Nope, but you'll be hard pressed finding people who play a female char in Skyrim wearing full and sensible plate mail, most of them are wearing far sexier things.

 

You are usually blunt and to the point, and so i'll be aswell:

 

 

The reallity of the situation is that Bethesda made clothing completely and utterly pointless in Skyrim, it has no possible use or value. Armour creators knew this same as everyone, so pretty much anything you can find for Skyrim, nomatter how skimpy or impractical, is armour, not clothing (it's actually quite hard to find good mods that have any clothing, there are a few, but not many).

So what this feature actually ends up doing is that you have to take off your super sexy armour, with it's giant boob window and thigh-high do-me boots, and put on one of those ugly raggy dresses Skyrim offers to get laid..

 

I can see what you were going for with the feature, but the reallity of Skyrim and it's modding scene pretty much breaks it, and it does not make sense in the game-world that most of us are playing in, in which the sexiest things you can wear are almost always light armour, and even a lot of the heavy armour people use is both sexier and skimpier than any clothing they have handy.

 

 

And besides that, since Bethesda did infact make clothing utterly pointless, hardly anyone is going to be wearing it, or want to carry the extra dead-weight of it around with them, which pretty much breaks the solicitation feature (you can strip naked, but having to always do that doesen't offer much in the way of variety, so the feature is only taking away, it offers nothing in return).

I have a request, which may or may not be a small thing, but I've found myself coveting it more and more:

 

How about a way for me to export my settings? 

 

I'm one of those people who starts new games pretty often, because I'm trying new stuff and what have you, and this (extremely awesome) mod has so many things that I like to tweak from the defaults, that it takes me awhile to get through it all, and I sometimes forget things. I used to have this same issue with the Sexlab Framework, but Ashal did finally put an import/export feature in, which has made my Skyrim altitis hurt way less. Unfortunately, Cursed Loot stepped in and upped the pain. ^_^

I will try to get informed. :)

I would also like to thank you for this mod at this time, Kimy. This thing started out as a funny enough side show but has now become a very integral part of my Skyrim experience :-)

I am a Nord \o/. About 185 cm tall, long beard and over 130kg heavy true barbarian (also a professional fisherman). I *am* pretty much never cold even though I use rather 'skimpy armor' against the cold. But there are times when I produce enough snot to fill buckets, more or less. It has nothing to do with cold though, it's just a virus. It may not hit you every year but sooner or later it gets everyone :)

Thank you for at least looking into it! If it proves too unwieldy I understand, and will continue to manually re-do all my settings every time because I will never uninstall this mod. ^_^

IDEA...

 

PHEROMONE COLLAR...

 

The collar emits animal pheromones, powered by your arousal levels. The higher your arousal, the more powerful the pheromone radius power.

 

10% arousal = low level power and close effect radius.

50% arousal = Mid level power and mid radius.

100% arousal = Long range arousal and long radius.

 

Sex Damage... At low levels you will get only low levels of damage from creature sex, at high levels of arousal. The pheromone collar will be at full power and the animals you meet will be insatiable.

 

They will be wild with desire, the larger the creature the larger amount of damage.

 

Big Trouble... Animal sex with large creatures can kill you, so a horny horse is just as dangerous as a bear... Torn up insides, broken pelvis.

 

Cum death, a large creature will come so violently that they can kill you. Torn up insides, massive cum deposit. Energy loss based on creature size, Giants and horses can be lethal...

 

Skooma... You know that you are in trouble, take a skooma. It will supply you with the stamina to survive the assault on your privates, along with a mind numbing agent that may just save your life. Prevents energy loss during animal assault...

 

Health regeneration potion... It won't stop the assault, but may help you survive the assault...

 

Fertility... The collar increases your fertility to 25%, with the Beeing female mod. So you better take contraception, unless you want to have a lot of kids, if you tend to get raped a lot on your travels...

 

Removal... The collar is organic steel, there is no keyhole. You will need to make a potion to dissolve it, using the cooking pot.

 

Removal recipe... 30 Nirnroot + 30 salt   This salty, glowing paste, burns the organic collar off. Whilst being harmless to the wearer...

 

Ranged combat... You will have to switch to ranged combat, as a bear with lust in its eyes will break through your defences, and knock you down pretty quickly...

 

Knockdown health levels... A creature will attack you, knocking you down and having sex with you, at varying levels of your health bar size...

 

Giant animals will knock you down at 70% health

Large animals will knock you down at 50% health

Medium sized animals will knock you down at 30% health

Small animals will knock you down at 10% health

While this whole idea isn't exactly my cup of tea I'm not entirely sure a collar is the best way to approach this. I don't like the idea of Nirnroot requirement for the removal either, as Nirnroot does not grow back.

 

IMO this might be more in line with some kind of magical tatoo or something but as this isn't my thing really I will leave the details to others :)

Simple question: How do I get out of shock boots?

The problem is, I'm in Whiterun and had the bad luck to get hit with the boots and a collar while stealing some gold, and the all keys where lost (yeah, the Nine are punishing small crimes instantly ^^). Now, the Smith removed the collar, but not the boots when talking to him like "Can you help me out of these things?". Second time the dialogue just closes after his question "What is it?".

 

Afaik you used the SD+ dialogue, this could worst case break the cursed loot items.

Only cursed loot items that need a blacksmith to unlock are the heavy security ones.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Could play a while yesterday, the solitication update is really great. I'm currently switching between cursed loot prostitution as high risk/high reward prostitution and TDF as low risk but low reward prostitution.

2 Problems.

 

1) Heavy yoke (maybe other yokes too). If you get the option where somebody adds items to your adventure, they WILL steal your keys every time too, no matter how low you crash the steal percentage. Tried it about 10-15 times with 5% key steal chance and the keys were taken Every Time.

 

2) Enslavement while wearing Heavy Yoke (and probably other Yokes too). Yoke makes you go standing, enslavement makes yo go down. That repeats in an infinite loop and also seems to kill your ability to move at all on an occasion.

Have you checked your arousal? It needs to reach a certain value, not sure what value is standard for that.

Having another problem atm though. In the cursed collar quest, at the second chest I am supposed to put on some devices. After I did that the quest updates and I'm supposed to find the mage's hidden cache. But the quest marker still points at the second chest, so I have no idea where that could be. I restarted the quest 2 times now but no luck, it happens everytime.

Fair enough, but Nirnroot does grow back in Skyrim. I have harvested it from the same spots dozens of times, over the many hours that I have played. It just takes a while for it to grow back...

 

The Skyrim Wiki tells the same as well...

I just got locked into a Yoke and a pair of Shock boots, you've got to search things until you find a shock boots key, same with the Yoke in the game. Blind luck when searching for it, when you find the key, you'll know, its clearly labelled...

Hey, think it hit a small bug with the new stuff.  If you do the solicitation and don't get paid, then forget to ask for the money, then you don't get the solicitation option with anyones else util it's cleared.  And with no indication of who it was, that can be hard to find :P.

Nirnroot does grow back? Oh, ok. Good news then. I'm sure the *plan* was though not to have it growing back as I am pretty sure an alchemy quest in Riften says that Nirnroot does not grow back. It's not that rare though to get misinformation via quests. Also got rather used to it not growing back from Oblivion :)

 

But thanks for this bit of information. Maybe I can now start to actually use that stuff instead of 'saving it for something'.

Hey Kimmy! Hah, I came over to offer some praises and suggestions and stuffs~ And wow, just blew my mind. Theres 20 new PAGES of posts since the last time I was here and I dont even know how many updates. So Im probably out of date here with stuffs. >.> So, I have some questions for you I was hoping you'd answer, if you dont mind?~~~ <3

 

Anyway so what I did was I set the odds to essentially 100% chance to get stuck in a cursed collar just as I started a new game, and to make things better [or worse I guess] I set all my skills to 1 [its something I sometimes do since Im hardcore or something and I dont like how everything is 15 for no reason] So then I started the cursed quest all default settings. Now keep in mind I run frostfall a lot, and while I dont know if I consider myself an expert or not I do have some suggestions for it maybe, since I saw you were looking for suggestions. Ill give those later at the bottom but I havent tried that new patch someone uploaded for you/us though so again, maybe my input is a bit out of date. >.> So I did the quest and it was pretty tough honestly, and then I found out what the "gifts at the end of the quest" option did.

 

Which led me to my first suggestion... even at 100 gold per level, getting those restraints removed is pretty expensive, especially for new characters. And it will only get more expensive as you level and do stuff to earn that gold. Is it possible to have an option for a flat fee? Or an "upper limit fee". like 1k for each one, or, something configurable at least? Or, maybe increase the slider to go down to like, 10 or even 50 per level? Because what happened to me is I only had enough to get one of them removed, so I chose the chastity belt. I went on some cave diving adventures and got some money and when I came back I again could barely afford it as the price was raised after my level increased... anyway just a suggestion. What I ended up doing was having to player.additem f to get enough money which sort of makes me slap myself with the "dont break the immersion" stick, heh.

 

Other than that, after digging around in the help "high security" options I noticed there was a high security key, any chance of us finding them later on? That would have helped a lot, or, if we could make them with some ebony or something. Only thing is, apparently they dont remove the bra... not sure what else they may or may not work on since I was only wearing the three gifts I got given at the end of the cursed quest. I just thought it was odd it didnt work on the bra, so, figured Id report back on that even though Im pretty sure we're not able to get them normally on our own yet.

 

Otherwise, any chance of incorporating high security ring gags? Or high security pony boots? No reason for it other than to complete the look, and I honestly prefer the ring gags since I use RND and never liked how the panel gags would appear or disappear when switching to and from first person view. Seems like making a ring gag or pony boot version would be fairly simple, but again maybe you just prefer the set to look a certain way. Lastly I really wish you would have had a harness collar version for the high security stuff too, since that connects with the harness and looks nice together, to complete my wishlist. :P

About frostfall, I think the easiest way to learn about it is to experience it, it has forever changed my skyrim. Hah, but Ill see if I can offer advice from a modders perspective about it so you wouldnt have to make a compatibility patch or anything persay, but still have it work well.

 

First of all, knowing ahead of time Id be naked and since I set my game time to a far more realistic number than the default 20 I lowered frostfalls exposure to 0.1, as low as it goes. That makes it that you dont get as cold as fast, though being naked you will still not make it TOO far, enough usually to find a new cave or something to explore and make a campfire if you cant find a firesource already in the dungeon. Though, for some reason I was experiencing issues that even with the option to die from exposure off I was still dieing, not sure why. *shrug* Prolly something with frostfall not you. Anyway that made my journey with all 1 skills even more harrowing, though to anyone else I do suggest turning it off it will work correctly for you.

 

But theres some things YOU could do fairly easy, I think. First off Id suggest straying away from frost resistance since that would make everyone essentially immune to ice magics. Though if the collar is supposed to protect you, is it possible to have an option where the collar counts as a heat source? Maybe adding whatever effect or script that campfires have to the collar. Doing so would prevent the wearer from freezing with it on, keeping you warm. You might also be able to classify it similar to a torch, since torches have an effect of slowing down the freezing effect, though maybe it just raises your exposure protection. Further, I know other mods like the Camping kit of the Northern Ranger have options for custom fire sources, which they call "dark fire". It counts as a heat source but has no light or fire. Now that I think about it, doesnt SD+ also have a patch or option or something for frostfall to make the collar count as a heatsource or something too? Might be worthwhile to look into that too!

 

But it might be easiest fixed by adding a keyword to some of your objects, since I know cloaks for instance can grant exposure protection just by adding "ArmorMaterialLeather" to it or you could perhaps use "ClothingBody" or "ArmorCuirass". Theres also three classifications for armors and such for how much exposure protection it offers, limited, standard and full... though I wasnt able to find out the specific keywords for which one is which. By default anything added by another mod is given standard protection but I know that certain mods have their armors with different protections so I think its possible. So, if it IS possible, you should aim for full protection since even just full protection armor still lets you freeze pretty fast without helmets, boots, gloves and cloaks. :P Then again, maybe you could make the magic collar take up and count as a chest piece that would prevent it from being worn with normal clothes and stuff similar to the custom harness. If so, it would be fairly easy to have it be seen by frostfall and count as armor that anyone could "inspect" and give it a custom exposure protection.

 

Those are all the workarounds I can think of... hope it helps. And I AM really excited to try that patch someone helped with, so, maybe its not really necessary anymore! Still, I HIGHLY suggest trying it out... if you do, could try Hunterborn as well. Also, it made me laugh that you never knew of the carriage system. Should play more! :D Ill have to try the latest version though and make a new character I suppose to try out the BUNCH of new features I see you added and fixed though. I wont bother with giving you a list of bugs I found since you might have already fixed it and this post is long enough already.

 

Again though, thanks a lot for all the time and hard work. We all appreciate it.

The way I made the patch was to add back half (any percentage can be done, half seemed reasonable though) of any exposure loss back. I was also thinking it could be done as a tiered effect where the collar could essentially stop exposure points at some level and not let it decrease any more. Maybe the percentage or tier could be determined by some SL variable (frequency, arousal, etc). I haven't looked at what SD did, I'll look into that later when I get some time.

Sounds like you need to go to the Devious Devices Integration page and post your log, but it's hard to tell without more details.

 

2 Problems.

For 1; That's intentional.

 

For 2; sounds like two animations fighting with each other. Do you have similar issues with Armbinders, or just Yokes? Is it both yokes (Steel Yoke and Heavy Yoke)? Either way, I don't think Kimy made the animation, so you might have to go to ZAP or DD for that issue (Steel Yoke is a ZAP item, Heavy Yoke is from DD iirc). I'd guess they both use the same animation, though.

I've had similar issues with the High Security stuff, I've had a harness that didn't unlock with keys either. Of course, I haven't been playing seriously (keeping a save) with this mod since the 3.0 update, so cheating for me is irrelevant. I might poke around in the code a bit later and see what's up with that, but since the keys aren't implemented in drops in any way, I don't think we can really call that a bug.

 

In fact, I'm not sure why the keys exist at all, unless Kimy planned to use them and decided against it after partially implementing them. (Or they'll come in later!)

 

Edit: I honestly have no idea why they don't work, but I'm not very well read on DDi script functions.

Full list of items I can't remove with High Security Keys: Hisec Chastity Bra, Hisec Panel Gag, Hisec Slave Harness.

About Frostfall: Good news is that TNT90 created a patch for it! You can download it from this mod's download page! :)

 

About the high security keys: At this time they are in the ESP really just for testing purposes. The costs for removing these items are sure harsh, but they are intended to be and the price tag is reflecting the circumstance that in later levels characters tend to have more money than Bill Gates. However, I will bring down the minimum cost per level a tad, so people can customize their experience a bit better!

 

More high security items will happen, although I will largely remain in the steel restraints category, so I am not sure I want to make pony boots. A high security yoke is definitely planned.

 

About the animation issue: It seems there are two mods fighting over the idle animation. I am not sure there is a lot I can do from my end to prevent this. It happens too when people are using two different pregnancy mods and they start fighting over which one gets to scale the belly.

 

About the key stealing when getting equipped with Heavy Yokes: I will make it respect your general MCM setting for this, but they will always steal your Heavy Yoke keys!
