punasiipi Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I am done with creating the program now and i am busy working on the plugins(the part which tells when to vibrate and how). I was thinking of also letting the controller rumble when you are sprinting with the device inside you, its going to be option to turn on/off. Let me know what you think and if you have any ideas! It makes me happy that you are updating again The sprinting thing sounds like a good choice. Sometimes I wondered if a vibration should also be done when player is taking damage..but I'm not sure. What do you think?
Mr. private Posted August 4, 2015 Author Posted August 4, 2015 I did a quick update on the program again to make creating and updating vibration easier to do in papyrus. You can now just call "JNanal UpdateDevice name=test strength=100" to update the strength instead of calling the hole thing again. It makes me happy that you are updating again The sprinting thing sounds like a good choice. Sometimes I wondered if a vibration should also be done when player is taking damage..but I'm not sure. What do you think? I am adding a MCM option menu in skyrim so you can edit things to the way you like. I am not sure if damage is in the next update but it can be added after i finished the core features. The way it works is you select your controller and select on which events it needs to vibrate(the rows of check boxes). You can also have multiple controllers doing different things. one set to damage one set to sex events for example.

If you manually advance a Sexlab event, sometimes the vibrate never turns off, requiring that I use the stop button in the vibrate jar program. I do realize that this might be difficult to catch, but would it be possible to make a in-game key that would manually stop the vibration? It would make it a little easier to reset the vibrations if need be.

palji Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Just dropping this here, since it's controller and vibration related and the info can be hard to find. If your gamepad works, but doesn't rumble under windows vista, win7 or higher, updated drivers don't help and especially if your windows gamepad configuration crashes when you try to test the force feedback: Disconnect your controller and use regedit to look for your controller enries under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control \MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM and delete the subfolder with you controller info - they should be restored when you reconnect and rumble should now work. Works with several older Saitek devices (R440, P2500, P2600) and possibly others, maybe even other manufacturers. As always: be careful what you do in regedit and backup entries before you make changes.

I had to add a button to my vibrator controller as I would start milking, get interrupted and the vibe would just keep going (not the worst thing in the world but terribly distracting!) A hotkey to stop the vibes ingame would be wonderful. Also, would you mind cleaning up your downloads page? it's hard to know exactly what to download. Thanks!

Would the mod turn on and off that USB port, making the vibrator activate? No this doesn't work. USB has a constant power output which cant be set on/off with some code. It also doesnt have a option to change the voltage output so you cant make it vibrate less. What you can do is use a old controller and replace the motors with the one you send. But i think USB powered vibrator doesn't have must power, not more then a controller. Or you can use a Arduino(if you just buy a motor shield its plug and play) and connect it to multiple vibrators of any size.
palji Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Alright, so I jumped in to test the new v3 version.I ran this through my extensive setup (255 esps & dozens merged, lots of script stuff, too), with MO->Loot->WryeBash->FNIS->SUM (2 SkyProcs)->New Game.No errors, conflicts or problems at all.TES5edit showed no errors either, though I noticed mentions of Sexlab Squirt in it, which I don't use.I searched like 2 hours for a way to get the MCM menu to work properly (disabling half my load order) until i read the main post more carefully and realized it's just a dummy for now (and so am I apparently). (._.')Then I reset my load order to full size and played around for a couple of hours...What I thought was great:- running with plugs/piercings- riding a horse with plugs/piercings- sliding plugs / attaching-removing piercings- plug events- works with Captured Dreams and similar DD-enabled items that aren't actually part of DDWhat I thought needed some adjustments:- when riding a horse, the switch between "walking" and "running" was dependent on shift-press and would get mixed up when toggling auto-run- when riding a horse (and on foot?), "sprinting" just did the same as "running", would be nice to have another increase there (maybe lower the other settings a bit if at max already)- when plugs equipped, jump-reaction was dependent on space-press and would also trigger when in console, when skipping through animations or when typing (e.g. skyUI search function)What I found missing:- Sexlab animation vibration and MCM toggles of course, but you already knew that ;D- vibration when plugs equipped and struggling with an armbinder- vibration when plugs equipped and sitting down (DD gives a line about it being uncomfortable there)- vibration when piercings equipped and DD's "your piercings rub uncomfortably against your clothes" message pops up- vibration when plugs equipped and tripping (e.g. because of slave boots, but being drunk / tired / whatever support for other non-SL mods would be nice as well)- "launcher" saving information which triggers are assigned to each controller between sessions- separate "nipple" trigger category in launcher (and game) for nipple piercing related stuff- maybe a way to get back to the selection screen in the launcher --I couldn't really test the "shock" triggers since they wouldn't appear very often and when I got around to focussing on it after hours of messing around the vibration process seemed to have crashed (game still sending messages, launcher still receiving, but no vibration reaction). A launcher restart probably would've fixed it, but I was tired and couldn't fin the triggering message, so I just quit. Maybe I can reproduce the problem and/or try shock functionality later.

There are 3 moving stages walking no vibrations, running little vibration and sprinting fast/harder vibration. The only problem i had was with horses, you cant check if you are running or walking. You can only check if you are walking/running or sprinting. I just did some testing and found out that L-Alt also change to walking just like CapsLock, this key also broke the running vibration. This is something where i need to take a look at. The vibration is only 15-35% when running/sprinting so you can still feel when a plug slips out. I still need to find a fix for the space bar bug but it was just a test when i added it in. So there is a change i can still fix this. The events will get added this is just a matter of creating some corresponding vibrations, so no problems here. Sorry the download page is not so clear but i am horrible at English. Luckily you didnt get to the point of checking the shock. I didnt add any shock vibrations, couldnt think of a event where this would be needed yet(except the one from DD). Maybe on shock spells as well.

Glad if I can be of help. =) As for shock: The most notable examples would probably be the shock boots from Cursed Loot and the pet collar from Pet Collar (and it's new addon Play Submissive). If I remember correctly I actually tried the boots in the end of my test run and that was around the time the vibration process hung up, so it might've been that. Getting hit by shock spells triggering a [shock] vibration (even without plugs or the like) is a great idea!

I am going to add this in my OP when i am done with the mod. I need to redo it completely. But I think I will add some more advance controls to the arduino so you can set it up how ever you want to. But here is the basics: I am using Jarduino with links the arduino with java, so i can call every thing from there. This was the easiest way for me to do it and it allows me to debug every thing in eclipse. I only made a small change in the jarduino sketch which makes the PWM frequency lower. This was needed because the motors where making beeping noise.
Mr. private Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 I found a new way to check if the player is walking/running. I am using footsteps now so you get a vibration on every step. This also worked with horses. It makes every think feel most more natural. I also changed the GUI because i wanted to learn how to make proper GUI's in java. So here it is(LoversLab Theme): WINDOWS 10! I am still working on it but you get an idea. Someone also pointed out the shortcut didnt work in the Demo version. To fix this just open the folder and dubble click Start.jar. I hope to find a better way of packing every thing when i release the final version.

The walking with plugs is so must better now then the demo. I hope you can test it soon. I still have a lot to do, didnt expect MCM menu to be so must work. I also need to redo some things in the program to make arduino work better.

That is one of my main pet peeves with version 2.0. If not can you see if you can fix that? Like some type of player involvement check, so it don't activate (vibrate) if the actor getting plugged is an NPC.
