textures don't give red errors. It's missing meshes.

If you have installed all Sexout Tryout data files, but still get the errors, then you are problably missing the data files or requirements for Sexout Common Resources.

So for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the faction esm's that were part of the original mod. They're not in the files for this download anywhere and there's no way to access downloads for the outdated one to pull them from there so for people like me who are just starting from scratch it's creating some incompatibility with other modes like Hard Prison Time. Any chance someone can drop a link to download those files and slap them into the folder so that everything will work properly?

I believe the loose faction files have all been integrated into SexoutTryout.esm itself. (I guess this was 5 or more years ago)
Unfortunately the modmaker of Tryout-Hard Prison Time didn't update his mod since the merging of the files.

What armor/cloth did you wear? Did you wear a powder ganger uniform type of cloths?

 

Sounds like NPC are regonizing you as a powder ganger

You didn't follow the directions and you have another mod modifying her lower in the load order.

Try find a powder ganger cloth, euip it, then unequip it to see if the problem solves.

I'm guessing you used to wear it at one point (say, entering vault 19), got enslaved and stripted (unequip in a not normal fasion), so the game glitched and  still think you carry the "powder ganger faction disguise").

 

If not, then there's other problem...

Ran into an issue with the Golden Whored quest. The Khans have no issue approaching me, and the animations all play. But Regis says I have to approach them, yet there is no dialogue for it. The SmallerTalk opens, there are no options other than "I need to be going". All the other dialogues in the mod - the Fiends, the NCR, the Legion, Powder Gangers - all worked just fine, and continue to work still. Reputation and prior quests don't seem to be affecting this either. 

 

Another, albeit more minor issue, is that something outside Sexout seems to be stripping my character regardless of settings or lists. Driver Nephi's quest with the harness gets a bit more aggravating because of that. One of the posts in this thread suggested that the issue was with SCR, but I've not found how that may be fixed.

 

I've searched this thread hoping to find a solution to one or both of these issues, but it seems that although a couple of people ran into them, it went under the radar and there wasn't a clear answer. 

 

Edit: Went digging in FNVEdit, and now I know what the issue was. The conditions for this dialogue to appear are set that you must wear the Great Khan initiation outfit - referenced directly with an ID (xx0408ce). However, I believe SCR is replacing it with its own variant of the outfit (xx026090), and depending on the pregnancy stage, the P1-3 variants as well. So while you appear to be wearing the outfit - it seems to be visually identical, as far as I can tell, - the IDs don't allow the dialogue to appear. Manually changing the ID in FNVEdit lets me play the dialogue without an issue. However, it appears that it will only affect that one outfit, and not its variants. 

 

Why exactly SCR does this, I'm not sure - it's even possible that SCR is merely the source for the outfit, and some other mod (like Sexout Pregnancy) is responsible for this outfit change. It's also possible that the second issue I originally mentioned is related - that unequipping everything prior to an animation is baked into SCR and overrides Sexout's own settings. 

 

Edit 2: Finally tracked down the issue with the Khan outfit completely - it was an issue with Maternity Pack Overkill. One needs to have the MPO scriptaddon tryout.esp, which is only included in the update fomod on MPO's download page. Downloading only the regular fomod will result in not having the Tryout fix for MPO.

How do you start/find the Old World Blues content? I have looked up and down MT and I can't find it anywhere. I even have the Explorer perk and there is no map icon.

 

I have the latest update of Tryout (and its textures, meshes and audio files), as well as the latest version of SCR and other core mods. I did install it via Nexus Mod Manager, and I know that it can be a bit confused by complex mods - but all other content works fine, so I doubt that is the issue.

Hmmmm so this is a odd one.  I have done all the ko settings as well as changed spunk to fixed duration.  But still when I refuse to obey Eddie after he has his way with me it seems like some dialogue tries to happen as the camera zooms in on him but it immediately zooms back out and nothing further happens.  I have had this mod working before so I am not exactly sure what has happened that is now breaking it. Anyone have any suggestions for where to look or what if any potential fixes I could to try out?

If you're using tryout resistance overhaul, try uninstalling it. It's out of date afaik.

Aaaah! That did it! How odd...just a few pages ago it was said to be a new enough addon to be fine.
