By the way, I do want to say thanks to Kimy for including the "selfbondage" and "safeword" debug options in the mod.  Makes it so much easier to test how other mods deal with bondage gear when I can click a few buttons, tie myself up, then undo it just as quickly.  If you ever decide to take them out for a less cheaty, more finalized version, I'd love to have a separate mod with them for more testing capability.

 

Don't worry, these buttons are here to stay. You can disable the safeword in MCM already if you want less 'cheaty'. :)

May i be a little cheeky and ask for the whereabouts of the keys in the "dark dungeon", i got as far as the first 2 but darker dungeons as a mod itself is making my life hell unless im at / next to a light source >.<

 

If its any consolation i look great xD , but i want out >.<

Pretty sure the keys are just randomly put into containers, or at the very least there are multiple set locations for them to be in.

And wow, I am playing with darker than vanilla dungeons too and I had zero issues with visibility in there during testing. Your mod turns your screen into pitch black unless you're using a torch or so? oO

haha yup pretty much , even tried swapping the dd blindfold mode from DD - leeches and turning it right down and smashing brightness up , its like my enb goes lolnope nice try and washes everything out in a smudge xD

I love this mod so much. I'm having issues with it and maria eden crashing when pc is restrained and it initiates it's thing. but its still wip. and yeah this mod tho... adds interesting gameplay mechanics and actually playing the game is fun again. so thanks.

Ran into a problem with missing textures for the Slut Collar.  Item ID is from this mod, do you have any idea how I might fix this?

The slut collar is using standard textures, in this case from the ZaZ pack. Make sure that you have -all- ZaZ mods installed.

during docs quick as you like the guy said something about the gag looking like a penis any chance of a penis gag ?

 

I don't think there is a model for that.

There is a kinda game-breaking conflict with the trapped-in-rubber mod, because the suit this mod adds clashes with the slave collar. might wanna add this to the conflict-list. just so you know :D

sometimes keys break. especially little delicate ones for little locks on clothing items... do devious keys have a chance to break on use instead of working? they totally should if they don't.

That option is already under DDi, which is a requirement for this mod anyway so you should already have it.   You just need to increase the % chance from the default of 0.

Is it possible to add an MCM option (disable or specify) for Gloves (like with boots).

 

Also one for High Sec items where you can enable/disable based on their type, eg restraints or chastity gear, so that only that type can appear?

Back with another question/(bug-report?), oops.

 

In my save, the DCL device comments spontaneously stopped working. Nothing would get them back - no matter how much i fiddled with the MCM settings - turning it on and off, changing the timer, the weights etc. Even made the point of checking if mcm changes would only trigger after a reload or an area transition. Device comments were set to occur hourly but hadnt played for something like 2 entire days in game.

 

Finally fixed it (hopefully) by using the console to set _dcur_devicecommentsallowed to 1. Or something like that (I'm going off my crappy memory here). Device comments appear to have restarted regularly; hopefully they won't fail again.

 

So... don't know if you or anyone else has ever experienced this. Also, off the top of your head, do you know if this ad-hoc fix  will blow up my save? No worries if you don't know. Can't account for every user bug and every user fix that came out from staring at the save game's global variables.

Down the road I am going to overhaul the item selector routine, and that will result in all restraint types to get a slider, including the gloves. There will be no separate slider system for the high security items, though. That would be overcomplicating things. :)

Wish I could give you more detail, but I honestly have no clue why device comments got stuck. Maybe it's just Skyrim being Skyrim. Huh.

 

Edit: Guess what I'm really saying is, with so little detail, I don't want you to waste time searching in the Haystack. Nothing remarkable happened in game during that time period far as I can tell, and the only changes in my load order I can think of is that I updated devious devices- more deviant quests, by Versh, and I added an esp that did nothing but change cell respawn time. (Opened it up on TES5EDIT to tinker with the exact respawn time myself, so I can verify there was nothing else in there). Don't think either would be related.

 

Edit 2: Just remembered, the device comments stopped before I updated versh's mod. Nothing to do with that. So yeah, no info I can give, sorry.

Really somewhat baffled with the DiD quest, triggered for the first time for me today, after reading a few peoples priors issues I got rid of the chance to find sharp items, the transfer / equipping all worked out although I'm a little lost after getting out of the armbinder. I've tried the blacksmiths in markarth, riften and whiterun with the shackles with no joy, tried spawning an assortment of keys as a much earlier post said the struggle dialogue should change with the appropriate key, still nada.

 

I was wondering if you could add a quest guide as to how things should progress during DiD with a spoiler /hidden guide to make it easier to figure out if there's:

 

a conflict / something isn't triggering / I'm a nub and totally overlooked something cos I'm too busy squirming on my knees.

The only problem with getting rid of the sharp chance is I noticed when I did that i couldnt get free of the leather bindings. It would be much better if it triggered anytime you picked up a weapon classified as a blade, like a knife or sword. Thus you find a weapon and you cut the bindings. Or if you could ask someone to cut them for you. It would seem simple enough that there should be multiple ways to get free from it... instead of only digging randomly in barrels and such for a random event.

It would be much better if it triggered anytime you picked up a weapon classified as a blade, like a knife or sword. Thus you find a weapon and you cut the bindings. Or if you could ask someone to cut them for you. It would seem simple enough that there should be multiple ways to get free from it... instead of only digging randomly in barrels and such for a random event.

 

Picking up weapons would be difficult gameplay-wisely, since you can't kill anything with bound hands, and most weapons are found on corpses and areas full of hostiles.

 

I could add a dialogue variant of course, but the area I placed the cage in is fairly remote and chances are that you will find an object in a container much earlier than you will reach a friendly person. :)

Yes, that's a glitch in 4.4 that will be fixed with the next patch.
