These would be compatible with any of the above, so you can install the CBBE base mod, then CBBE meshes updated to get HDT jiggle, then muscle maps, then USKP-Requiem on top of it, and it wouldnt' add anything to your load order, just overwrite parts of the original mod and update it. I hate patches that add extra ESPs because I already have too many ESPs, so any patches I make will be replacement ESPs that will be updated as the base mods are updated.

I have also decided to leave out the HDT Vagina, it's a cool idea and it's got potential when they do some more work on it, but for now it's just not proerly weighted and tends to flap around in breeze unnatrually, and people have too much problems making it work with SOS collisions so not worth it.

That's very interesting Sacre. Are you going to release this here on LL?

(sorry because I'm asking somethin you might have explained in a previous post and sorry to Fox for the OT!)

No, this will be a Nexus mod in cooperation with the original author of Bijin Warmaidens and Wives, and will continually update as he updates his mods. Guy's great, he's helping me with the screenshots so there will be some nice shots of at least the UNPB muscled girls to go with the mod. Unfortunatley he's Japanese so sometimes there's a language barrier. Since it's a Nexus mod most of my time has been spent not making the mod but contacting all the people who's assets I want to use and getting permission to include their stuff in the mod, if it was a LL mod I'd just release it anyway. Everyone has agreed to it, I even got permission for the LL HDT vagina which would basically mean most of the mod being released on the Nexus for the first time and able to be backwards engineered (or it would have if I was still including it, but it's too flappy and wonky for my tastes, but previously LL-exclusive assets will still be included). For Tigersan I had to go to Deviant Art and contact him there since he's quit the Nexus, not only did he give permissions he offered to send me 12 different maps never released with varying degrees of muscles, from just mildly toned to bulked up in a way you'd need a lifetime supply of steroids to pull off. Unfortunatley I need them to be compliant to UNP or CBBE to fit the bodies as he made them for his own body, and I don't have the skills to convert them properly. A lot of the asset creators are even using Bijin in their normal play so were very interested in this.

... and sorry to Fox for the OT!

It's all good.  This all sounds like something I want too!  And there's not much going on with Amorous Adventures until I release Serana's romance in several weeks.

She'll tell you, she'll tell you the Dragonborn comes.

I just wanted to stop by and say that this is basically the best mod I have encountered.  It fits in almost flawlessly into the flow of the game and the dialogue is fun and very lore friendly.  This makes the game feel fresh and new, thank you for your amazing work!

Thanks for the good word.  Much appreciated and glad it's keeping the game fresh.  Thanks!

Oh i forgot to mention,

during the questline of the Dawnguard, I don't there is a single time where ANYONE acknowledges that you're the dragonborn, having you include that, espeically Serana would be grand.

It was "eluded" that you were dragonborn when you slay that undead dragon guy, but even he only acknowledges you're dragonborn if you've slain Alduin i believe. Which seems a bit much. Dragons can "sense" the dragonborn as they can sense the each other.

And I find it hard to believe that not one other NPC acknowledges your the dragonborn. Not really something to go and tell everyone, but to a close companion like Serana, it's something you should share with them.

Also, it would be kind of funny if Serana would acknowledge Aela like

Hey dragonborn, are you okay with me being a Vampire? and you would be like, I fucked a werewolf before (only if you've finished Aela as your lover), i don't think a vampire would be a problem :D

Your pics gave me this idea :D

Thanks LaEspada, yep the idea that the player is the Dragonborn plays into the progression of the love angle.

The Dragonborn is blessed with the "Dragon Blood" by Akatosh - and Serana finds that Dragon Blood intoxicating.

The Dragon God Akatosh imbued Alessia's line with blood from his own heart, according to lore.

Doesn't matter whether the Player is a Vampire or not, they are still the blessed carrier of the Dragon Blood as given by the divines themselves.  So that makes the players divine blood singularly unique for Serana.

Anyway, having a lot of fun with it and I love her voice.  It's nice to work with.

Hadn't thought about the Aela angle.

Thanks!

Durhneviir acknowledges you as Dragonborn regardless of anything else you've done once you ask him to explain what the titel he bestows on you mean. It's the only place in the expansion where it's touched on. Harkon in particular should be very interested indeed to add a dragonborn to his court, but nope, nothing.

Otherwise great ideas, loving the Blood of the Divines/Kings idea. Lore wise the Amulet of Kings was suppsoed to hold Akatosh's blood, and Alessia's descendants (including the Reman and Septim line) holding it was enough to keep out daedric princes, and when Martin shattered it he became the avatar of Akatosh of course. If a vial of the blood can turn a man into a god and block god-like beings from exerting their power, it just goes to show what the DB's potential is for having it flowing in his veins... and what it might do to a vampire tasting that divine blood.

I thought it wasn't just Martin getting covered in the blood that did it, but an acceptance and ritual to summon the avatar of Akatosh with his sacrifice. There are several mentions about that event marking the end of one era and the start of another, and that with his sacrifice Dagon was more permanently blocked from Tamriel than what the amulet and having the right guy on the throne did.

I thought having the blood meant the dragonborn could shout without training, learn words directly by capturing the dragon's soul, and absorbing knowledge directly from them. That doesn't seem to match with our requirement in game to visit word walls, learn the words, and then unlock them with the souls, but that might be as much mechanic and quest as actually true lore. There isn't any mention of the dragonborn being more physically able or magically adept, just that when they kill a dragon, they absorb its soul, truely killing it. Similar to vampires in other tales, where you could kill one but it would really just go dormant until it regenerated, unless you staked them, cut off their head, burned em, bathed em in holy water, gave them a sun tan, etc.

I would imagine that dragon blood is quite something for vampires though.

If you haven't started the main questline at all then Durnehviir still gives you the title, but when you ask why he says he's not quite sure why he referred to you as a Dovah, but if you've started it then he always realizes that you are Dovahkiin.

Should that be a factor in the quests with Serana? If you've not dealt with that first dragon and been summoned by the greybeards, then no one knows why the player's blood is intoxicating, but if you've completed that quest then you can tell people it's because the player is dragonborn?

Well, there's three things I could do about it I guess.

One, I could create separate dialogue lines where everyone plays dumb about the magical god blood the player has.  And, considering how much voiced dialogue I'm doing for Serana to "deepen da luv" all the way through Dawnguard, (All the freakin' way through Dawnguard), I'm just not going to go there.  It's two much work.  It's already too much work.

Two, I could block the romance if the player didn't figure out they are the Dragonborn.  That means you have to slog all the way through Dawnguard with Serana as usual and get no Luv.  That doesn't sound very fun.

Three, you can just roll with it.  Considering all the plot holes already in Dawnguard seems trivial to me but, you know, I prefer to have the romance personally to add a little interest to the whole thing.  For me, that's the only thing that's going to make spending time finding another five Snow Elf way shrines bearable.

Thanks!

Serana update will release in a few week. what quest requirement for Serana update? I just finish Bloodline quest. is this to far?

Yes.  She's a love interest the moment she tumbles out of the box in the crypt.

Also is this compatible with Serana Dialog Edit (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52283/)? or Follower Comentary Overhaul (Nexus 52019)?

I don't know and I don't know.  I don't see why not since I create separate standalone quests but ymmv.

In general such things are compatible as long as you follow the golden rule, load Amorous last just before your merge patches (and before Alternate Start, because it's wonky).

Fox, can you share if the stuff you're doing will be focused on the dawnguard side of things only, or could it work just as well for a vampire Dovahkiin?

It should work for both, in theory.  I'm just playing it while developing it from the Dawnguard side though.  I'm not going to play from two sides - it's too much work.

I don't know.  Maybe I should upload a separate testing version as a separate mod here on LL to try and get testing done (if people are interested in helping).  That to test each break point along the way where interaction with Serana happens.  That might fix some issues early.

It's kind of overwhelming for one person.

Sure, I'd be interested in testing. I can set up a rush-work profile with almost no mods loaded thanks to MO and speed-run it for basic bugs, then do a full mod loadout and test it for compatibility with the stuff that would be most likely to fail (MFVM, Serana overhauls). Are you making it with any mods on like Seranaholic that would be safe? Being used to Seranaholic even though vanilla Serana may be one of the best NPCs in the vanilla game, she's still a hag compared to mods.

Posted

Cool, yeah it would save a lot of pain for people later if folks test it at each point of development.  I'd appreciate that, I'll look at uploading that then when I get a little farther along.

I have "seductress serana" in my load order just playing it.  I'm no expert on Serana specific mods though, just ran across it on nexus to make her look different.  It's all I have when testing.

Fair enough, I understand. It was just something that came to mind

As for which storyline you use, I would say try and keep dialogue vague and not really reference anything that occurs in only one questline (I assume you're already doing this). I would also enjoy testing it as well if that would help you any, I've been playing the volkihar questline more recently.

I don't think appearance overhauls will affect anything, whether it's Seranaholic, Seductress Serana, or BVFE Serana (I don't know if there are any other popular ones)

I'm wondering if the marrying serana mod might cause conflicts, but I can't think of anything else that would edit quests she's involved in. However I think Serana will unfortunately be the most complicated follower for this mod (but we will all love you forever for this foxfingers)

Arizona_Steve, are you the same guy I contacted about using the muscle maps for my Bijin Enhacements mod?

Ended up getting in contact with Tigersan and using his due to slight bit of seams with yours if so. Even so Uthgerd and Borgarkh will have muscles very similar to your mod.

And yes the Dragonborn Comes (on the Jarl) singing is intentional I think, and quite hillarious. Had a similar ROFLMAO type moment when I saw that for the first time. Especially as I bugged out with an invisible Elisif and had to reload, so Lisette was singing the song and the whole of Solitude was goign "you are the dragonborn!" just at the sight of main mast standing straight up in the air.

I am not sure who is reponsible for this bug, Solution or Amorous Adventures, I had both actvated when this happened. So I will post it in both forums.

If you are in middle of Ysolda Quest in Amourous and begin the Hangover quest, Ysolda loses her schedule and keeps in the middle of the town waiting to talk to you even after you complete both quests. She do not uses the hangover quest lines or anything, she just stay there waiting and when you are near, she goes talk to you.

Thats weird, I don't think Solutions effect her sandboxing. As all it does is add dialogue. Not sure about AA, but I didn't think it effect sandboxing either.

This is due to A Night to Remember and you get it even without those two mods, Ysolda just bugs out entirely until you've finished that quest and will either stand still or constantly go up to talk to you, even when she's given you the next stage. Finish A Night and she'll reset.

Thanks for that, really appreciate it.  So few take the time to rate it seems.

Thanks!

Almost died laughing finishing off Elsif's quest as Lisette kept singing "THe Dragonborn Comes" as the PC was having his way with the Jarl. Was that intentional?

That's all intentional.  Thanks!

However I think Serana will unfortunately be the most complicated follower for this mod (but we will all love you forever for this foxfingers)

She is extremely difficult to work with.  She is so heavily and completely managed by the Dawnguard scripts.

Still, liking the way it's progressing with Serana.  She's pretty hot.  You know... for a dead girl.
