great update btw.

Looks like the texture for her tube top is really dark in your ENB for some reason. There's a clipping issue with her regular shirt so I had to switch it to a tube top for the slave version.

 

 

:) ENB. Never used them. Thanks Loogie never even thought about ENB. Will keep that in mind when I see these.

 

 

However now I have a 4gb card (970) so I can try those now :P)

Was there a version of this where part of the Powder Ganger enslavement quest involved you getting gassed in a shack, and either a bomb collar strapped to you or something implanted in you to force compliance?

There was one where you followed some quests, got drugged and "chipped" or similar, and then woke up a slave in one of the barracks. I really thought it was this one. It was a while ago. Darn.

I'm just trying to remember it at this point. 

 

Edit: Just remembered. It was NCRCF. It was at the Nexus, but it had a Sexout version. But it only covered the prison and nothing else.

It was fun because it really hit the prison with some detailed quests, but it wasn't as broad as Tryout. And unfortunately since they both manipulate Eddie's dialogue, they aren't compatible.

Hello all, I'd like to start by saying a big thank you to all the modders for their time and effort creating mods for FNV. I have heaps of mods off loverslab and they all work really well. Also thanks to any contributors of this forum who help non factors like me get the mods working when we are having trouble doing so.

 

Tryout seems to be working, I just have a question in regards to Sunny. During our imprisonment at the NCRCF Sunny stopped following me around. If I fast travel or enter a new cell she will join me, but she just stands on the spot (no sandbox AI stuff going on). Eddie has released me to continue other quests. I guess I was wondering if anyone knows what is wrong.

 

Really sorry if this issue has been addressed somewhere else.....It can be hard reading through all the pages of forum posts when you are new and trying to get loads of different mods running properly.

It's a Sexout issue where two people try to bang the same chick at the same time, locking her.

 

Are you using the most recent version of Sexout?

That mod your looking for is on nexus is it ncr cf. there is two types one for sexout the other is not.

 

Yep. I found it again. It's a fantastic mod but it has some notable flaws. Items needed for quests aren't clearly visible, some quests are very vague regarding the next step, etc. But it takes the prison and expands the crap out of it turning it into a full quest hub (well, if you play a female pc). 

My biggest problem with it is that only certain prisoners are sexually aggressive. It seems like the perfect setup for 2 mods to come together though. NCRCF for the location, npcs and quests, and Tryout to actually give it the needed atmosphere. 

 

Unfortunately, they're not compatible as they both edit Eddie's dialogue options. NCRCF makes him the central NPC for your quests in the prison, but Tryout adds sex based dialogue to him and the 2 don't mesh as a result. Eddie's Tryout based forced BJ/Scramber Rape scene overrides NCRCF's version where he manipulates the PC into doing work for him (they implant a killswitch into the PC to force compliance). 

 

I can't code worth a crap but I do wonder if something can be done in Tryout to fix it (since that mod makes fewer changes to the NPC in question). A compatibility patch or something.

I started a new game and went through the walk of shame and sunnys bomb collar was not removed. I even gave her a gun at the end and sexout tryout diolog went away.

I would be surprised if ncr cf works right. That mod was not updated for a long time.

 

The mod as a whole works fine. Haven't tried to run it along side Tryout since then though (back when tryout had individual files for each faction). It used to be that there was a compatibility issue with both changing Eddie's dialogue.

If anyone wants to make a compatibility patch, they can feel free. It's one of the reasons Tryout is an esm.

Loogie is correct also there is support on this site to start learning and working on mods. it might be difficult at first but most of what seems to be happening. is quest related etc might not be as hard for someone to fix. Before someone created an entire addon (Kenel) which was very popular making all sorts of changes to the game along Tryouts and it worked pretty well. Making a compatibility patch should be easier now that Loogie made the mod into an ESM and made commitments to try to keep everything stable for those resources so that if someone wanted to create patches, addons they could safely without looking the battle and having to constantly rework their mod because Tryout changes.

Yeah. sadly that won't come from me. I don't code or play in scripting. I'm cursed when it comes to code of any type. I can do 3d modeling work and can build a 3d printer, but scripts break under my fingers.

She should revert back to the collar she got in Goodsprings so you can control her again.

 

Next update of the Sunny companion will have a fail safe to make sure you can re-equip her collar.

Should sunny still have her collar after the walk of shame? It is a new game and everything is up to date.

 

Use the attached ESP and tell me if it solves your issue. You should get a dialog option with her saying, "You seem to have lost your collar. Let's fix that."

 

It should only be usable once you've completed being a slave in NCRCF - she's designed for you to not have control while you're enslaved for obvious reasons.

@Loogie (or anyone to whom the post applies) - Are you, one of your other patrons or one of those who run this modification a good (or really good) artist and can create a cover image for this modification?

 

The reason being I'm thinking your modification page could do with a proper cover image with the modification title on it and a scene behind it. Possibly drawing inspiration from the cover image and page of Wyrmstooth (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25704/) on Nexus Mods and the Undeath (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40607/) modification. Not to mention the new "Autumn Leaves" modification recently launched for Fallout New Vegas (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50146/).

 

EDIT: This will help to improve the appeal of your modification and give it a more professional "class" to the page before downloading the modification. It can also help to give a better first impression of the modification and wet the appetite of those who are about to download.

I made a logo for Sexout. It's not great, but I've been considering doing the same for Tryout.

It might be nice to have a logo for Tryouts. Might be added benifit if you bring some of this perversion into FO4 (flavor wise :)). Then the log might  be able to be used for both.. perhaps.

TTW and some NPC's not talking?

 

Can I just ask if anyone else is having problems with WorkingGirl actvated and NPC dialogs?

Some NPCs eg traders and mission NPCs don't talk to me or greet me, both TTW side and Vegas.

 

All other mods have been de-selected.

Just running base TryOut is fine but add WorkingGirl and they clam up.

 

(Is it okay to de-select WorkingGirl and then re-select when I want to make some money? I know start again...)

Tell me if this fixes your issues. If it does, I'll deploy it as a release. Looks like it was an idiotic mistake on my end not setting some conditions right to force the Gomorrah greeter to use my new dialog.
