I had it at the beginning, installed some packages, went back to put more in and it was gone.

Anyone know how to get it back? This might be a silly question but are you clicking on the active Sim or the Sim they're trying to boink? If I remember correctly (haven't played yet today) you have to click on the Sim initiating the act to get the Settings menu (or the active Sim). If you click on a non-active sim you won't get the menu, only the option to Woohoo. I could be mistaken.
