This might be a silly question but i am a bit confused and cant seem to find a solid answer anywhere. While I am fairly New to modding FO:NV, ive modded skyrim to no end and I feel comfortable with my load order ect, cause im kinda meticulous about it, so I dont think its that.  With that being said, I feel I have narrowed it down and as far as i can tell its related to this mod, so hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction.

 

New game > knock out sunny ect > finish helping cobb > walk of shame. Okay this is where i get confused.

 

I have the dialogue to turn in the quest everything is great. Here is what i cant figure out.

 

I have a collar on. I think its explosive, ment to keep me inside the prison where i can be properly acquainted with the locals. But I dont see anything in my inventory relating to it, and i can run for miles and nothing.

 

Will someone please explain the collar to me? Its driving me crazy cause I cant find an explanation anywhere.

The collar is supposed to shock you and then they drag your unconscious body back to NCRCF. Looks like it's not working again.

Fallout modding never made sense, a bug that should have shown up from day one showed up many versions after release in my mod.

Hi,

 

I am having an issue with the tryouts in Goodsprings. I am trying to help the powder gangers take over, and I can get as far as being told to go and Chloroform Sunny and Trudy, so far so good. Off I go to the Saloon to knock them out and save them for later. 

 

When I use the Chloroform dialogue options, they disappear and the message pops up saying I have taken them round the back but the quest markers remain in place, and when both are knocked out, the optional step does not complete. If I progress the quest it then gets stuck as I am then left with the task of killing two people who aren't there to be killed. 

 

I am playing a male courier.

The next release of Tryout will require Lonesome Road. The release after that will more than likely require Old World Blues as well. Just a heads up to the small minority who don't have the DLCs after 4 years and four months away from a sequel.

I have the DLCs, just wondering what the assets will be used for ? (it's okay if you don't want to tell us yet)

Really great mod. It's extremely stable aswell. 

 

The mod conflicts with Msex fort and NCR CF on nexus - but seeing as Tryout does essentially the same thing and MORE then both those mods it's not an issue.

Well Msex fort (mostly broken sadly) and NCR CF focus on one thing while Tryout's focus is more broad.

Thank you much! I'm kind of ashamed to admit I've never tried either of those mods. Plus side of that though is no one can ever accuse me of stealing content from them.

Msex Fort basically accomplishes the same thing that Tryout Legion does--Mavia just made it because she personally did not use Tryout.  As for NCRCF, that mainly focuses on aiding and abetting the Powder Gangers, one way or another, with some sexual content mixed in, using either Sexual Innuendo or Sexout.  The sexual content's very minimal and non-repeatable, while Tryout focuses purely on sexual content.  You can definitely claim you haven't stolen anyone's ideas or content.

It makes perfect sense. I broke it when I merged all the Tryout ESPs.

Strange. When I tested it .. I couldn't leave. .. however .. I didn't go beyond the point of warning..

I haven't planned anything specifically. Bethesda has kind of put a wrench in the socket by actually coming out with Fallout 4 - I wasn't expecting it until next year at least. Current plan is to help Dala run field tests on the highly technological Socialator Dress in the X-69 research station.

I can sympathize, once Metal Gear Solid 5 comes out in September and Street Fighter V's beta gets into full swing I'm pretty much hanging up Fallout until mid to late 2016.

 

I was just hoping some of the male oriented content would be finished before mid august so I could get a full playthrough in.
