I have a weird issue where the solicitation doesn't play animations, but still counts as though I had sex with the character, is this a known issue, what mods could be conflicting?

 

I had a similiar problem using SerialStrip/er (1.1.2) a mod-combo that adds a nice animation of your character droping the clothes. Works otherwise pretty well, but not with solicitations.

I'm having a problem with Cursed Loot not playing SexLab animations.

I've seen the problem in 2 places, the combat surrender system and the solicitation system, in both cases it appears its triggering but the scenes never start. In the case of the combat surrender I was heavily bound as a result of the "bondage adventure" quest and the bandits triggered their dialog, were moved into position and I momentarily lost player controls, but then they just started to walk off, I got player controls back, was able to run a little bit then they triggered again and the cycle repeat until I was far enough that they stopped triggering. In the case of the solicitation I was actively testing after the bandit situation, I would go through the dialog, the NPC would agree to the offer, I lost player controls very briefly then the NPC went back to idle animations and dialog and I got player controls back.

At first I thought it was a problem with SexLab but when I turned on Papyrus logging I got this result....

I've run FNIS, it seems to have registered the animations and I can start SexLab animations using the SexLab Matchmaker spells without problems.

I would appreciate any help or advice people could offer.

So you'll be wanting to see 'DCUR calling SL Animation' as that's where it start.
 
There are a bunch of filters the animation selection goes though.  Animation type, sex type etc. and so sometimes everyone can get excluded.  If you have males turned off say, and yet it's all males around, then the SL animation will fail and there would be a 'actor not found' or similar message.  
 
Either way, it's this part of the log we need to see really.  So if you can fire up a game, give it a min to finish all the setup, fire off the event (and have it fail) and then look at the end for this part to post.  Would be good.

Character was in Whiterun, outside the Bannered Mare, loaded that save, waited a minute then I went inside, tried to solicit Uthgerd, she declined, then I solicited Hulda, she accepted, whatever broke broke, I waited half a minute then quit the game.

 

The only change I had made to Sexlab settings was to change my characters sexual preference to Lesbian and to uncheck the "no consensual animations during rape" option in an effort to get greater variety.

 

The only reasons I think its Cursed Loot is because I can manually trigger Sexlab animations using the spells in SexLab Matchmaker successfully and this section of the log I posted

[02/13/2016 - 01:42:02AM] ERROR: Incorrect number of arguments passed. Expected 5, got 3.

Having said that, I just tested nosdregamon's suggestion, removed SerialStrip 1.1.2, regenerated FNIS and Solicitation seems to be working now, not sure about combat rapes yet however.

Same here, no animations for solicitation - removed Serialstrip and problem was solved. I've not had time to reinstall and investigate further, which is a bit of a shame as I like serialstrip as a mod.

 

My remaining problem at the moment with solicitation is that customers requesting bondage always seem to use an armbinder, and fail to remove it even if they remove the other restraints. Also occasionally if I go over the 'self bondage' arousal limit and there's no DDs on my PC, she'll magically produce an armbinder from the ether. I guess she really has a thing for them.

Ah ok, was odd as it wasn't even getting to the DCUR SL animation part.  Checking conditions! is just regular DCUR busy work.

 

Each line on the log is written seperately.  So there's no guarentee that the one below has anything to do with the one above heh.  So that error without the DCUR tag coming right after, isn't that cut and dry it's DCUR.  Kimi is good with her debug tags.  So usually it's DCUR ERROR.....etc.

 

Yep, running SL animations is a good way to see of those are actually working. 

 

BTW other hints on reading the log, the time stamp :).  There's 30 seconds between the DCUR and your error.  In my example all those ones took 6 seconds total between DCUR starting, and the SL animation start, as those were all related.

You read that WRONG!

 

Look at the Time Stamp on those two lines you posted from your log. There was a full 28 seconds between those two lines, it is highly unlikely those two events are related in any way except being one after the other in the log.

 

You need to consider additional possible suspects, the most likely being that you have an older mod installed that does not meet the Requirements of another mod so the call from one to the other is mismatched. I find the "Empty stack" thing to be rather troubling though since it ought to be able to identify the calling mod.

When i complete the quest for leon and he asks to choose between the 3 options(leon,leah,free).After i have chosen either the first 2 options,the quest just completes and he doesn't enslave me?

So I saw this quickloot mod on Nexus, does it work together with cursed loot?

 

Like, will any container I hover over accidentally have a chance to tie me up, or does it just stop working?

It's an exploit, since you can peek at the contents of a container/body without actually touching it, so DCL script never fires unless the player opens the classic container screen.

 

I wonder if its possible to intercept quick loot's loot key press, get the container reference from the mouse reference, and run the scripts against that.

So it seems that the Hip Scaling does indeed do something to affect my character's height, though it pushes her feet underneath the ground instead of upwards.

The former is a know bug that will hopefully be fixed in 5.3. The problem is that the function dcur_equiprandomleatherarmbinder() (and the equivalent one for corsets, which also has the problem) doesn't return a proper value thus causing the solicitation routines to not register that the armbinder was equipped.

 

The latter is intentional. Kimy will need to speak to the reasons for that effect.

which I read as the log saying "DCUR" had an error.

 

Having said that, I just tested nosdregamon's suggestion, removed SerialStrip 1.1.2, regenerated FNIS and Solicitation seems to be working now, not sure about combat rapes yet however.

 

 

Ah ok, was odd as it wasn't even getting to the DCUR SL animation part.  Checking conditions! is just regular DCUR busy work.

 

Each line on the log is written seperately.  So there's no guarentee that the one below has anything to do with the one above heh.  So that error without the DCUR tag coming right after, isn't that cut and dry it's DCUR.  Kimi is good with her debug tags.  So usually it's DCUR ERROR.....etc.

 

Yep, running SL animations is a good way to see of those are actually working. 

 

BTW other hints on reading the log, the time stamp :).  There's 30 seconds between the DCUR and your error.  In my example all those ones took 6 seconds total between DCUR starting, and the SL animation start, as those were all related.

All my mods are current as of checking this afternoon.

 

Some additional testing this evening supports the theory that SerialStrip is the problem in my game. With it uninstalled Cursed Loot's solicitation and combat submit seems to work fine, but when its reinstalled suddenly it gets unpredictable. Once the combat submit worked, 2 other times it did not. All 3 attempts at solicitation failed. Not sure what else I can do at this point beyond uninstalling SerialStrip and trying it again in a version or two.

hiya everyone just want to put a big thanks to kimy and all the amazing modders who made cursed loot.

I have an idea i hope its possible to do might make an interesting play through or new ingame challenge.

Basically i was thinking of mittens or gloves (like in the attached photos that prevent you holding weapons, using magic or picking locks when they get locked on you the only way out is for someone else to undo them for you and if a npc is feeling could lock them together.

They work similarly to rubber gloves but make the users hands doubly useless. you could also make it so you can still punch people wearing the gloves but with no guarantee it would do any damage because of the rubber padding.

Also i saw the hand stocks and thought they looked cool.

I hope you like my ideas and would love it if they were one day implemented  thanks.

p.s please comment any ideas anyone else might have i'd love to read them =D

My character got hit with parasite tentacle and her breast got extremely huge, i didnt see a setting for that. Can i have my cake and eat too? Tentacle parasite w/o triple E breast? Or is that something i would have to accept if i want the chance to get hit with tentacle parasite? Thanks

Cursed Loot items have bodyslide. Thus when you have bodyslide, you can easily reduce the size. Bodyslide is also how Kimy deals with all the body types that are out there.

 

Btw, the big breasts with the parasite has been mentioned a couple of times before. But I admit, reading through more than 400 pages is a bit much (there is a topic-search function).

So I saw this quickloot mod on Nexus, does it work together with cursed loot?

 

Like, will any container I hover over accidentally have a chance to tie me up, or does it just stop working?

 

Quickloot is 100% incompatible with Cursed Loot. It basically disables the traps as it bypasses opening the container. Nothing will technically break, but Cursed Loot will be mostly useless with Quickloot installed.

Bondage mittens have been on my wishlist for ages. I can't make models though, and the DDI team has been without an active modeller for a very long time now. I like the hand-stocks, too. Pet play leaves me cold though, so even if the paw gloves would be available, I doubt I'd use them.

Note: Unfortunately I am no longer able to host Cursed Loot on LL as the mod size has exceeded the 100MB file size limit. From now on, MEGA will be the only download source for the mod. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this, but it's out of my control.

- Added: Sasha. The Dollmaker's daughter loves shiny rubber as least as much as her mother does. To the degree she will refuse to wear anything else. She comes with a large wardrobe of rubber wear and her own personal toybox full of restraints you can lock on her. And the best thing is that she's still available! If you can pay her mom, that is. Sasha will react differently to you depending on how you treat her. She can be either your equal partner or your submissive plaything. The choice is yours, and the difference is detemined by making her wear a slave collar or not. Pick up this new kink-themed (marriable) follower in the Dollmaker's house! Yes, in case you care, she is also a half decent mage and won't be a burden in combat. As long as you don't tie her wrists, that is. You can also send her on errands to retrieve valuable items or money for you (in which case she will be gone from your party for a while.) If she is collared, you can whore her out once per day and she won't ever deny you sex. You also can put any restaint on her you wish. If she is not collared, she might refuse when she's not in the mood and she won't accept most restraints other than chastity items, but in return she will have errands with better rewards available.
- Added: Some new items have been added to the Dollmaker's shop. You can now buy reinforced rubber mini dresses, bikinis, corsets and spandex suits (all protect like light armor). She also has a new, very equisite collection of magically enchanted rubber wear made for Skyrim's mages, warriors and thieves, so that they don't need to wear anything but rubber ever again! Go grab them before she sells them all!
- Added: Keyholder. Ever wanted to experience the feeling to be helpless and having no way to unlock your chains? The Dollmaker is happy to be your keyholder. Just talk to her and let her hold on to your keys for an hour, a day, a week or even a month. She will also take away all keys you're going to find during this time.
- Added: Device buffs. A true bondage lover does not dispair when being tied up. She relishes it! Get unique buffs when wearing devices. The tighter you are bound, the stronger you get!
- Added: Cum Inflation. This feature, requested by CGI, will inflate the character's belly when having oral or vaginal sex with a male NPC. The inflation will go away over time (as long as the character doesn't engage in more sex acts)
- Added: Alternate Gag Dialogue. If you want being gagged to have actual consequences, this gag dialogue replacement is for you! Whenever you try to talk through a gag, there is a chance of something happening - either good or bad. Some people might want to help you (they might even try to unlock your gag!) - others might want to have fun with you instead (Skyrim is -still- a brutal place to be a woman!) Oh, you love the built-in gag talk that comes with the DD Framework too and don't want to permanently replace it with something else? Don't fear, you don't have to! You can configure a chance for the new gag talk to appear, so you can use them BOTH (or one of them exclusively if you wish). Whenever the DCL gag talk isn't used, the dialogue is passed through to the framework one.
- Added: A new trap that will equip a heavy gag harness and a heavy slave collar (using Dasha's awesome items!) on you that need 3 head restraints keys each to remove. While wearing the gag, you cannot speak at all. Dasha's gag and collar have been added to the droplist as regular items as well, requiring a common Restraints key each.
- Added: Trap Rewards: If a Cursed Loot trap triggers you might now find some goodies in the trap. This is configurable in MCM.
- Added: Drop Useful Keys now also affects rare keys.
- Added: MCM slider for customizing the bounty used by the Public Indecency feature.
- Added: Misogyny: New MCM slider for setting a chance to have to give a blow job when men demand sex.
- Added: MCM toggle to make the character always sleep naked. Yes, that means the bonus chance for sleep attacks will apply.
- Added: MCM toggle for the shopping quest.
- Added: Princessity's hat mode. Requested by...well...Princessity! You can now tell Cursed Loot to use the "official" Skyrim definition of being naked. In this case you count as naked as soon as you are not wearing a chest piece. Collars will not punish you for wearing other pieces of clothing. Such as hats. This feature is not officially a part of Cursed Loot, so there is no MCM menu entry for it. Open a console and type "set dcur_princessityshatmode to 1" to enable it. And don't ask me for support! :P
- Changed: Queen Sarah's chastity set got a shiny new golden re-texture, contributed by Naaitsab!
- Changed: A sneaking character will no longer get attacked by rapists, so you can evade sex attacks by sneaking!
- Changed: Successful solication for keys no longer makes the NPC unlock a common device you are wearing. Instead you will receive a useful key (either common or rare). This means you can now use this feature to unlock even devices requiring rare keys.
- Changed: The condition "When Collared" for Solicitation now works for any collar, not just the Slave Collar.
- Changed: Ground models of several hoods.
- Changed: The bondage dream function now uses the self bondage arousal threshold for triggering and will calculate the chance using the sleep attack parameters instead of firing 100% of the time when aroused enough.
- Changed: Device comments and the bondage adventure dialogue now drop useful keys, if applicable.
- Changed: When passing out in combat and a rape scene cannot be played, there won't be a chance to just heal up and continue the fight. Something else will happen.
- Fixed: Potions other than alcohol can now trigger Uncontrollable Lust, as intended.
- Fixed: Corrected a false statement in the Smelly Salve recipe book.
- Fixed: Added missing ZAP keywords to open eye hoods.

- Fixed: A broken function call in the Solicitation quest, causing the armbinder and corset not to come off after bondage sex.
- Fixed: Removed deprecated Rubber Restraints Key chance slider from MCM.
- Fixed: Added keywords to the protective catsuits so that they will no longer trigger naked comments.
- Fixed: The Safeword now removes the Striptease Collar.
- Fixed: Added a safeguard for the Striptease Collar, so that Devious Traps triggered in combat will no longer break.
- Fixed: Sex attack scenes now correctly set the SexLab victim flag even when consensual animations are used.
- Fixed: The chance roll for a civilian reporting you for public indecency is now also applied for rape scenes.
- Fixed: Sex attacks and proximity rape scenes should no longer be able to trigger at the same time.
- Fixed: Some Cursed Loot events that triggered even when then mod was in suspended mode, no longer do. That means that e.g. self bondage no longer triggers when other mods requested suspended mode via DHLP-suspend.
- Fixed: Export of MCM values now saves the correct version number.

I didn't read it in change log, so you probably made no change to your mod stripping ALL item when initialize sex scene?

 

I will revisit the strip function in 5.4.

Yeah, I don't want to do that. It's just more work for everybody involved (mod managers don't like split archives, so people would have to put them back together before installing, gah!). So I prefer keeping the file in one piece. Who knows, maybe one day the limit will get adjusted, then I will gladly bring the mod back. Don't ask me why the file size limit is so low anyway. I have no idea.

Can it be just installed over 5.2, or need to clean save?

 

(Since it doesn't seem to drastically change too much, I'm guessing this one can be installed over 5.2?)
