Illustrious Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 I have a vague memory of there being a mod that added an iNeed style icon to the UI for arousal but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Is there a mod that does something similar?

Decided to try this out but the problem is still there. Also my version is stuck on 15 even though i've followed the instructions. Anyone know a fix to either of these? Can you describe this more fully?

You can change all the possible settings for an individual by targeting them and pressing the N key. Then, go to the MCM menu and change what you want.

However, if the decay rate is not active (set to 0), the time rates are all stuck at 10, regardless of what I try to set them to.

Happened around when I downloaded the attraction and approach mod but uninstalling them doesn't fix anything. So I found this mod and decided to see if it would fix it but the problem still continues. The version number is also still 15. Maybe upgrading it to 16 might help?

I'm not seeing a lot of actual issues. Achieve that (i think) is causing serious pap spam which might slow you down a bit and i know wet and cold can be a system hog (i had to drop wet and cold because of it.)

You have the scan time set to zero. Use MCM to set your scan time to 120.

There is a pretty important fix in it.

Use MCM to set your scan time to 120. strange description says scans are run every 120 sec but i haven't change a thing in MCM menu never opened the MCM to be quite honest. all right im checking it now
4nk8r Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I've been encountering an odd issue that only happens periodically. I'm using DD More Devious Quest along side Dibellan Defender. DD-MDQ has an "embarrassed to be nude" animation that is set to trigger unless SLA is set to Exhibitionist. Since I'm nude for Dibellan Defender, there's no reason my toon should be embarrassed, so Exhibitionist seems plausible. I toggle that, the animation stops triggering and all is well...until SLA decides I'm not an exhibitionist at some point...anywhere from minutes to the next time I load from a save well past the time I set the flag in SLA. Looking through Papyrus I can see where others got arousal for seeing me and me being seen, but nothing is standing out for the toggling off of the feature. I've included my log if you'd be will to look it over. Thanks. Edit: Happens consistently after sex, consensual or otherwise. I see the association with exhibition is being done with factions. I'm still not sure why it's being reset like that. To speed things up, I've just been re-adding via player.addfac at console for now instead of digging thru MCM. Going to try export/reset/import of Sexlab to see if I can fix it that way. Papyrus.0.log

Yuni Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 I'm having weird issues with this mod still. It's not just mannequins. First off, I'm on version 16, the latest version. Firstly, when I'm naked, it doesn't matter where I am... since I'm an exhibitionist, if I have even one person around, my arousal -skyrockets-. I basically had to turn the 'desire' effect off because unless something has sex with me every two minutes, I'm ALWAYS at 100. Secondly, it still doesn't start tracking again after sex ends. I have to quick-save then quick-load to get the checks started again. But then the quick arousal problem returns. I have Pet Collar on, so that when my companion gets horny, they use me. They basically use me within 20 seconds every single time I quicksave and quickload. When anyone's arousal is raised by naked people in this version, it is ludicrously fast, for me. Here is my papyrus log. Edit: Of my own debugging and reading the log... I'm noticing something... strange. It says Aroused Version 20140124 detected, which I translate to '2014 January 24th', which is NOT version 16, despite version 16 being installed via Nexus Mod manager. Is it possible that the reason arousal raises so fast, is that somehow BOTH versions are installed? *scratches her chin* There was a time when I was making my Devious Khajiit Gags mod that I had to unpack Sexlab Aroused's original BSA into my data folder, as in the non-redux version, but I was pretty sure I cleaned that up... editing again after more tinkering. *breaks out the monkey wrench* Edit 2: No... no. I opened up the SLA (Sexlab Aroused) BSA file that's sitting in my data folder, but is part of v16's install... and there's no duplicate files. I don't know how both versions would be installed anyways, so I'm not sure what's going on, though it was an interesting though. I'm reinstalling version 16 while I wait for an answer from anyone else. Edit 3: THAT EXPLAINS A LOT. Ooooookay then. I know what the problem is, and if this happens to other people too, here's your problem. The default scan time when you install the mod appears to be 0 seconds. It was literally scanning -constantly-. Hence my arousal spiking faster than if I had an IV tube of pure female-viagra. I didn't even know that was an option you could change. Maybe it's just my install, but if anyone else has this problem, check the scan timer. I'm trying that and seeing if it works. Papyrus.0.log

OFF and ON.. when i use old mod "SexLab Aroused", Effect ''Lover Desire'' always in menu Effect ON... now with redux this effect changing OFF and ON... OFF and ON.. in ''Redux'' this is NORMAL ??
PubliusNV Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Lover's Desire only has effects at arousal levels below 20 and 50 and above. Is it in the range 20 to 49 where the active affect disappears? If so, it seems to me that it is working correctly.
kevtg26 Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 The script for Lovers desire is sometimes. Usually after a reload, if desire is satisfied, the satisfied effect does not get applied. That at means at 0-19 arousal, there is still no effect in the effects list. What I normally have to do is go into MCM, disable Desire, change cells and reenable desire. That's usually enough to restart the effect. Seems to work fine after that until I have to reload a save.

I have not fooled with any of the original code except for the spell to detect aroused actors. It therefore should work the same as the original. I may have some time to look into this in a couple of weeks. If more people are having this issue, it will go higher on my priority list.
