I was thinking about this a bit more, would it be better to just have it only fire in civilised areas rather than wilderness or dungeons as that would stop the problem in in its tracks (unless you were really unlucky). It would also save up all that lovely arousal for when the pc hits a town or village.

 

 

Or make the NPCs not attack you, then partake in the fun afterward. But not really compatible with the "fire and forget" mentality either. Mmmh...

 

 

That would make it like the old version of the arousal sex attack by enemy NPC's (v4.8 from memory) which I did rather like I have to say, but it would need a whole new routine. I guess it could be tacked back onto the arousal sex attack which would allow LoC to only fire in towns and villages but it's down to Kimy if she wants to do the work involved.

 

LoC is really great when it fires at inappropriate times, it's really increased my jail time :lol:

Question, anyone played around with Sasha (dollmiss daughter) as a dom?   Triggered her thing as a dom (not the belt me one), but pretty much just got locked in a yoke for hours, and some sexing when she felt like it heh.  But nothing that's mentioned in 5.7.

If we didn't alread have so many MCM choices, I'd suggest a setup for her heh (or maybe if she's going to be expandedeven more).

 

Also, unless I missread her comment, is the dom thing only meant to happen in the cities?  She says 'when in cities ....'.  But get yoked from the start outside.

I would like to endorse the suggestion of keeping spellcasting with the mittens avaliable, perhaps adding a debuff to the magic casting skills.

 

Yes, I also like the bound casting thing.

 

If the point is to disable the ability to fight then you are asking to hobble fighters but not mages.

 

I think the option to not use the mittens is sufficient for people who don't like their character to be hobbled that way.

I agree that magic is very powerful in Skyrim, and I think that it's a shame there isn't a similar nerf for magic that won't involve blocking casting completely or heavily modding the spellcasting with other mods.

 

My train of thought was something like: Since the mittens allow you to fight unarmed, maybe there could be some way for it to affect magic too, forcing me to change my combat engagement style and rethink how I face the encounters instead of stopping everthing. Tempting me to go just long enough for the next cursed trap to trigger.

 

Of course having a reason to change the normal casting animations for nipple magic casting animations with a in game justification is always a plus. (Even if my current character sucks at magic).

 

there's plenty of other items that handicap mage casting, like plugs and piercings. I dont think the mittens as they are, aka balloons, would interrupt casting magic in anyway. And like I pointed out, theres very popular mods that change casting to use different parts of your body, eg nipples etc. I have endorsed anti-magic collars before though. I made one that actually stops mana regen, so the only way to keep casting is by drinking mana potions to refill yourself up.

Is it possible for the option to force a full set only affect one type of the selected containers? Or a group of selected containers ?

I was thinking about enabling it for bodies only with a low chance to trigger, in order to have a chance for key drops to happen but with a higher risk when it happens.

I was thinking more like D&D where not having free hands or wearing armor gives casting failure chances.

But even so I'm against stopping casting/making it fails just because of the mittens. I'm more about forcing a playstyle change. Unfortunately I'm out of suggestions.

 

Maybe I should look for a combat/magic overhaul.

The cannot equip cascade seems to have stopped. Except now we need something for the underpowered loved armbinder.

Nobody is responding :s. Maybe I wasn't clear. If bondage mittens have a drop/unequip mechanic, why not armbinders? It only makes sense that one large bondage mitten would make things difficult if not impossible to pick things up.

Question, anyone played around with Sasha (dollmiss daughter) as a dom?   Triggered her thing as a dom (not the belt me one), but pretty much just got locked in a yoke for hours, and some sexing when she felt like it heh.  But nothing that's mentioned in 5.7.

If we didn't alread have so many MCM choices, I'd suggest a setup for her heh (or maybe if she's going to be expandedeven more).

Having played a bit with Sasha as Dom the yoke is a big drawback but she only puts it on you when entering a city or village.. If you ask her to be Dom in the wilderness she intially puts it on you then removes it after a few moments..  She also removes it when you leave the area of the city or village (which can be a fair way outside of the city walls sometimes..)  Once you are out and about traveling from adventure to adventure her being Dom does make the journy interesting especially if you miss too many of her requests to "talk" with you .. I am currently travelling with  Sasha in Dom mode and Sofia (yes the mad one) and sometimes the resultant effects of the two combined could have been written by a comedy team..  Sasha is one of the freshest additions to my game in a long while and hope she developes more and more as the potential for comedic sexual calamities is enormous ..  Most fun in ages ...

Ahh, forgot about the cell ranges outside the city.  Will play around with that.  Haven't had much time with it and most were in city.

Hi i was wondering if there where a way to make the nude check for the slave/slut collar to ignore spesific items. I want to have some accesories equiped but it would just end up killing me instead.

 

In the console, type "set dcur_princessityshatmode to 1". This will change the nude check to only look at body clothing/armor and, if not allowed by MCM, jewelry.

Yea I can get that too, but the failure chance is sort of how the piercings and plugs work. Sometimes they'll vibrate in response of the magic, and sometimes that triggers an animation which interrupts your casting. Unless something changed I wasnt aware of.

You are correct - realistically an armbinder makes you completely and utterly helpless. It's probably the strictest restraint there is. You quite certainly couldn't pick up anything or change clothing while wearing one. Thing is that when the DDI framework was first designed, the design paradigm was not to bring normal gameplay to a total halt. The items should impact you, but not be a total showstopper. That's why it was designed in a more lenient fashion, allowing you some things that realistic armbinders wouldn't and were escapable relatively easy (in real life it's impossible to struggle out of a tight enough applied armbinder, at least I am not aware of anyone ever able to do it). I suppose one of the reasons for the design approach was that there was next to no bondage content available in these days you could play when bound strict, so DD items couldn't bring normal gameplay to a total halt.

 

Cursed Loot, can. It's a bondage mod with bondage content, and some of its quests were actually designed to be played while bound strict.

 

In short - the armbinder is the way it is because it's a framework item based on a certain design approach. I don't want to massively change its mechanics at this point, at least not at the framework level - because I am quite certain there are mods around that rely on the mechanics the way they are. What we -can- do is introducing a new "hardcore" armbinder, but in this case I would prefer it to use a different model or at least new textures, so players can tell apart the armbinders visually.

So I played through the party quest last night, and something threw me off - when it came time to put on the obsidian slave boots, the ones rendered on my character were ballet boots, not the slave boots that are shown in the inventory and described when you equip them. Not a major deal, but a little immersion-breaking to see different styles of boots in the inventory and on the character.

 

Aside from that little oddity, it's been working beautifully.

I never said it had to be a complete showstopper. It might have a chance to drop items but it isn't a complete showstopper. I think a toggleable option or percentage slider will do the trick. It could be sort of like how you implemented gag talk. You might have two sliders if you wish; one for the mittens and one for the armbinder.

Hah!, you almost got me killed.  I tried missing a talk request (too busy hunting, yeah that's it) and suddenly started getting strangled.  Man, have to go through lots of chokes before she finally gives up heh.

Got bound for my troubles, never used the controls on the plugs though.  Or stolen my wine etc.

Estrus pregnancy.  Anyone getting 100% no matter the settings?  One of the old original CL options, seems funny that it seems to have gone funny at at this point.

There is a bug with armbinder. If player locked in armbinder and for example go in water and swim then hands became free so player has free hands but with armbinder on her back. Also it is not realistic that player can swim being locked with armbinder. And also such bug appears in case of attack on player and animation of bleedout.

Hi, I had a bug today regarding my follower completly getting broken when I found DD loot. As you may know, when you find loot, your followers equip loot as well. When this happended, my custom follower, Triss, was frozen in place and would no longer follow me.

 

It should be noted that I use AFT (amazing follower tweaks). I had checked the box which gave me access to followers standard outfit, perhaps equpping the DD items bugged it?

 

Anyway, gonna do more testing later, but I was hoping someone with knowledge on follower conflicts with this mod may help.

I had one little Problem, I am not sure if was self inflicted.

 

1.  Any way I started a new DCL with a clean save, and as soon as the "one new MCM Menu" information popped up my belly expanded to a really low carrying probably a Girl baby size.

 

2.  I first just installed the update, "because it was faster " and this happened, I decided that it was probably the Update did not work well with Mod organizer.

 

3.  So then I decided I better just Download the Whole thing. so I got the full mod from the link text.

 

4.  However again, as soon as the New MCM Menu info flashed on the screen.. Big belly again, I need some "Mothers helper here" I am really gonna have some major stretch marks marks here.

 

5, Anyway I went to the MCM MISC Options, and set the belly minimum to 0, and now I have a sexy Flat belly >>>Yeah ! { In case needed to know this is virgin new character, not been manhandled yet :blush: }

 

   I was just wondering if that was a good thing to do, or if I have something wrong somewhere, and it should have stayed at one, and I should never ever have set it to zero ?

There is a bug with armbinder. If player locked in armbinder and for example go in water and swim then hands became free so player has free hands but with armbinder on her back. Also it is not realistic that player can swim being locked with armbinder. And also such bug appears in case of attack on player and animation of bleedout.

 

That's an engine limitation I believe.

Hi, I had a bug today regarding my follower completly getting broken when I found DD loot. As you may know, when you find loot, your followers equip loot as well. When this happended, my custom follower, Triss, was frozen in place and would no longer follow me.

 

It should be noted that I use AFT (amazing follower tweaks). I had checked the box which gave me access to followers standard outfit, perhaps equpping the DD items bugged it?

 

Anyway, gonna do more testing later, but I was hoping someone with knowledge on follower conflicts with this mod may help.

 

I've seen that happen too, and I thought that maybe it was due to Devious High Heel Training (YPS Immersive Fashion). Perhaps followers can't handle the speed reduction applied due to wearing bondage heels?

In short - the armbinder is the way it is because it's a framework item based on a certain design approach. I don't want to massively change its mechanics at this point, at least not at the framework level - because I am quite certain there are mods around that rely on the mechanics the way they are. What we -can- do is introducing a new "hardcore" armbinder, but in this case I would prefer it to use a different model or at least new textures, so players can tell apart the armbinders visually.

Id love a hardcore binder... maybe something U-shaped instead of the current one, where the arms are crossed behind the person instead of straight down.

 

 

 

I never said it had to be a complete showstopper. It might have a chance to drop items but it isn't a complete showstopper. I think a toggleable option or percentage slider will do the trick. It could be sort of like how you implemented gag talk. You might have two sliders if you wish; one for the mittens and one for the armbinder.

That could be nice too, I rather enjoyed the percentage chance of normal gag talk versus modded gag talk. Something like that for bondage mittens where it gives a chance to drop items [maybe even maxing at 100 or 99%] would be cool, and the option that armbinders had the same effect.

Yea thats due to not having an animation for swimming without arms. But saying its not realistic is something else, I can swim in a backstroke, mostly floating and kicking my feet, and not use my arms at all. Plus theres people with handicaps that can swim without arms, its just something you learn to do differently and adjust to.

You can get a more hardcore armbinder experience by using the mod "Devious Devices - Equip".  It has a settings page that will let you choose to have your armbinder prevent: sneaking, talking, activating objects/doors, struggling and more.  You can also set what effects you want plugs to have.

@Kimy - I have a male player character during one of my adventures in Skyrim with this mod. When you have "bought" Sasha and you have sex with her she tends to have have gay sex (male role - using strap on). She doesn't take the female role (especially when you have her in a "submissive" (slave state) and has done this also when not in a slave state is it possible for her to select a female role if the player character is male? While maintaining her actions when the player character is female. The animation selection issue occurs when I try to have vaginal (pussy) sex with Sasha using my male player character.

 

The reason being I also use the BeeingFemale modification so that the female characters can become pregnant. I was going to try this with the Sasha companion.

It would seem that in regular sex scenes I put the player in the wrong position (0) when it's a guy (the girl needs to be in 0). Fixed that now.
