For the latter i prefer the use the aroual modifier so a low arousal means i'm almost save from traps with a trigger chance below 4% at 10% arousal.

Ok but the diary drop rate is at 95% and believe me, my character is fully aroused! So why no diary pages? Alternatively, can they be added via the console? I can't find their name or object ID anywhere

But as i said: i haven't played this quest in ages so maybe someone else can shed more light in this.

No diary pieces Honestly, if you have been going at it for that long there is very likely something wrong that may be quite difficult for us to troubleshoot here. The pages shouldn't take that long at all if you have them on a high drop rate and I seem to recall drop from regular non-boss inventories. My suggestion would simply to use console to add the required diary pieces to your inventory to continue to the next part of the quest. While its a bit cheaty you aren't actually missing any content by doing it, and it sounds like you've put in the time/effort anyway. I believe the item in question is "Diary of King Eldrik (fragment)" ID # XX0852D2 - where XX is DCUL's position in your load order. The items are not unique, so you can just add the number you need to your inventory and I believe the quest should update. It has been a long time since I've done this quest as well, but I'm pretty sure once when I was testing it out a long time ago doing this in console worked fine.

Jimi123 Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Timed items like yoke of shame etc... i was wearing them for some times now and i got the messaged that i heard a tick and it says i could put the yoke now off. But if i am clicking on the yoke there is only the option carry on... Is that a bug or do i have to do something else ?

cinemagic Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 This thread is so long now. but at least through google search I can't find any mention to falskaar in this. (except falskaar.esm in sp,e modlists) I'm not that kind of player who like a new lands and quests, so I just played the famous falskaar recently. I find after first time teleporting to falskaar by the portal and start its main questline, there is conflict in dawnstar, which makes return to skyrim from falskaar by ship or coc command to dawnstar exterior leading to infinite loading screen, and running to dawnstar from other location will cause CTD. But I don't what know the conflict is. I have mods of jk skyrim, immersive citizen, birds of skyrim, falskaar and cursed looted which edit or add things to dawnstar area. But before going to falskaar, it is still safe to be in dawnstar. This problem would mostly be caused by a falskaar misc quest which directs you to help a guy named Wulf and travel back to skyrim by his ship. My solve is kinda brutal. Shut down all cursed loot function in mcm, save, temporarily disable cursed loot.esp, load game and travel from falskaar to skyrim by Wulf's ship, which end the misc quest, and with no more infinite loading or CTD. After that, re-enable cursed loot.esp, this time dawnstar area can be loaded normally. (so the conflict is between cursed loot and falskaar, and most likely be caused by the misc quest.) I post this here for someone may also meet this problem. might be in help. Another interesting thing is, there is an unoffical falskaar patch on nexus, which adds map makers to help people directly travel between skyrim and falskaar, just like between skyrim and solstheim. but the marker don't show up in my game. After disable cursed loot.esp, the marker show up, and disappeared again when I re-enable curse loot.esp. Anyway, I can use that Wulf's ship or coc to travel and dawnstar is finally safe now LOL.

DCL has no trouble with install by NMM.
