other bugfix mod on New Vegas, and I've NEVER had any conflicts between it and Tryouts, in Primm or elsewhere. And I don't recall my merged patches really touching upon Primm's convicts, either. Perhaps you're using a different version? I tested it with version 12 as well as version 12 beta 1 of Mission Mojave Ultimate Edition, and unless someone else has tried it recently, there's still the chance that I'm somehow getting conflicts when I shouldn't be.  The only part of mission mojave worth using the the seam fix standalone or whatever. Any chance of a link?

Any chance of a link?  Yes. it has to be a clean save however. Turn on a mod and turn off a mod makes changes to the powergangers reaction lent me to believe either it is the mod or he is using a clean save for the testing as I believe he mentioned above in the post.  No, I'm on the same version as you are. Version might be an issue as something might have changed which perhaps try an older version if you have an archive, or if they still have the old version on Nexus. IN any case it is unrelated to Tryouts (that is besides the conflict) and perhaps more detailed support would be better served in a new thread to keep the focus on Tryouts and not derail it into a Mission Mohave discussion . Then indepth discussion of the mod captures of the FNvedit and Geck can be discussed. Others might even be able to chime into what is factions and such. Leave a link here and pehaps even Loogiemight chime in on some parts there .
draganbern Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Having a big issue with the Powder Gangers quest "Walk of Shame" in that I can't recruit Sunny. I took over Goodsprings, chloroformed Sunny and Trudy, and got the quest from Cobb to escort S to the NCRCF. But I cant recruit her. I had Sunny Smiles Companion installed initially, and I installed Improved Sunny Smiles Companion per some recommendations, but it didnt fix the issue. So I uninstalled both those mods, and reinstalled SexoutNG and tryout, thinking it was maybe built in. No luck. Any help here? Really want to do this questline
Loogie Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 You need the version of the Sunny companion that is included with Tryout.
thatguy1109 Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Sorry for the dumb question but after completeing the walk of shame, Sunny and I are now both locked up. Â You said patience is a virtue but I've been stuck here for a long ass time and I don't really know how to proggress. Am I to just wait around for like a month? or might something be wrong? Â I suppose I could just leave, but they have all my stuff so I'd kinda like to get this figured out if possible.
RitualClarity Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Â Sorry for the dumb question but after completeing the walk of shame, Sunny and I are now both locked up. That was the intent. Â You said patience is a virtue but I've been stuck here for a long ass time and I don't really know how to proggress. Am I to just wait around for like a month? or might something be wrong? You go to the yard and buildings and Powergangers approach and have sex with you. No matter the answer you give. You have to "serve" quite a few of them to complete the quest and get the option to leave. If you like to say longer choose the insulting option again and get thrown back into the yard.. . When you have served a few dozen or so PG.. I forget his name should come ot you and tell you to see Eddie. If you believe you have enough.. enter the main building (where Eddie is) and Scrambler (that is his name i believe ) should approach you and inform you to see Eddie. If not then you have some more PG to do. Keep in mind.. they have to approach you not you solicit them for it to work. Â I suppose I could just leave, but they have all my stuff so I'd kinda like to get this figured out if possible. You really aren't' suppose to leave it is suppose to be dangerous to do so. Not sure if Loogie fixed that or has that functional but no telling how much damage it could do to your game doing so. As for the equipment / stuff. It is in the room directly across from the stairs on Eddie's level. The locked door. Again not sure if that is an intended option for the player to use considering there are no bobby pins available in prison and none left with you. Might break some quests doing so. Â Â
Loogie Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 The collar will get fixed in the next update. Â After banging 25 ganger you should get a message saying to see Eddie. I'll look to see if it's firing correctly, but go in the administration building and talk to Eddie and see if he gives the option to release you.

fido11 Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 hey loogie, mind if drop some more male/female ideas for possible additions to powder gangers and legion or are your hands too full right now?
Loogie Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 You can drop all the ideas you want. I just can't promise I'll be able to act on any in a timely fashion.
Mickster Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 Possible bug: when doing the Tour of Duty NCR special assignment you get from Dhatri if you do the human objective one first you can no longer complete the optional ghoul objective. The optional task disappears from the quest log and you can only go talk to Dhatri to turn the quest in.
RDKateran Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 I experienced the same thing. The optional task didn't disappear from my quest log, but upon turning the human objective in to Dhatri the quest completed, so I'm definitely seconding that bug.
Mickster Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 Well, I went to talk to Dhatri and he told me I can do the optional task any time. Service 5(?) troops there and the 1000 caps are yours. I didn't go back there yet, he gave me a new assignment telling me to go to Forlorn Hope. So maybe not a bug?
Loogie Posted July 26, 2015 Author Posted July 26, 2015 Every quest in the game doesn't let you do optional objectives once the main objectives are complete. It's an engine limitation.
fido11 Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 You can drop all the ideas you want. I just can't promise I'll be able to act on any in a timely fashion.  sure, they're pretty lengthy/complex ideas so I don't expect any of them to be finished tbh. just some musing.  Powder Gangers:  1. After completing Run Goodsprings Run, the player character helps turn GoodSprings into a prostitution town similar to what Nipton was for the NCR before the Legion invaded. Some quests would be - Killing Joe Cobb and becoming Mayor. You get food and water for free everyday, as well as caps from your bottom bitch who collects your earnings from all the towns former female citizens/prostitutes (the men were forced into slavery to become farmers or prostitutes). - Choosing a bottom bitch from either Trudy, Sunny, or a new character (maybe Chet can be a gay prostitute?) - Negotiating a treaty with Motor Runner. He'll trade you some Fiend whores for a steady supply of chems. - A former drug dealing powder ganger who supplies you with chems once in a while if you get him a personal whore.  Caeser's Legion  2. The player character helps the Legion enslave parts of the Mojave - Once the player character kills Mr. House Caesar awards him/her with a player home, some slave girls/men. and a few legion soldiers. Slaves can repair weapons, provide meals, and sex. Legion Soldiers act as simple companions to help you fight your battles against the NCR. - The player then helps the legion capture key parts of the Mojave, like the Mojave outpost, Ranger stations, Novac etc. Killing the men and enslaving the women (or enslaving the men as well). - Legion breeding program. Caesar asks the player to be a stud and breed with slave girls to produce strong children. - Maybe quests that have you capture NCR troopers and break them.

The Legion needs to take better advantage of the female chars they enslave, and that sounds like an idea. But why not also help the powders with some caravan raiding? Male and Female chars that didn't do the enslavement can get caps and captures, while females that went through the enslavement do it because they were told to?
Loogie Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 I already have some ideas for helping the Legion further their goals. As for the player personally taking over Goodsprings, that's outside of what I want to do with the mod - but that shouldn't stop anyone else whose interested from making a mod with Tryout as a master to make that scenario if they want it.
jkarpynczyk Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 Is their a way to cheat the having sex 25 times in the NCRCF with sunny? using the console
RitualClarity Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Is their a way to cheat the having sex 25 times in the NCRCF with sunny? using the console  Why. Why would you do that. If you don't like that episode, don't play that episode. There are many others that can be played. as far as console commands I don't know.
Loogie Posted August 8, 2015 Author Posted August 8, 2015 You could increment the count using the console, but as RC said, that kind of undermine's the point of the mod existing.
encon Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Running into ye olde problem of not being able to recruit Sunny for Walk of Shame. Both Tryout and Sunny's companion mod are at the lowest they can be on the load order. Also, I don't know if you changed it, but Cobb doesn't mention anything about chloroform (but you can use the dialog options with Trudy and Sunny). I'm playing with a male PC if it's any help.
ShankBrother123 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Hi, almost same problem like post above. Cant recruit Sunny for Walk of Shame playing as male (dialog option just dont appear), though using ShowRaceMenu change gender to female, dialog option to take Sunny in NCRCF come along (Sunny companion mod is installed). Is it possible to complete Walk of Shame for male characters?
Loogie Posted August 12, 2015 Author Posted August 12, 2015 It is not. Which is why Cobb doesn't give you that quest if you're male.
